For it's very acceptable price, location, comfort etc.. this is a very good deal & hotel. And an excellent breakfast!

We booked the hotel partially because of the swimming pool & spa. But before going there we read from reviews & comments that the spa is payable, 24 €/person/day (?). Lot's of customers were surprised and disappointed. Thanks to these reviews we were prepared and didn't use it, so no fuzz. But even though the hotel will say it communicates clearly, I didn't see those remarks while booking, nor were we informed when checking in. My advice is: communicate this as clearly and proactive as you can to avoid deception.

This is a great hotel with large rooms and a fantastic choice at breakfast. It is a great location to explore Berlin by foot or public transport which is super cheap in comparison to the U.K.

The main reason we booked this particular hotel was due to the swimming pool as we had teenage children, the pool is shown as the main advertising feature for the hotel on booking.com However the pool is not included in the hotel price and is an additional €20.00 euros, so for us it cost €90.00 extra a day, the pool and spa are listed separately on the facilities but they are one of the same so very misleading. With that said the pool and spa are fabulous but they should be included in the hotel cost or more clearly marked - additional cost. The hotel staff apologised and stated that customers complained all the time !!

The location was amazing. Easy access to the rest of Berlin. The breakfast was splendid with plenty of variety. Generally the room was comfortable and a pleasure to be in. The spa was very relaxing and had options for just about anyone. The welcome we received at the hotel was smooth and warm.

The male colleague at the spa reception had a somewhat unpleasant attitude. The general vibe we got from him made us avoid the spa the last day. One of the days a group of, what I assume to be, his friends were let in through the 'no entry' door to make use of the facilities. We left as they were loud and present with looks filled with judgement and disgust.

Good location, u Bahn stop almost outside the property, 10 minute walk to the Berlin Wall memorial and 10 minutes to a nice selection of restaurants. We had a view of the tv tower and 2 sets of nice french windows out to a slim balcony, very welcome in the lovely weather. The room was clean, nicely decorated and towels and bedding in good condition. Staff were helpful and attentive with tea, coffee and water provided which was welcome. A tourist bus picked up from the property each morning and although maybe not the best commentary of all the hop on hop off choices, it was nice to be able to catch it from the hotel. The spa was good with the pool, sauna and steam room being clean and attractive, the set hours for children to use the pool was a great compromise and the gym was excellently equipped.

The junior suite was on the smaller side and more knocks to the furniture than I would have expected. The shower over the bath was our biggest problem problem it was unnecessary, plenty of room for a great shower no need for the especially high sided bath. Breakfast was an over priced buffet, not something we would usually use but we tried it one morning, the food was fine and a reasonable choice, we would never get value from it so not something I could recommend but wouldn’t dismiss if you like that option.

Very high-quality hotel i.e. superbly finished/furnished room and facilities. Staff were excellent. Location is fantastic i.e. right next to a metro station, with lots of good places to drink/eat within walking distance; it's also c. 15-20mins walk from the major Friedrichstraße station. Room was very high quality i.e. very comfortable bed/furnishings and very good-quality fixtures/fittings throughout. The gym looked very well equipped i.e. similar to a commercial facility. The spa was very good i.e. similar to a high-end health club in terms of its facilities, atmosphere and lighting. The breakfast was spectacular (!), with really a very wide range of foods and drinks available. Was fantastic value for money overall.

Hard to fault this experience.

Excellent location! U-Bahn is just in front of the hotel. The cleanliness is superb! Staffs and services are nice as well! There are also restaurant and cafe internally locate in the hotel.

There are several points! I don't know why nowadays many hotels including this hotel, are offerings all things just only the arrival day! For example, if you stay more than 1 or 2 nights, you will note that the hotel gives a bottle of water only for the first date, also amenities like soap and shampoo is likely to be empty if you stay longer. To me this is quite ridiculous especially when comparing with the price. Another thing is that spa, sauna and swimming pool is not free for the guests, they charge you more 20 EUR to use it. There are also some equipment broken in the room.

The hotel management turned off all TV programs in English. At the time of our stay, only programs in German and Turkish were available at the hotels. All English-language news programs were absent. I just couldn't believe my eyes. Everything else was great. Excellent breakfasts. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Excellent service. In general, the hotel deserves the highest rating. (And we listened to the news on the phone).

I went for a conference and the hotel itself had everything that business people may need. The room was fresh and clean, it had a good size with big mirrors contributing to a more spacious feeling (they could trigger other ideas too), the bed was perfect, and the breakfast was a nice buffet with a bit of everything. If your reservation does not include breakfast, you can have it for 25€, which is good if you want to eat a lot, but there are super nice options in the city otherwise.

The TV barely had any foreign channels and I couldn't connect my apps or phone to it, so in practice I had no TV. The Spa was 20€ and when I arrived there was a dozen of kids playing all over the swimming pool, so I couldn't relax much. Plus, I only got a towel for the Spa, no flip-flops, no robe, no amenities. Without kids, the pool can be quiet and nice. Still, I was a bit confused that guys cannot wear athletic swimsuits (I guess because they are more explicit than shorts), but then the rest of the Spa was naked only.

Excellent location, out of way from the main centre but close enough to all the main public transport routes (which were brilliant and very regular). I travelled with my 15 year old daughter, we found the hotel really easily as it was just of the main road but it felt very safe and was lovely and quiet and perfect for us. It was close to the central station, via the trams on the main road and had a supermarket and gorgeous Nea Pizza place within a short walk. The best city hotel I have ever stayed in and not overpriced. Breakfast was literally everything you could think of, loads of choices and all fresh and topped-up regularly. We visited the sights, East Side Gallery and the Berlin Zoo, which was the best day ever.

The room was very clean and modern but a little 'standard' for the price. The reception area and breakfast was very impressive and the staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. Would recommend for a Berlin stay. Decided the Spa would be a good evening option, the steam room and sauna are to be accessed 'naked' but you can use a towel, which we did. Not very british and slightly awkward for two females and one being a teen but we managed and this is 'normal' in Germany.

I literally only chose this hotel to try out the gym since that's a critical factor for me when choosing hotels. It was probably the best hotel gym that I've been to so far. It's located next to the Spa and has two floors, one for strength training and the other for cardio. I've only just been to the strength training floor but my god - it has a LEG PRESS and TWO SQUAT RACKS. There were also cable machines, a Smith machine, dumbbell rack, a separate room for yoga and a place for mats, etc. I was blown away since I'm always used to hotel gyms being only made up of a couple of cardio machines with maybe 5 dumbbell sets, at best. I had a great workout. Thanks TItanic Chausee for providing a decent hotel gym! Regarding other aspects of my stay, my bathroom was great (big stall with rainforest shower), the breakfast floor also had a nice variety of options for savory/sweet breakfast with homemade lemonade... the location is also very convenient - only 2 tram stops from Hbf. I'd come back again for my next stay in Berlin.

As I was checking out, the receptionist for some reason couldn't hear anything I was saying and I had to repeat myself several times even though I was speaking as loud as I could (and trying very hard to not verge on yelling). She asked me another question but at that point I thought it best to write everything down on paper since I knew I was going to have to repeat myself. Was very odd and honestly not the best experience. She also made a small mistake on my invoice that I had requested. Additionally, the receptionist when I checked in asked me to write down the company address for the invoice which I learned through the receptionist at check out that it was never actually put in the system...
