The hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. Despite the affordable price, the performance is very good. The size of the rooms is enough. Of course it is not for a hotel vacation but it is very good for a place where you come to just sleeping. Breakfast is extra charge but it definitely deserves its money. There is a lot of variety. The staff is caring and kind. Very close to the tram stop, 3 stops to the center, 15 minutes to the center. Definitely recommended.

Easy to reach by car from the highway. We could park right in front (there was a free street parking spot available). The accommodation was clean and had enough space. The was also a standing fan available in the room. The reception employee gave us clear directions on how to get to the center by tram.

There was no airconditioning. Normally not a problem, but we visited on a hot day. The accommodation had a terrace, but no furniture on it. The terrace was not really clean.

The location was extremely easy to get into/out of downtown and took maybe 10 mins. The trains ran frequent and used the CTS app to buy my tickets. Nice big window to cool the room down (reminder no A/C) and a fan in the closet. I also found parking in the street in front. But there is a nice small lot in the back that they charge for at the desk. Room had a refrigerator, small stove top, kitchen plates and a small sink. The place was also very quiet, and felt safe as well.

The location was good and the staff were good.

The lift was a big headache it says allows 5 people however only 2 people can use the lift at one time. Bathrooms were so small like a tiny match box, that i guess if i were a little huge i would not fit in there.. I was also scared that i might break the door because my elbow was hitting the door again and again... Not an option for healthy people.. Beds were small too that we were worried we will fall off the bed.. not a queen bed that i expect and that i have used all my life.. over all the hotel is for teeny tiny people or zero figure. Hotel owner must consider that the people who are using their hotel are adults along with kids and adults need bigger beds and bathrooms.

Contrary to several reviews on different platforms, the place is fine, taken care of, clean. Rooms are decent, not large but large enough. Good bed and pillows. Very friendly proactive staff. Good (paying) parking.

Access to the building from the parking is illogical around the building, no direct access. Deposit parking is not respected, people park overnight there, difficult to find parking in front to unload. Although forbidden, people smoke in their rooms. Yes, one remark, the shower door leaks terribly.... (room 314)

Strasbourg is a very colorful place. We enjoyed it very much. Same with the Cerise. We were met by a very polite receptionist, had everything explained. The building has been a dormitory before and now is operating as hotel apartments. It is well taken care of. Our apartment was large enough with all necessary for a couple of nights stay. The hotel can be easily reached from the train station on Tram A. Very good value.

The unit was very huge and comfortable. 10min walk to station Lycée Couffignal. Its a university area so the train are often crowded but they were nice by allowing us more space since we were carrying luggages. 2 beds were comfortable too. We also stored our luggages after checked out for free since we wanted to walk around more.

Staff gave good service, were helpful with some of the questions I had. Room was very good, and I was happy I could stay with my dog there. The breakfast was nice! Easy accessible by tram. Room has its own kitchen, perfect for longer stay. In case it's late and you have no food, they sell some food to microwave in the reception. Very convenient.

My room didn't seem to have a working ventilation. It was okay for my stay, but I imagine in the summer it might be too hot.

Simple hotel room, clean and tidy. has a small kitchenette with cooking utensils. Clean bathroom. Fast check-in and friendly receptionists. close to the tram stop and only 10 minute to center by Tram. I've been visiting this hotel regularly for almost 2 years now. Very consistent experience.

Nothing to dislike, but avoid rooms near the elevator to avoid the noise :)

Friendly staff and very accommodating, easy access to the tram line and equipped kitchen to cook.

A hood for the kitchen is absent which means if you wanna cook you’d have to open the window to refresh the air of smell and you will freeze in the winter. There were some spots of dirty dust but overall it was clean.
