We were met with a warm welcome and given a room upgrade and had a large suite with a balcony! That was a lovely surprise! We caught the number 15 bus down into the town to explore. Strasbourg is a lovely town with lots to see and do. Petite France is just beautiful with all the timber framed houses. It was a shame the weather turned wet and chilly early evening so we could not enjoy it all properly. The hotel was situated a bit further away from the town than we realised but if the weather had been good we'd have walked back but we had to catch the bus again as it was so wet! The buses seemed to be a set price of 2.50 euros each so 10 euros in total on two fairly short journeys seemed a little expensive. Breakfast was lovely with some hot options too. Overall, a lovely stay at Garrigae Villa La Florangerie and thank you to all the staff who helped to make it a special stay! :) Parking is on the street outside - there did not seem to be an issue finding a space.

Good size room. A couple of English speaking tv channels. Breakfast was good- hot and cold. Perhaps a little pricey. Bubble bath was a nice treat. Lovely bed. Strasbourg is a fab vibrant city. 2.5 euros on the bus into the city is fine. You can top the bus tickets up. Lovely meet and greet by hotel staff. (Nothing to sign!)

Could have done with 2 chairs in the room. Air con could be turned up. Shame that we couldn’t sit out on balcony or use the outside pool - too many mosquitoes. Not the hotels fault. However best to cover up - there is lots of greenery.

the hotel is located next to amazing park, and if you need parking, the option is - free street parking next to hotel, which is quite good. I had nice and big room with huge bathroom and the amazing view from it - blossoming flower tree❤️. The stuff is very polite and welcoming.

I think the breakfast is a bit expensive - 20 euro, plus the hotel closes its reception at 9pm, but you always can text reception in advance and notify if you are arriving late.

The parking was free and easy. The location is great with a gorgeous park nearby and a 20 minute level walk in to the historical centre (with the added bonus of a few pavement cafés on the route 🍷) The room was huge and very tastefully furnished and decorated as was the rest of the hotel (with no IKEA furniture in sight 😆) The private garden was a bonus. And finally the staff were all so lovely and helpful. I will return.

Perhaps for the door to the garden not to lock you out if it closes by accident.

A very modern hotel with excellent facilities, we enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Easy to park on the street outside. Would stay again next time we are in Strasburg

Wifi useless but staff gave us their admin wifi code which was fine. There are very few restaurants in walking distance. Even on a Saturday evening nearby cafes closed at 9.30pm! The steam room was not great, very little steam!

We had a nightmare journey from Venice to Strasbourg (13 hours) and was in constant contact with the hotel who were extremely helpful We were only an overnight stay anyway. They agreed to leave our key and details in a safe outside,giving us a code. On arrival at 22.30 we were lucky enough to find the member of staff we had been in contact with just leaving. It was great to see a cheerful face and he helped us and wished us a good night We got to our room and was treated to an amazing shower 1st class mattress and linen. We had an excellent night's sleep just what we needed. Breakfast was absolutly wonderful Stunning fresh produce in a spotless venue. The hotel is beautiful and I went to take some pictures before checking out and was met by a very friendly receptionist who was as cheerful as last night's one. A fantastic place with safe street parking. We will definatly try to return. Simon Sandra Astill euro travellers

The Hotel was in a quiet neighborhood where many Embassies are located. The staff was superb as was the Breakfast. The room was nice & bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Keurig type coffee maker. Special device in lobby/bar for making fresh cold sparkling or still water. Overall an excellent Hotel with exceptional service. Also has outdoor & indoor pool & spa. A nice 20 minute walk to the center of town.

A lovely little sanctuary in the heart of the leafy embassy district - rooms are spacious and luxurious, the setting is green and peaceful and staff are super-friendly. The little pool is delightful, too. Very easy to catch a tram or bus to the historic centre.

A more diverse room service menu would be great as the offering is fairly limited if staying for more than one night - but the pre-prepared pots of food are ingenious!

Great location, very quiet neighborhood. The rooms were superb and the beds even better. We were delayed by heavy traffic but the staff were really efficient in dealing with a late check in.

If I had any complaint it would be that the breakfast buffet was not well maintained, it felt like they were short staffed on the morning. Don't get me wrong the food that was there was very good but it needed to be refreshed more frequently.

Location was quiet and attractive - a number of embassies nearby plus a wonderful park very close. Swimming pool was small but ideal for hot days. Excellent free parking, breakfast and staff..Recommended.
