I liked the location, the service ,very clean hotel, comfortable bed.

Missing curtain on the Window, and pillows but comfortable.

Booked last minute due to the strikes in France. Needed somewhere cheap near the Gare L’Est. Great value for money. Bed and pillows really comfy. Bathroom towels thick and good quality. Room looked freshly painted. Room was ready early so that was a bonus after a long journey. Definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Nothing to do to with the hotel. One of the neighbouring rooms playing loud music at 5.30am was really rude.

It’s was next to a couple of chain and local restaurants. Right across the street from Gare de l’Est station and a 8-10 minute walk from Gare de Nord. The buses stop right in front of the hotel, there is a currency exchange convenience shop, and small grocery store around the corner. The location was great. The hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 adults in the same room, warning though, the room was slightly small we were mainly in the room at night for bedtime. We were able to open up two windows to let some fresh air in throughout the night. They had tv and cleaned our room everyday. We chose the option to eat breakfast in the morning, but they had a very limited selection of food.

The elevator (lift) was super small!!! We had to get up to our room one by one with our luggage and it was a tight fit. It says the elevator is only for two people but it feels super claustrophobic. It only goes up to the 4th floor and if you have rooms on the 5th or 6th floor you have to walk up the stairs. Also, the hotel is right next to a train station and late at night people are still out and about, so if you like it to be more quieter this isn’t the place.

Location by the Gare de l'Est, cleanliness it was spotless , comfort of the bed was excellent. Shower room room was newly refurbished, hanging rail, TV, good wifi, large window. Kettle and coffee/tea tray. Next door to a bistro.For a one night say it was very compact but perfect for location to trains, metro and buses. Lift to floors and able to leave luggage on departing morning. Value for money was excellent.

It was perfect for overnight, the chatter from the street cafes died down around 10 pm. The lift, corridors and room are very compact but fine for short stay sight-seeing.

Room was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy, and was close to restaurants nearby to feed a couple of late-night travelers before flying out the following day. Breakfast looked good, although we didn't actually pay for it.

The elevator is helpful but it's super tiny - will have to take two trips if traveling with a friend, or with multiple bags. Walls can be somewhat thin - we were getting up to travel in the morning, but we heard our neighbors getting up for the same reason, too.

Great location and great value! You are just a few feet from a metro and there are many shops around for you to eat at and shop at. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and big enough you could have space to move around in and not feel cramped. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope someday we can come back and stay again!

Beds are a little stiff and the street noise was a bit loud.

Great area, lively and great transport links. Lots of places to eat close by. Very clean. Very reasonable rate. Comfortable and good facilities. Staff all very nice and we could leave our bags before check in.

The breakfast room could’ve been bigger, but we didn’t pay for breakfast and ate at nearby cafes. Lift was small, but it added to the character of the building. There isn’t really anything I disliked :)

The hotel is well-situated by both Gard Nord and Gard l'Est so taking a train was extremely easy to do. Outside the hotel, the shop on the corner that's selling some grocery items as well as crepes and sandwiches was perfect for us as budget-conscious travelers who still want to eat well. Amazing crepes!

Since this is close to the rail station, the neighborhood was always busy, but streets were clean.

Loved the view of Paris and our amazing balcony! Delicious breakfast (baguettes, croissants, cappuccino, fruit, cheese, yogurts, and more!). The breakfast had the longest hours we found in Europe (7-10;30) which was appreciated. The staff were all super sweet. The location was close to the Gare de L'est train station, a metro stop, and tons of restaurants. The neighborhood was a bit rowdy at night, but we enjoyed walking, especially up to Montmartre. Enjoyed thoroughly by our family of 4, including 2 teens.

The beds were comfy but the comforters were too warm for summer- we would have preferred a thin sheet or blanket. Our room was 5th floor and we had to take a tiny lift to the 4th floor and walk the last flight. We ended up walking up all 5 flights, which was a good workout, but I could see someone with a lot of bags or limited mobility having problems.

Excellent value for money despite it being during the Paralympic games. Air conditioning worked perfectly, very quiet as my room faced the inner courtyard. Tea/coffee making facility in the room was also handy. Everything was new and clean and was of good simple taste.. The staff was polite and courteous. It's in a more cosmopolitan area of Paris, where you can find cheap eating places nearby. I would stay again.
