Clean and lots of fluffy towels . Well equipped in the kitchen.

Noise from upstairs moving chairs around and toilet flushing. on the photos it shows a garden with seats. It was really just a smoking area with no seats.

Lovely place, perfect for a 2 night stay. Had everything we needed.

Be prepared for the stairs, didn’t affect us but may to some.

The courtyard area is beautiful and great to sit and eat some breakfast. The room was exactly like the photos and very well equipped. Small stove, plates, bowls, Nespresso (with 2 pods) everything you could need for a short stay. Nice little balcony and great lighting in the bathroom for makeup.

The lady at the front desk didn’t really want to help much and ignored me when I was asking her questions. It wasn’t a problem for me but the bathroom might not be suitable for someone larger or with mobility concerns. The shower is quite small and behind the toilet.

I liked that it was close to the metro, nice little coffee shops, mini marts restaurants nearby all in walking distance. Community was clean, was impressed with the area. so much little shops to visit and see as we walked around.

I had trouble entering the building as the name wasn't on the outside. I didn't pay attention to my email picture. I also couldn't assess the room, again not reading my email properly. We thank Chris the night duty manager who was very helpful. Otherwise every thing was lovely clean, comfortable it is easy assess when you I figured it out. walking up 3 flights of stairs. My husband is 67 and struggled with it.

The location was excellent, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Could have walked around the neighbourhood for the entire trip taking it all in. Also very close to a metro stop.

The apartment was very well decorated and clean the mezzanine bedrooms were tiny. My 6 and 8 year old had to crawl up there. Only the 1 year old could stand. The stairs was also very dangerous for kids. I should have looked at the photos more carefully. If you have slightly older kids maybe 8 and 10 who can manage the stairs and will enjoy the novelty of the space its perfect. There is no privacy either as each room looks onto the next. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay

Stylish interior, lovely antique textiles, and photos as decor. Wooden beamed ceiling, cosy kitchen and eating area. We really enjoyed the leafy cobbled.courtyard and felt super safe. The location is fantastic with a distinct Parisian feel, excellent quality food shops, and cafes on the doorstep. Great location.

If being really picky, a refresh on slightly damaged shower tiles and repainted floor and wall. made good where photos are. Saying that overall, the colour scheme and stylish decor were really cool. It would just be even lovelier with a small refresh.

All information needed for check in was supplied in advance of the visit. Finding the building was a little difficult - however - that was due to location of where driver stopped. I had friends meeting me there, and as such can’t give accurate review of access to building. I absolutely loved the view of the garden from my room, filling the room with refreshing fragrance from the flowers outside the windows. All required self catering amenities at hand, plenty of little shops and restaurants close by, and wonderful interactions with friendly locals. I would definitely look at booking this place again on a return visit to Paris.

Slight difficulty with carrying items up and down the stairs - luckily I had help. There are ground floor rooms available for those with mobility issues.

The location was great, the place was small, but we knew about it when we booked it, but clean and cozy.

The property comes with a washing machine however there is no a clothes dryer or any type of a dryer for that matter and when asked at the reception desk how am I going to dry my clothes once washed, they said there is a public laundry near by so we can take our wet clothes there and dry it, I thought they were having a laugh!! However no one else was laughing expect me lol. Also the bathroom is very very small and the shower even smaller so that was a challenge too lol

Reception staffed!! ( no having to work out key locks and multiple codes for entry!) Lovely gardens and outdoor sitting area Quirky two storey apartment - 3 separate bedrooms on 3 levels. Well quipped kitchen including washing machine and even supplied coffee pods. Very economical use of space - minimal room for hanging out but such great location and outdoor areas no need to Double- queen sofa bed Mezzanine double bed cute cosy- can’t sit up or stand as has very low roof with ladder down to living area/ toilet Third floor queen bed very comfortable- really need to exit the apartment via top floor/ door- go down outer staircase and re enter to use toilet in middle of night . Great for agile families who like climbing and don’t mind going in and out of apartment to pre

Only bed with easy access overnight to toilet was sofa bed.
