The position was super central and it had the privilege of being in front of the natural history menu, which is amazing for families and a must-see of berlin. For the future, you could create a discount code for your guests who wish to see the museums.

everything was amazing, maybe just the room was a bit noisy at night, but it’s understandable since we are so near the charitè hospital. The only thing which left me perplexed, it that I didn’t remember booking for two people when it was just me, and it was a shame that we could not arrange a downgrade and only pay for myself, since the staff saw that it was just me at check in. Maybe making sure of the number of guests, and offering a downsizing would have been the cherry on top, but on the other hand it’s an amazing hotel in an incredible position. Cleanliness should be a bit improved because my pillowcase had stains, and it was a bit unpleasant, but these things happen.

There’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a metro stop 3 mins away so it’s really easy to get anywhere you want. Berlin central station is 15mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was more than enough and had many options like 2 types of eggs, bacon, variety of cheese and baked goods, fresh fruits so you’ll definitely find smth for yourself. There’s also a big market 3 mins away. The staff was helpful when we needed them. The room was cleaned every day without we even needed to ask for it. If i wanted to stay in Berlin again, i would definitely consider this place.

I think there’s a hospital and a fire station nearby and the tram goes right in front of the hotel so it was almost always loud. But we already knew that before booking since it’s in the centre of the city so i don’t know if it’s really a con. The lightning in the room could be better but that’s all.

Breakfasts were always the same but tasty and fresh and team always added items which were over. Location is very close to city center, that's great. But very often we heard sirens of ambulance and 112 cars, it was very loud and woke up us even through the tight close windows. It doesn't depend on hotel service, of course, just guests should know about this inconvenience. Very clean bathroom, special thanks for cosmetic mirror! Soft comfortable beds, set of tea and coffee with a kettle - that's very nice.

Location was great, only 10 min walk from the main station and U and S bahn connections nearly just the street. The staff was super friendly.

The traffic noise at night can be a bit loud if you face the road and on the upper floors, the option to open the window would just make the noise louder. There is also No AC on the top floor rooms, they do provide a nice fan, but when it's rather hot at night and one can't open the window for the traffic noise it's not the most ideal if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

The view from the room was gorgeous! The fact that you can open the windows to allow fresh air in was fantastic. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower head that even my husband could comfortably stand under(he’s 6’4), and there was a towel heating rack which was extra cozy. Kettle with coffee and tea selection was also nice. Location of the hotel is awesome, very close to both tram and subway, and close to many great restaurants.

There is a lot of noise in the neighborhood at night, and if the windows were open we found it hard to sleep. Also, one day we placed the do not disturb sign on the door, but our room was still serviced and the sign brought inside-strange.

The view from our hotel room looked down onto the street and we were overlooking the Natural History Museum too which when it snowed it was like we were in a winter wonderland. When we got breakfast on our final day there was a high variety of things to eat and to drink as well and not only that the staff members we spoke to went above and beyond while myself and my partner were staying there. If I ever go back to Berlin I will be staying here again

The one thing that both myself and my partner agreed on what the fact that in the room itself it had gotten a bit cold especially during the night when the temperature really dropped down low however other than that our stay was amazing

The hotel was in a very good location (10-15 minutes from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station of Berlin), next to another metro station and opposite to Natural History Museum). The room was bigger than expected and very clean. There was always hot water available and there was heating in the room. The people who are working there are all very friendly especially the ladies that clean the rooms. The bed was pretty comfortable and there were two pillows for every person.

Up do date and clean hotel room. Nice big windows were a bonus. Close to city centre. Comfy bed. Liked the shower as well. Friendly staff. So all good, no complaints. Enjoyed a nice couple of days in Berlin visiting as much as we could very fast paced. We enjoyed the city and the hotel and the fact that it was very close to Berlin Hbf train station, which was what we wanted.

Cold in Berlin at this time of the year but that was expected :))) Nothing to complain about the hotel though. Thanks!

This hotel is within walking distance of the main train station (the one you take from the airport), and also to other public transit options. Rooms are small, but clean and seem newly renovated. This hotel doesn't have air conditioning but does provide a nice big fan. My room faced north, which meant less heat from the sun but was right on the busy street. Closing the windows provided very adequate sound proofing, and it wasn't too hot in Berlin during my visit, so the fan was enough. Higher up rooms would help with the noise as well. The breakfast is very good value for money with lots of options, including choices for those looking for healthier options. The cappuccino machine was lovely! I walked to everywhere in Berlin that a tourist would want to, but that may be more than the average traveler is willing to do. Public transit options are close by.

Air conditioning would have been welcome.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, it's a 10 minute walk from main train station. It was a dad and daughter trip for my 60th birthday which we had to put on hold due to covid . The staff were friendly and helpful , especially Ben who looked after us with information on transport etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything we needed and at breakfast time there is plenty on offer . We will certainly stay again when next in Berlin .
