Location was excellent, straight across from the train station, also access to trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows + iron and ironing board which were provided. Room was spotless. We enjoyed the stay and would defo recommend this hotel for location alone.. Will be back

First night's stay heard really loud music, had to put in ear plugs for a while as we were so tired from out long journey, music stopped around midnight. Having no iron in the room was a pain, had to ask at reception, which was shortly provided. Other than than it was great! We enjoyed our stay!!

The location of the hotel was amazing - just a stone throw away from Hauptbahnhof station so easy to get around. The room and main reception area were also very modern.

Breakfast could have been better - as for hot breakfast options there was only scrambled egg, sausage & boiled egg. Avoid trying to check in early via the link sent to you as this promises you no waiting time at check in but that is not the case - I checked in using this app and still had to queue for over 15 minutes at reception (around 4pm) to get the room key. Also, on this link you are asked to pay for your stay (full amount) then at the check in desk they ask you to "authorise" payment and are charged AGAIN the full amount, which is then refunded at the end of your stay - a large sum of money to have withdrawn from your bank for a few days!

Location is great for travelling around the city as it’s straight across the road from the main train station and next to an underground, bus and tram service. An all day ticket lets you travel on any of these modes of transport all day for approx £10. It is also close to good restaurants and the train station has lots of cafes, snack bars etc., some open 24 hours. The hotel is modern and we found the room to be pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We were facing the inner court yard which because it was winter was quiet. It has a rooftop garden and bar which we didn’t get time to visit on this short trip. The restaurant looked good but again we didn’t get time to eat in it so I cannot review on the food. Hotel has a luggage room and they were happy to keep our luggage before check in and after check out on the day of arrival and departure, free of charge. Check in and out through the app makes it fast and easy.

Dirt, fluff and dust under the bed and bedside tables, which I discovered when I dropped something and it rolled under. Tv only has one English speaking channel and it’s the news. Check in is 3pm which is quite late in the day but they are happy to keep your luggage and let you go out in the city if you arrive early.

Very good amenities and super nice staff. The employees were extra helpful and nice to our 2,5 yo daughter. They were attentive to bring a high chair and even took a photo of us with the Christmas tree. The breakfast was also very qualitative. We also liked the fact that the secured car park was close by, although quite expensive on top of the room price (27e per 24hours). Our room was super quiet, the bed was comfortable and they even prepared the sofa bed in advance for our daughter. Overall very nice stay.

The cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom. There was still trace of toothpaste in the glasses. There was also dust on surfaces in the bathroom. I also was quite surprised that the cleaning lady came to knock on our door before we even checked out.

I was super lucky to get an upgrade to a better room type. I wasn't told, but I found out another time I booked the same toom type and it was a whole different experience. For this room type I have to say the value for price was amazing. Spacious room, huge bed and even a bath tub. I would definitely recommend choosing the comfort room after I have seen how big the difference is to the standard one – if you care for good sleep and a quite stay. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good with many healthy and tasty choices. Overall a very good experience due to the room type I had this time.

I forgot a piece of clothing in the room as I was in a rush while leaving. Unfortuneately, it wasn't found after I asked the same day. Usually things get found and stored in hotels from my experience, but I read a few times in the reviews, this happened to other guests, too. So be sure to check for your belongings!

The hotel was clean and modern, located right next to the Berlin Central Station (hauptbahnhof). Great breakfast with lots of variety. The smoking rooftop bar was a nice surprise!

On arrival the hotel staff recommended the hotel’s own Italian restaurant located in the lobby, and we tried to go there twice during our 2-nights stay however we didn’t get service at all. First time we tried to go for drinks only but were told they don’t serve drinks at that specific time, next time we tried to go for dinner but were told the restaurant is fully booked even though it was empty of customers. We went to eat somewhere else and upon coming back to the hotel the restaurant was still empty. Additionally, the pillows in our room were quite thin and there were no extra pillows.

Like in every hotel. Like at home, for those who live in a (shitty) Appartement with Bad isolation. Everytime you use your muscles, everytime you move,/ everytime you swallow/someone of your neighbours believe they must move simultaneously or produce a noise simultaneously or make a louder noise as answer.. . This hotel was at this fact much better. Vibrations from humans that were in rooms nearby were able to .be feld but no so intensive as in other hotels. Nevertheless I hate the fact that everytime I am turning in bed someone has to make more noises than I or has to vibrate. Please people tell more about this problem beaucause nowadays it seems people are afraid to mention this really bad problem

The central location was fabulous, with the Reistag and Brandenburgh gate only a 10 min stroll away. The hotel is directly opposite the central train station with lots of taxis available if you need one. The hop on and off main bus stops were also a 5 min walk away. There were a variety of cafes and restaurants also within a 5 min walk. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The hotel facilities were good with a great rooftop terrace to enjoy. The rooms were immaculate, with very comfy beds and good air-conditioning. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Gambinoes, served fabulous pizzas.

You have to show the payment card at check in. If your reservation was made with a virtual card (for security and privacy purposes), you will still need to give the hotel another physical card! So without card they can't checking in! Even if your reservation fully payed. There is no kettle in the room. And it's impossible to find any water at night time.. We have to go to the Holiday Inn next door, they have 24/7 wending machines and hot water as well.
