The hotel’s elegant style and exceptional service make it stand out as my favorite place to stay in Bremen. Its convenient location near the Bürgerpark and within walking distance of the city center is ideal and adds to its appeal. One highlight of my stay was the spa, particularly the sauna. No steam room only sauna

Location is very good. Rooms are comfortable . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Close to Buerger Park. Convenient for pleasant walks.

Only one bottle of water per person for entire stay. Perhaps water should be available free of charge daily or Hotel can instal a water station with fresh cold water on each floor. The room had an unpleasant smell. I could not identify the origin.

It felt really plush and lovely. The room was huge and split into a big bathroom with a separate toilet within, a bath and shower. The rooms were quite dated but had lots of space. The pool was lovely and it also had a gym but didn’t use that. The park outside was lovely and is about 5km to run round so that was handy.

The decor of the bedrooms felt old and dated, despite being very plush. Maybe some new carpet and modernised side tables would help. There was also a lot of wasted space in the living room area, as we had it set up into bunk beds I’m not sure what they use the rest of the space for usually. It had a desk for people attending the local conference centre to work in but still oversized.

I love this hotel and now stay every year for an annual conference I attend. I've tried many other hotels in Bremen but overall this is the one I prefer. Whilst rooms are in need of updating (old dark furniture and worn carpets - at least the ones I've stayed in) they are nevertheless very clean and very spacious. Beds are firm and extremely comfortable, and the showers are great. The staff are super helpful and did their utmost to locate some sunglasses I had lost (which they found). The hotel is great value for money, especially if booked well in advance. It's not 'luxurious' (and is priced accordingly) but it has all the facilities you need in a hotel (and more). The swimming pool/spa area a big bonus and the bartender makes great cocktails! Breakfast is good with an extensive buffet and eggs station, but still quite expensive at €20pp

Not enough coffee pods in the room for the coffee machine. On two days we were only left decaf pods... Such an easy thing to get right, but even the reception desk didn't have additional pods to offer us in the evening... Pillows are hit and miss - some are old and lumpy.

The free pool and gym access was really good for the rainy days. The rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and the staff was amazing. Brilliant hotel for amazing service at a low price :)

The room kept getting very hot and stuffy and the double bed was just two singles pushed together, also the hotel could have better room service food options and the location was a tad far from the centre however we knew that when we booked.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed that breakfast staff remembered my choice from previous morning and the fact that I am gluten free. We enjoyed walking around the park that was just opposite the hotel and went to a free classical concert in the park, the second evening we were there. The hotel is well placed to walk into town and there's a good Indian restaurant 5 minutes walk away. We used the swimming pool and sauna a couple of times. Breakfast choices were very good.

Excellent Hotel and excellent employees. Thank you so much for your hospitalty. "The hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof, and with line 5, you can get directly to the central station from right in front of the hotel in just 1 minute, and from there, you can reach any destination you want."

Everything was nice.

Extremely convenient access to the Conference Center (there is an indoor access from the hotel) , 15 mins walking to city centre and restaurants, Spacious Bedroom, Very Quiet, Super Clean, Good Spa. Taxi is 30 mins max from the Airport (27 Euros one way)

The swimming pool water temperature was too cold

Location: near train station and arena. there is big park nearby. Hotel has a pool which wasn't crowded, clean. Sauna is for extra fee. Room is quite big.

There were a lot of homeless, sleeping and drinking people around the hotel - in the park and on the benches near arena. In bathroom there were only one type of gel/shampoo 3in1 for hands, body and head. In the 4* hotel I would expect to find a better quality cosmetics.

The location is really good, close to a big wonderful park, surrounded by green. The hotel has big rooms and big bathrooms. It has an old massive style that is not bad.

The rooms need to be fully renovated, it has very old wall paper on the walls. I would keep the furniture and just add some more modern details- courtains, wall papers, etc. There was a big spider walking around on the ceiling that caused big problems to the arachnopobic in the room.
