Good location just across from the railway station. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

Impersonal check-in. We found the door locked and the place dark and worried it was closed. Luckily a local recognized our predicament and showed us how to retrieve the key from the lock box.

Location is absolutely amazing! Right next to the railway station, so that it’s easy to get anywhere. I was staying there during some really warm days (30-35 degrees), but the sick building walls made my staying very comfortable, it did not feel too hot inside, despite of no air conditioners available. Key pick up/ drop off procedure is straightforward and easy. So generally my staying was nice and smooth. Can highly recommend the hotel :)

The hotel was perfectly located, close to the train station and on walking distance from the city center. The rooms were clean and all the facilities (towels, toileteries...) were provided for. The check-in and check-out also went very smooth. Even though we arrived earlier than the usual check-in, that was no problem.

As a couple, we'd have preferred one double bed with one big blanket instead of two separate individual beds with individual blankets.

Everything was fine. The room is clean and quite big. The bed was very comfortable. bathroom was also clean. To find the hotel’s location was easy the same as to get a key.

Nose from the street and smell of drag. As it close to the station there were lots of strangers that made nose and shouted and smoked. So you can’t open a window, anyway you would hear everything from the street.

This hotel is directly opposite the station. The room was of a very good size with everything that we needed for our stay. The room was very nicely decorated and in excellent repair. It was the cleanest hotel that I can remember going to. This hotel was literally spotless. I fully recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and pleasant staff - young man at the desk especially (but not exclusively!) generous with information and tips about the Christmas Market and he gave us a coin token for Glühwein and souvenir cup from one of the stands.

Doris is terrific. The location can’t be beat—easy access to trains, shuttle to CHIO, and downtown. The staff made us very welcome and comfortable, and gave great advice about places to eat, etc.

No lift, it was noisy outside the hotel at night and early morning.

Great location, communication, cleanliness, comfort and genius key dispenser ( with code) for after hours. All in all, the perfect place to stay in Aachen. Would definitely stay again.
