The hotel is very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room are quite nice and decent sized. Bed was super comfortable and the room had a balcony. Spa area is quite nice (although the pool is slightly cold if you go after the sauna or hammam). Breakfast buffet is good and there is a lot of food options. Barman was very friendly to us so we enjoyed having a drink at the bar. Hotel is super conveniently located, about 15 min walk to the city center and in a quite area.

Only downside was insulation from the room (you can hear a bit the noise from the hallway), it was not much of an issue for us as hotel was not at full capacity. Parking is quite small but we did have a spot. In general we had a great time at that hotel. Experience may be a bit different is the hotel is full tough as I think all the facilities would then not be as enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are traveling off season tough

Comfy room. Location - easy walk into town in a quiet neighborhood. Parking on site included. Great value with the spa and gym which was recently renovated.

Hallway sound is an issue but thankfully, it was before bed and not too early the next morning. Front desk staff was not particularly friendly, and the spa area was not well attended to with towels. There was little information provided about the spa. We had to ask for robes and towels after seeing others with them as they weren’t in the room.

We had a lovely big room for three nights, with a balcony, it was very clean with a big comfy bed. Airco was a relief as it was so hot. Coffee & tea facilities are always great to have. The pool was great. Parking was free, we were lucky to find a space below ground so it was nice and cool. It's a nice quiet area, but easy to reach the town center by foot in about 15-20 mins. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of fresh produce and all very tasty.

We had to wait 10 minutes at reception before someone came to check us in, which was frustrating after a long, hot drive. Dogs are not allowed on the terrace outside the bar, so we didn't use the bar, which was a pity.

Great value for money close to city center (a great walk along the Lichtentaler allee). The room was quite big, with balcony, airco and fridge. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Also, the pool, sauna, gym and whirlpool are a great bonus to have. Some parts are up for a bit of a touch up (the desk chair in the room was looking a bit dated, the paint came of from the side from the whirlpool), but all in all that didn't take anything away from the very enjoyable stay I had.

I think the breakfast is overpriced at 20 euro. I decided to not make use of it, so cannot judge on quality.

Free car parking at hotel. Extensive breakfast with lots of choices. Lovely balcony overlooking the back garden of the hotel pool. Spacious quiet room. Comfy bed. Polite chatty receptionist. About 20mins foot walk to town center.

There is a construction site next to the hotel. In the Mon-Fr week noises will come across the property. Air con controller not intuitive to use. It was also not strong enough to keep the room cool at say 18-20C. Room interior was a bit dated but easily overlookable. Unfortunately smoking is permitted on the balconies. Dinner options at hotel a bit limited. It is better to eat out or get your own food from supermarket.

Hotel was in a great location, an easy walk to town but also in a quiet neighborhood, we loved the peace and quiet of the park area outside our balcony. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were in great working order. Balcony was wonderful, and we loved the bottle of water in the room after checking in on a hot summer day. Loved the easy access to the parking lot and garage.

Only minor problem was that the shutter in our room was nonfunctional, but there were blackout curtains, so the hotel had tried to rectify the problem, and the curtains did keep external light out.

INCREDIBLY impressed with this hotel. It's a gem in Baden Baden with a lovely 15-20 minute walk to the heart of town through a lovely greenspace. The hotel itself was a slightly swanky surprise on our Black Forest road trip. It was fantastic to have a balcony to air out on, take a swim, hot tub, and citrusy sauna! Also the gym was a welcome surprise with some basic machines and weights.

Only drawback is they can run out of parking on their property. We got lucky, but I saw a lot of disgruntled guests checking in later who had to hunt out parking down some side streets, which was hard to come by.

I am always staying at this hotel because I like the location directly in the park. This time I was positively surprised - the rooms were renovated. Wow! I always recommend this hotel to my friends.

After renovation the breakfast became much worse. There was no choice and it tasted really bad. Please return the breakfast quality as it was before…

Clean and good size room, good restaurant (terrace outside is lovely), but especially the restaurant service - unfortunately I don't know her name, but the waitress who served both evenings made me feel really welcome and taken care of, and I could see she was excellent with all the clients, so thank you so much for this.

Breakfast selection could be slightly better, e.g. more veggies. Bed mattress a bit too soft for me, but that depends on personal preference.

The best hotel we stayed at while we were on this road trip. For such a decent price we were able to experience swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, there were also gym facilities as well as a nice balcony for us to relax. We probably had the best time staying at this hotel in comparison to eight other hotels we stayed at during our trip.

We did have trouble with parking as we booked this last minute. However there were more parkings available away from the hotel.
