The hotel was very nice and comfortable and my stay was very pleasant. It exceeded my expectations, despite unpleasant online recommendations. Hotel location is quit good, with a very close metro station. The stuff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean, quit specious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything I needed, enclouding large flat TV, bathroom stuff, hair dryer, a kettle with coffee and tea. When I found no water bottles in my room, I talked to the reception and got 2 water bottles soon after. Free WIFI connection was very good. The convention center was very nice and professional. Breakfast was good and abundant, although I could use some more vegetables or salads.

My only complain is about the low water flow in the bathroom. And as mentioned above, I would prefer more vegetables or salads at breakfast.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal and extremely friendly and polite. Not sure how much me being a native French speaker had to do with it though.

Extremely dated, our king room with a view was one of the top rooms available, and was a standard of a 3 star hotel. The furniture was severely damaged, and I could see they’ve been battling mold in the bathroom. This is unacceptable for a Mariott, the one in Budapest is far superior.

Un comfortable bed, very bad bathroom, we could't take a shower the shower was 1 min cold and 1 min boiling, the sheets was't soft

Room Phone was not working and despite the request it was not repaired. the room key didnt work and I have to wait for 40 min to get the renewed room card

The airconditioning didn’t work in the building. Which made the room unbearably hot. When making a complaint it was clearly known bij the staff already and there was no attempt to offer a solution or compensation. When checking out no apology or anything was offered. Instead they tried to charge me for the WiFi where I had apparently accidentally chosen the paid option. (The WiFi login page is super unclear). Bathroom was dated, toilet started flushing as soon as you sat down. Clearly in need of a modernization/ renovation. All in all a very lousy experience.

The hotel was sterile and not up to the usual Marriot standards. No Club lounge either!

1 - the hotel refuses to give/send me an invoice/receipt regarding my stay at the hotel with my company details; Hotel tells me it is with booking, booking tells me it is with the hotel; I have always made reservations with booking and the receipts/invoices were always given to me when checking out at the hotels, by the hotels. 2 - every day I had to show the reservation on my cell phone, as it never showed that breakfast was included. 3 - on the first day my room was not cleaned. Several of my colleagues had the same problem, some more than one day... 4 - the toiletries in the bathroom are not at the level of a Marriott or 4-star hotel... 5 - I went to a meeting; the conference room was terrible, tilted backwards with only a screen in front and no side screens; very hot, they never turned on the air conditioning.

Room is too small.Breakfast room only reachable by elevators.There is not stairs.Room technical conditions did not satisfy(water pressure not enough for getting shower.Wi-fi did not work in conference hall.Then for all this prices are too much.
