I've been traveling across Europe all summer. This hotel was definitely a favorite--new, impeccably clean and well-designed. It's tremendous value for the money! Here's my top likes: 1. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful. 2. The hotel is a bit out of the city center--but a quick 5 minute tram ride to all sightseeing. Nearby is the European Parliament and Parc de l'Orangerie. It's a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood, which I liked as a solo female traveler. 3. The rooms are very large. I liked the hardwood floors, comfy mattress, cotton bedding, thick wool throw rugs, well-designed kitchenette and the laundry room (free) for guests. 4. The employees, especially housekeeping, are very helpful and friendly. 5. The products in the bathroom are very high quality. 6. The grocery store is a 2-minute walk next to the hotel.

1. The front desk sent me the wrong directions from the airport. This was disappointing after a long flight. 2.The hotel takes a $50/day deposit for incidentals. I travel a lot and this is not customary.

The apartment was perfect, just with anything you'd need. The big plus was the fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. I haven't been in such a smartly designed hotel room recently. I completely loved it. We chose it because of its location. It is a bit distanced from the city centre and we love the less crowded areas. You can easily walk to the center, it takes 15min if you're faster. If not, the public tram takes you there in minutes and it stops just in front of the hotel, well more on the side. There is also bus H that takes you to the main train station, stops just behind the hotel and the ride is like 5min. Breakfast was really diverse, and the quality of food was excellent. Everything was refilled constantly and there is a choice for everybody. I especially loved the cheese selection. Honestly, I don't know why some people bashed this property in comments on some other platforms. Everything was great and the staff was professional and very polite. The rooms were like new. The AC was working perfectly. Amenities were good and I loved that there was even a hair conditioner, since my hair tends to get dry during my travels it saved me from buying it. I'd recommend this hotel with no doubt. Loved the stay and would return again. 9.5/10

Across the hotel is a fair, amusement park. It has working hours and closes after midnight, but if you're too sensitive to noise it's not a good choice maybe. We didn't mind, we barely heard the outside noise. The hotel itself is a bit further from the city center, 15-20min on foot. We also didn't mind and chose it because of it. The public transport is just in front of the hotel and takes you to the city center in a few minutes.

The room was delightful, modern, spacious, and very comfortable.

It's the first time we encountered a hotel policy to hold money in advance on the card for potential further expenses during the stay, and we've travelled some. Especially as it wasn't mentioned anywhere ahead of our booking. We found it really odd, and possibly discretionary as a practice, even though we did receive the amount in full at the end of our stay. A bit of transparency ahead of the check in time would go a long way (e.g. have it displayed on the platform or their own website). The breakfast area may get quite crowded, since it's not too big, which makes the experience less enjoyable. Cleaning services are conducted every 3 days, not daily, as mentioned on the platform.

We were on our way to Switzerland and searched for a hotel nearby for the night. The Marriott Strasbourg was truly a marble, it has very modern, clean and luxurious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated next to the European Parliament, so a bit further located from the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood.

They serve Continental breakfast, but I didnt like some standard items (e.g. the bacon was yellow, cold and not well done, the eggs didnt have flavour at all, the small breads were hard as a rock, etc...).

The accommodation was excellent I would definitely recommend it, it is a new hotel and really nice. We stayed in the residence part which included a really nice and well equipped kitchen area. The staff were excellent, very professional and so helpful.

The hot breakfast was terrible, such a let down as we expected it to be of top quality matching the accommodation. Even though the food was in a warm container it was cold, and the scrambled eggs and sausages were barely edible. That being said we left the hot breakfast on the plate and went for the continental breakfast, the choice and quality which was really quite good.

+ Welcoming reception. + Spacious Room with a nice view. + Fully furnished kitchen within the room. + Branded washroom accessories. + Air conditioner was such a relief as it was 37°. + Location is good, near to EU parliment. + Breakfast was very good. + Wifi with a good overall strength.

- One of the lady at breakfast lounge specifically asked us our room number for confirmation, which we didnt notice happening with other guests. Since we dont come from EU, it felt a bit judgmental / racial behavior towards us, based on our appearance. This could definielty be improved. Apart from this, the whole staying experience exceeded our expectations.

Very luxurious and spacious room with good facilities like kitchen, ironing bord, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed... The room felt like a real appartement. The hotel also offered extra facilities, such as a gym and a laundry room, which was very nice. Breakfast was extensive and varied. Nice, late checkout till twelve.

Inconvenient handle on the shower door, which prevented the door from opening entirely. It was sometimes also difficult to close it watertight. When we were there, the breakfast was pretty busy.

Friendly staff, nice bar

1) no sign outside, entrance hard to find. You have to go to the reception of the AC Hotel but this is not indicated. 2) belongs to AC Hotel but the same room numbers exist in both hotels, constant confusion where to bill for the room 3) shower door opens only 1/3, hard to enter, door handle prevents shower door from opening. 4) Try to get a room with an even number, the view from rooms with odd numbers is not great (but that is not the hotel's fault)

Very good location. Very comfortable & big room (standard studio). Full of modern & new furniture. Gym was equipped well, free of charge. Very easy to access the old town through a single tram. Bar was very good at the top floor, drinks were reasonable price. Excellent breakfast menu. Coffee, shower gel & body lotion were very chosen.

Only minor problems: Shower door wasn't openning fully, very emberrassing engineering work. If you want to connect to TV from your mobile, you can't. Breakfast was so chaotic, we had issues with using buffet.
