The palce has a charm of a small Fench hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. WiFi was super fast - in my room in particular. No complaints!

A note rather than a complaint: my understanding is that there is no separate common space for breakfast, so the breakfast tray was brought by the staff to my room at a time we fixed the evening ahead. Depending on travellers' preference, it might be a plus or a minus.

The room was huge, the view very good, the breakfast could be better but still no complain, they bring it to your room(wow), the staff is amazing, very kind and gentle the room was very clean in general. I felt like a queen in that room.

The location is a little far from the center but really no big deal, the bedding could use a refresh they were kind of old. Still very clean but old fashioned and very used.

the room is overly perfumed with cleaning products; the smell lingered for a long time even after airing the room for a long time: there was no phen; hard-to-reach switches for chargers; weak water flow in the bathroom

Very nice hotel, good value for money. I had one of the most inexpective rooms. It had what it should have. The proprietor is kind of running the place as thjngs were done 30 years ago. Towels are changed every day, there is a minibar, there is 24 hours reception. For the money paid, it is a great treat.

The location is great, 15 min from old town and 3 min from wonderful Orangerie park. The rooms have their old charm, amazing view from the window and a small balcony. You have to leave the key at the reception area each time you leave. There is no parking in the hotel, but you can park for free near the park (receptionists will guide you)

The breakfast is served to each room and consists of some baguettes, butter, jam and pure.

the main issue was the absence of breakfast that wasn't expected and even not solved by proposing an alternative in the nearby bakery. The personnel was very kind and the apologized many times for the inconvenience. The personal exchange with the conciergerie was excellent.

Exceptional service provided by the staff during my recent stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist contributed significantly to my enjoyment of the stay and are a major reason I look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

The hotel is located very closely to the European institutions located in Strasbourg. The main train station can be reached with the bus (in about 20 minutes). The city centre can be reached by bus or on foot as well (in about 30 minutes). The hotel is located closely to the Orangerie park. The location was quiet despite the proximity of the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was possible to use Wifi provided by the hotel without any difficulties. The breakfast was served duly in previously arranged time.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, therefore it was a little bit tricky to take a shower and not to spill much water on the floor at the same time.

Perfect location for CoE and also walking distance to the centre. Clean and large room, comfy bed, bath and shower very nice. Breakfast wasn’t as much as I wanted but it was nice and the coffee was very good. Polite staff. Would stay there again.

No complaints

This is an old hotel in a beautiful street. The room we were assigned was a smoking room, but that only meant we had an ashtray in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless clean. The personnel was polite and nice, they gave us recommendations for sightseeing and told us some urban anecdotes. A very pleasant experience.

Well the prices in the city are generally high.
