Room was very comfortable, no noise issues like others described, breakfast was nice and simple, and the price and location are of course the best parts about this hotel. I was initially worried about reception not being present for most of the day, but this ended up not being a problem. Very much recommended for a short stay of 1-3 days.

Sizable clumps of dust under the bed, the bathroom shower had a couple spots of mold, the bathroom vent had some dust in it as well. Not a huge issue if you're only here for a night or two, but any longer and I would hope they clean it more often.

Spotlessly clean and great value for money. Beds and pillow comfy. All that was needed for a one night stop over, spending minimal time in my accommodation.

I had emailed the hotel a few days before asking for advice on parking, but the answer was only received after we had checked in. It was difficult to pull up outside on an extremely busy road to enquire about parking before checking in, so perhaps a bit more information ahead of time on their hile page might help the next person. For anyones future information, there's a public multi-storey a few hundred metres up the road on the left called the APAG and we parked at 9.30pm until just before 10 am for 8 euros.

Very close to train station, 2 minutes by walking distance. It is a very good value to stay in aachen and enjoy the city. Many restaurants, bakeries nearby. My room when i checked in was very clean.

Very noisy in the morning you can hear clearly doors, people around 8 am. My first day my room was very clean, i stayed 3 nights, the second night they only take the bins bags, i didn t need new towels or bed linen but just to wash the shower and the tap wash basin, the third day they didn t do houskeeping at all.

Nice modern spacious room, busy road outside if you have a room at the front. Helpful receptionist. Railway station opposite, plenty of food establishments nearby.

Free parking offered, but only have four places for probably thirty plus rooms. Need to pay in a nearby multi storey car park. I unloaded my motorbike outside but would be impractical/dangerous l to unload a car. Hotel situated on inner ring road. However brilliant for arriving by train.

The location is super convenient for a one day trip to Aachen. The room is big and the bed confortable. It is good enough for the super price you get it and the person from the front desk was very nice.

The hotel is super noisy! We could hear bsically everything the people upstairs were doing. You can only check in from 2:00 pm because the office is closed. But honestly for the price it is still good.

Good location, I had a room with streetview and it was rather calm. Quite wide room with elementary furnitures for this price; you have what you need; the bathroom is clean and wide enough. The bed was comfy. I asked for a late check-in and a parking slot, both have been provided with good information. Most of my requests have been listened. The service provided by Huma was good, and the man at the Reception was also OK. This hotel has a very good value for money.

I did not have most of the late check-in information early enough to my opinion(after 15h, on the day of arrival), making me change my plans and cancel some activities to arrive earlier. I asked for a real queen or kind bed, above all not 2 beds sticked together, but I had finally these 2 beds sticked with one sheet hiding it. Also, this is more a problem for the hotel than for the guests: I gave my bank card details on phone prior my arrival so as to let them charge the night on it, but when I arrived my card has not been checked : I could have told them the card details of anyone else, this is an usual fraud so, to the Receptionists : be careful !

Was a tidy room, pretty spacious and very big bathroom. Bed was comfy enough - the double was made up of two singles, but couldn't tell too much that that was the case. Nice and close to food places for a later dinner after the Christmas Market and close to the train station making it easy to leave early in the morning, with an easy key drop off for check out.

Was a shame no kettle or mugs for tea or coffee, but for a budget hotel, I guess it minimises on costs.

I arrived in the evening and the receptionist was very helpful.The room was clean and the bed excellent --and the room was also very quiet which was great! There is a lovely bakery just adjacent to the hotel which offers great bagels and regional specialty baking - love the Streuselbrötchen! The train station is located on the other site of the street and covers basic shopping needs including the forgotten toothbrush.

It would be good to be able to decide in the morning rather than the previous evening whether or not one wished to have breakfast participation.

It's perfectly located across the main train station. The rooms were cleaned and seemed recently renovated. Late check-in is a possibility but you need to arrange that beforehand with the hotel.

Despite having a comfortable mattress, the bed was a little too small for 2 people to sleep comfortably. The shower drain was slow to drain, so you ended up with a small pool up to your ankles.

I just love the beds and the pillows the sheets and quilts are lovely and clean and crisp. The towels smwll lovely and are fluffy and soft. The hotel is quiet even though it seemed busy at breakfast. Its very close to the station and a 10minute walk into the centre of Aachen. It was nice and warm in the room. There is somewhere to store your cases after checkout time. Nice cafe next door for a cake and lattee coffee.

There is nothing we diddent like. The only thing that needed attention which I forgot to mention was the shower holder was broken so had to hold the shower head while showering. Room 101
