it was so kind that you people made us honeymoon surprise! we were shocked and are really greatefull! hotel is tidy and entrance smells very nice!

cleaning stuff tried to Enter our room even tho there was plenty of time until checkout, we had a label do not disturb and yet i had to run out of shower to stop them. later on they one more time came still not With checkout time and like pushed is to move quicker. i get it that they had a cleaning to do but it was poor situation :(

Great hotel, stylish and comfortable, attentive and polite staff. We really enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our rooms, the free pool table and live music. We accidentally left some valuables behind and the hotel manager kindly helped us retrieve those on our way to the airport.

The breakfast is very expensive and was not labelled clearly enough for vegans, so we ate breakfast elsewhere. The hotel breakfast was priced for us at 84 Euros per day for four people, you can get a full evening meal in Berlin for less than this for four. The hotel staff were polite and tried to show us which food was vegan or not, but we preferred to go somewhere more value for money and where we knew exactly which food was suitable for us as a family or not.

Location was great. Honestly, the experience was so good my partner and I completely forgot how much it cost because it was worth it! The room was very comfortable and it was overall an excellent stay. Very clean too! Toilet is clean as well. Service was friendly and kind. Also, they gave free drinks in the minibar. My partner especially loved the heated towel stand in the toilet.

The location was not the nearest but because it was located right outside the train station, it was alright. There wasn't a shower door so water kept splashing out but it didn't really bother us.

Location was perfectly central to reach sightseeing destinations and shopping centers via public transport Staff at reception and restaurant/bar was very knowledgeable and helpful

Our room was not clean on arrival and also not cleaned properly on a daily basis . Dust all over the place ; shelves / bedside tables / tops of soap dispensers for example were quiet dusty . The toilet flush button filthy with finger prints from previous users ; also not being cleaned during our stay - had to do this ourselves .

From checking in to checking out, everything was a breeze. The hotel is really cool, super clean and a great base to explore the city from. All the staff were lovely and on hand to help with any queries. The breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh and you could have as much or as little as you wanted. I'd definitely recommend staying here to people visiting the city. If you're into walking and not wanting to use the s/u-barn,, it's a good 25 minutes to get to central Mitte eg the Berlin Cathedral. The hotel is in a quieter more residential area of the city

Only one minor point re location but it wasnt the end of the world...If you're wanting a bar for just a drink rather than food, they're quite few and far between in this area

We loved our stay! The staff were extremely helpful and let us leave our bags when we arrived a few hours too early for check in. The room was perfect for what we needed, lots of wardrobe space, EXTRA large comfortable bed, lovely powerful and hot shower, nice toiletries and decent TV channels. The free mini bar was a lovely touch (shame we didn’t get much chance to abuse it!). The whole hotel felt very high-class and comfortable and was a perfect location - a station immediately on the doorstep to hop on the U-Bahn and walking distance from the really touristy bits and bobs. There’s a pharmacy and a shop a few doors down and restaurants close by. We had a truly lovely stay! Thank you!

The air-con wasn’t great, but this probably wouldn’t normally be an issue - we just happened to stay during a heatwave! As brits, we would have loved tea and coffee facilities in the room. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Good location, close to the metrostation. Good breakfast and nice breakfast area, Quiet room (innerside of the building). Comfortable bed. Fridge being refilled every day.

We stayed in different Innside by Melia hotels but this hotel is not comparable to other Innside hotels (e.g. in Leipzig, Dresden or Milan). We booked as usual a premium room but the room was much less equipped then in other Inside Hotels and did not meet the equipment list on the booking website (lacking of bathroom accessories (e.g. shower cap), bathrobe, bathslippers, radio, water boiler). After asking the reception desk some of these accesories were added.

- The room was spacious, with great design in all items, interior, and details, and relatively quiet. - Bed was great. - Nice toilet and bathroom. - Awesome breakfast! Very comfy and has a nice lobby to chill, work, eat, or drink. - Games to play as well, like board games, billiards, etc., were great to have! - Gym was not so fancy just enough for 2-3 people but it was fair enough. - great bar, great food!

- The small issue with the dripping shower. (it was randomly dripping, but it did not bother me since you could block the sound by closing the door. ) - The bathroom a couple of times had a bad smell, but overall no big issues. It was super nice! - Too expensive water - as it is in most places. - Some staff could not speak English well, but I guess that is OK they were friendly and very helpful!

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to advise, help when needed. Beautiful surroundings around the hotel. Easy access to public transport with the possibility to use rental bikes. The surroundings of the hotel were very nicely decorated with a super bar and nice music. Appreciated the opportunity to use its lobby area for relaxation but also entertainment. Very nice table football. Also, it's great that the hotel has its own sauna, so for those who get tired it's a nice place to relax.

There was no mini bar in the room as written in the description, so the fridge was completely empty. The beds were joined together and kept getting separated during the night, so eventually there was a hole between us when we woke up. The elevator was a bit chaotic, which you first summoned and instead of taking you to the Lobby, it took you to the top floor.

- Location is near the metro - Overall in great condition and feels modern - Foyer/lobby is spacious and modern. Good place to work if needed - Great breakfast choice - Super big bathrooms and shower - Free minibar was a nice perk

- The window in the bathroom was only half covered, people on 6th floor/gym could look in if they wanted to. Recommend to cover fully with frosted glass. - AC a little noisy - Curtains didn't fully cover the windows, so some light did come in - Pillows not super comfortable
