Location is excellent. Close to all the tourist facilities, close to 3 train stations, few steps from cafes and restaurants, and laundromat that we used. Owner himself is available during the day most of the time, and takes care of any of your needs and goes above an beyond to help you in any way that he can

Small rooms, but for 2 star hotel, it is extremely good value for the money. Some renovation noises were there which I m sure is a temporary problem.

It is in a very good location. Not far, and an interesting walk to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame. An easy walk from Chatelet Les Halles which is on a direct line from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Other transport links were easy to access. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel and our room was very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was very French. Wonderful baguettes and croissants and there was cereal as well. You could access tea and coffee at any time. We did buy some mugs as the paper cups, for drinking after breakfast were quite small, but that was just personal preference. We would have no hesitation in going back to the Hotel Bellevue. A selection of interesting restaurants in the area was also a bonus.

Hotel location amazing, like amazing! Hotel room spacious. Spotlessly clean room and towel and bedding changes daily. Two out of our three rooms were perfect (room 202 was delightful) third room outdated and really needed a revamp (room 206) but the amount of time we spent in the room, basically to sleep the eyes were closed so didn’t overly bother me. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for the location and from a safety aspect (La Maria’s 10 minute walk, Notre Dame 18 minutes) Only one criticism my room (206) had a shower curtain! Awful, awful, awful! Shower curtains should not exist in 2025!

Friendly and accommodating staff, perfect location near to many of the main tourist spots in central Paris and very near to several metro stations. Clean room and shower/bath room. Very comfortable beds. Spacious enough for three women to get ready and changed and had enough plug sockets and mirrors for us all. We did not use the safe or the room phone. Good WIFI. Nice balcony window that we could leave open at night. We walked 10 to 14 miles a day as well as using the metro regularly - being in this locality meant we could cover a lot of sites and ground.

We would have appreciated a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room - a minor thing - lots of cafe's, boulangeries, coffee shops nearby..

For our intended purpose of having a hotel with a family room (quad) walking distance to big hitting tourist locations (Louvre, Notre Dame, Pompidou...) and Gare Du Nord, that was good value, it was perfect. The staff were excellent - friendly, available, spoke in French or English as needed. We turned up a few hours early to check in and the room was all ready to go. We also checked out at 11am and left bags safely until 5pm which was very helpful. Room was big, very clean and basic - we were on the 1st floor which I believe has been updated recently so no too wild and retro in it's design. We didn't try breakfast as we wanted to do our own thing.

It was super basic - paper cups in the room and some of the corridors looked a bit tired but definitely French style! But if you want that kind of thing you just have to pay more for your hotel - for us it was perfect.

Everything was perfect! The best location, very clean, very polite staff! We got a room with renovated bathroom and it had hot running water at all times. The room was cleaned daily and they always had the heat on so despite being 0 celsius outside, we had 30 celsius inside always! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

The room was lovely! Only thing I would suggest is to put some selves in the bathroom, near the sink and some hooks on the wall for towels etc

We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and will help with anything you need. Rooms. My parents stayed in one room that looked as if it had been refurbished, it was basic but modern, my mother in law and daughter had a similar room. My husband and I had one of the older rooms, it needed some TLC, I think they must be doing the rooms up gradually. However, it was always clean with fresh towel and the beds were very comfortable, dark and quiet. The hotel offered limited drinks, but it was fine to accommodate us and if we needed anything late night, there is a supermarket about a 2 minute walk left of the hotel. Loved the reception area of the hotel it was very pretty and had that French feel. We walked everywhere, we like to walk. The Eiffel Tower was an hour walk, the furthest point was arch de triomph, which was just over an hour. Pretty close to the Louvre, about 20 mins. Plenty of restaurants and bars on every street. The hotel offers breakfast of croissants with jams, chocolate spreads tea, coffee and juice. Close to so many other landmarks. We would definitely return to this hotel and it was a very good price and what we wanted. You don’t need a really swanky hotel, you’re in Paris to sightsee, you just need somewhere to get your head down at the end of a busy day. It ticked all the boxes. Thank you for a wonderful stay. For people needing to take the metro, there are three very close by. I don’t think I would search for another hotel if we return to Paris in the future. It was perfect for our memorable trip.

Not much to dislike really. The older rooms were not an issue, just be mindful that you may get an older room unless you book specifically and ask for an upgraded room.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Marais, which made exploring Paris very convenient. The hotel facilities were good—comfortable bed, decent-sized closet, a functional elevator, comfortable shower. The room itself was cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for the price. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located stay near the Marais for fair price.

There was a bit of dust in the room, and the room itself was a bit small. However, it was perfectly fine for two people. The shower wasn’t sealed properly, leading to some water leakage, but there were plenty of towels available to clean up the water.

The location is very good. Asauadin the staff at reception was very helpful. Other staff was also good but Asaudin welcomed us and was very reponsive to our queries, thank you assuadin. The room size is small as it was a 2 star hotel property so it was expected. The bathroom was very clean and newly done I guess. The room had a fan and a heater which was very helpful. It is value for money. Since it was in the city the metro was accessible and we enjoyed the local restaurants.

The room size is small for the price but I guess this is what you get in Paris. There is nothing else to complain about.
