Location is really good. It's a couple of metro stops to the city center and it's not in the crowded area of the city. It was a very quite and nice neighbourhood. The hotel is very close to the metro station and it makes life easier while staying there. There are also markets close to the hotel. Building is very nice old building in a garden. Rooms are very stylish and cozy. Heating was a bit too high and it was very warm in the room. Bed was comfortable but I cannot say the same thing for the pillows. The most written issue (which freaked me out a bit) was the check in process. The self check-in machine is at the entrance hall of the building. It was very easy to use the machine and get the room key card. There are no room numbers but the names for each room. Room name is written on the screen as the check in is completed. If you miss the name of the room on the screen, it can be found in the email that they send to confirm check in. Also the guy working there was really kind to ask if needed any help with check in.

The first thing is wifi, I didn't see any information whether there is wifi or not. I couldn't use any wifi during my stay at the hotel. Second thing, there is no luggage storage room. That's the reason I wouldn't prefer to stay there again because I landed on 10:30am and the check in was 15:00 pm sharp. I had to look for a storage room in the city during that time. And the final thing is the lights in the bathroom. The lights are motion sensored and while having a shower it goes off and you stay in dark until you open the door and wave to the sensor.

Very cosy room, quiet, good location, close to subway, free parking next to the hotel, hairdryer in the bathroom, comfortable double beds, possible to regulate heating radiators.

We were a family of 4 people including a 6 months old baby. Asked for a cot for the baby when made a reservation. Tried to reach out the hotel several times closer to the arrival date, never got any reply. At the end the cot was not provided. Also when made a check in in a special mashine, did not receive a printed info with the room name. I got lucky that someone answered the hotel phone nr.and let me know to which room we need to go. :)

The hotel was located in a nice park, it was quiet and felt safe. It was also only 2 minutes away from the metro, which was a great plus. Overall, the room was big enough for us and we especially enjoyed the balcony we had.

It was a bit of a surprise that the location of our room was not where we had to check in, but a 20-minute walk away. Not having a lobby in our room's building was a bit worrying at first, but we didn't need any help anyway so it turned out okay. Having the bathtub in the middle of the room without any privacy was also a bit of a shocker, but thankfully our group was close-knit enough and we made it work.

Beautiful and quite a big room in a lovely historic building. Loved the huge windows, the amazing shower and comfy bed. The room is quiet although located by a busy street. The subway is just a few steps away, which makes it a perfect location. All in all, a great stay.

The check-in is located in a different location, which was mentioned and therefore expected. But it was a bit of a nuisance during bad weather. A problem with the (quite small) tv was quickly fixed after a phone call (someone came over within 15 min). Subsequent calls were not answered - I had better luck with the WhatsApp contact given at check in. A espresso machine or at least a water kettle would be a great convenience & upgrade - I really missed having neither in the room. One also has to keep in mind that there is no staff at the actual hotel - not a dealbreaker in my case.

The location is great, but it's hard to overstate the importance of reading the description carefully: you DO NOT check in at the location itself, but receive your keys a tram station away. That is also why there is no breakfast at the location. I can recommend the cafe Mit Herz und Zucker nearby for breakfast. But be warned it's popular and there are queues in the morning! We travelled with kids, where it easily beats booking two double rooms!

When I booked this one I was skeptical because of the reviews and what I read about it. But, I must say it exceeded my expectations, none of the stuff I read was true (at least based on my experience). The location of the hotel was amazing. Quiet street, but right behind the U-Bahn, so I didn’t even have to worry about going to places. It is exactly what you need when you’re in the city for a short time and want to do all of your activities. Good view and very very clean.

Hard to think of something I didn’t like. Would definitely book this one again.

The location of the accommodation was great. The metro station was 2 minutes away. The room was very clean and tidy. They gave us new towels every day! We were 5 persons on the room and there were 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a double and a single bed.

The room was quite small for 5 persons but it didn’t bother us that much.The only thing was that there was heating only on the room with the double bed, so the other room was a little cold. Also, there was not enough closets or room for our bags and clothes.

The room was very nice, cozy and big. The house was beautiful! The location right next to the u-bahn, could not have been better! Very convenient to take you anywhere in the city centre!

The check-in, as many describes, was in a seedy little "hotel" in a shady neighborhood a bit away from the actual hotel. This is a bit off-putting when you first arrive. However, when you check out, you just leave your key in a box at the actual hotel where you are staying, so you don't have to go back. There is almost no "counterspace" or anywhere else to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself is rather quiet, but when people walk and talk in the hallways, its very noisy...,

It is 3 mins walk away from the UBahn going to the city. The room was modern and the furnitures were up-to-date. It looks more like an Airbnb room because there is no reception on the actual hotel and no other way to get food and drinks inside (like vending machines or kettle for coffee. But anyway, the room was well maintained and clean. Just what we needed for our short stay.

The room was great—spacious and clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location near Lübecker Straße station. Even if it’s right beside a busy road, street noise can barely be heard in the room.

A notice is posted right at the hotel entrance stating that the reception is currently not at the hotel address, but about 1 km away. I didn’t know this beforehand but luckily I didn’t have any luggage with me, but walking through Hamburg weather for 2 km back-and-forth wasn’t a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in has a nice bathroom room but I’m not a fan of it’s light depending on a motion sensor. it’s able to detect movement outside the bathroom even if the door is slightly open. Taking a bath might not detect much movement and turn off the lights, then blind you when you suddenly wake up from a short slumber.
