It’s rather far from the center but for us it was perfect - just 40 mins walking time. The building is not appealing from the outside but inside it’s amazing. Every corner is worth a photograph. The staff is super pleasant. We parked outside on the street first, then checked in the hotel and received a password to enter the parking lot behind the building - it was €12 per night. Breakfasts were exceptionally good. At first, you don’t think they have a lot to offer, but in fact they do! All the breads, buns, pastry, the egg was phenomenal, many kinds of tea, coffee, fresh juice, fruits, yoghurt with all kinds of grains you can add to it. The room was small but perfect for two nights.

Felt a bit dirty in the bathroom upon the arrival.

So many activities for all available in the lounge. Nice bar and lots of place to sit and spend quality time. Rooms are decent in size and beds are of good quality

We had Breakfast included. If we come early like 7:30 there is enough for everyone. If you come 8:30 onwards not everything is available and things are not refilled. The breakfast supervisor is not friendly and asking her for refilling (example scrambled eggs) was a challenge as her body language and attitude is bad. She gives an impression like she is doing a favour to you. This should be checked and corrected.

Very good breakfast and we spent a lovely evening with drinks and dinner - quiet enough to have a good conversation.

When I was booking (with Booking,com) my confirmation didn't arrive so I thought it hadn't gone through and I booked again. In the end Booking asked the hotel if they would reimburse me (even partially) but they said no so I paid twice. That seemed a bit mean. I guess it was Booking.com's fault but it was a shame. Apart from that - it was a very nice stay.

I loved this hotel. I found it clean, comfortable, fun, despite outer appearances! Fun restaurant/lobby space, yummy breakfast, they had gluten-free bread and madeleines for me, there's a small gym, board games, the staff was always helpful and my room on the third floor was super quiet. I know from colleagues who resided on the first floor that theirs weren't as quiet, but mine was. A 20 minute walk from the European Parliament through a bucolic pathway and 10 minutes or less to city center by tram, tram station is just in front of the hotel.

The lobby was fantastic! It has a variety of (board) games to spend some free time while enjoying a drink. Breakfast was excellent and the stuff very polite and friendly.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the bathtub was quite slippery.

The staff was really lovely, very helpful, smiley, efficient and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of options and fresh products. It's very practical to have the tram stop Futura Glacière just outside. It's very easy to get to the train station.

There's nothing I didn't like.

It was very clean, the design was super nice and the staff helpful. The breakfast was ok. The bar was pretty nice with a big variety of drinks.

It was hard to find since I used Google maps. The address showed another hotel on the other side of the road. But after calling the reception I found it easily.

Cute décor. Strong water pressure. Very good pillow top mattress. Very good breakfast.

Check in was supposed to be 2pm, but it was delayed to 7pm 😞

The heater in the room didn't work and secondly the toilet shower gel and hand soap had to be replenished. We had to ask the reception for assistance and she was kind enough to give us a heater.

I received a call after exiting the hotel and when I called back the receptionist was rude saying she never called.I would appreciate if the receptionist calling would have checked her caller id details or at least cross checked with her colleague if he or she had called me. It was a very rude reply she gave me by saying NO I didn't call and she hung up. This obviously left a bad image to the hotel. We loved the receptionist who received us on the 11th evening.Very sweet and charming lady.She assisted us and genuinely welcomed us.She was very very patient in explaining us how to get to downtown.

Good location as the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Room was very clean and had the basic amenities. Lobby/bar was very inviting and the staff were very nice. Really good value for money.

We can hear people clearly talking from the corridor when we are inside our room. Would prefer more noise cancelling doors/walls.
