We were happy with our stay there, especially the hotel's value for money. Breakfast was very good (for the price of 8.5e). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are a few points to improve: I texted the hotel a few days before our arrival to ask if it was possible to leave our luggage in the hotel or check in one hour in advance. I received no reply, and when we were in the hotel, there was no one to talk to. Even a NO to my request would be helpful, and we could plan accordingly.

The location is fantastic,the parking is spacious and relatively safe (eventhough the parking door is not closing at night),the tram stop at 50m (10min from city center).It was very clean,they were cleaning the room and changing towels every day.There is a super market at 700m (2 tram stops) that was cool,a gas station at 20m, that was useful too. Above all the reseptionist (the middle aged one with the mustache) who found my bank card in the corridor and brought her to me,thank you stranger..

Upon my arrival (after 10 hrs driving) they discovered a mistake in my reservation(i dont know what ,because i had the confirmation mail from booking and it was all right)!To make things even worst, the lady at the reception couldn't speak english to sort it out.I had to call a friend back home (Greece) to translate in french...Eventually they gave me a room with a twin bed for a 3 persons family..and they charged me 33€ for my son..We were to tired to argue and we took the deal.Eventually we were so exhausted every day (20km walking..) and the bed issue didn't trouble us.The elevator was broken down all the 5 days that we stayed.The building is old,clean but need to be renovated and soon (at room 119 the toilet seat was unglued and shaking for christ sake..)

The staff was great and always on hand for anything I needed, my room was cleaned on daily basis, I felt very comfortable all the time. Didn't take the breakfast, only morning coffee which was surprisingly good considering that in Strasbourg it's quite difficult to find good coffee anywhere. Wifi was excellent, and the location is great, I was in the middle of everything I needed for work and fun. Tram station is just a couple of feet away, b&b is a half an hour of walking distance from the center, surrounded by parks. It was a bit noisy, my room was by the elevator shaft, but I didn't mind at all. Definitely good value for money, great for business trips like mine.

Hotel location, rooms, AC in the room, spacious and comfortable room.

Sometimes the communicatiion was hard if you don't speak French. But it's only a slight inconvenience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and abundant. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect.

The property is close to Tram B. you need around 20 min and you will be in the center. Good place for affordable price.

The only two things that we didn’t like about this place is that the rooms need more light and the shower leaks on all the bathroom floor.

The beds were very confortable, clean sheets and towels. The breakfast looked abondant.

There was plenty of human hair on the room floor, shower floor, toilet seat, shower cord and the shower seat.

Good value for money. Helpfull and friendly staff, clean room, air-conditioning working properly. Parking is available.

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

I couldn't ask for more in this price. I was allowed to use a private parking many hours before check in. The room was clean and cozy. Good choice for a few days staying.
