I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time and got my room straight away. The young lady was very kind and friendly. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and is located very close to two tube stations (3-5 minutes of walking). The building is located inside an arch and is isolated from the main street, which makes the location very safe and quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and never heard any noises whatsoever. Although the location is not very central, you can easily reach everything by public transport. The elevators cannot be used without the magnetic keys, so no strangers can come inside. Rooms have refrigerators and stovetops, so you can keep and cook your own food. There is no daily room service, and it was 100% fine with me. When at home, I don't change towels every day and don't really need to get them changed all the time when living at a hotel (think about all the wasted water!)

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but it wasn't a big deal anyway :-)

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations! The rooms look exactly like they do in the photos - neat, fresh, and spotlessly clean, with a very stylish bathroom. The room is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and everything works perfectly. The staff deserves special praise - they are friendly, polite, and always ready to help, promptly addressing any requests. The lounge area is a delightful place to relax, with free, delicious coffee always available, along with cookies and snacks. On Sundays during Christmas time, they even treated guests to complimentary mulled wine - such a nice touch! The common areas of the hotel are also lovely, with cozy and stylish interiors that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—it was an absolutely fantastic stay!

The studio is ergonomically arranged, but does not lack anything. Chic, well equipped, equipped with everything you need to prepare a breakfast The atmosphere in the common areas is very nice, lot of young people that made us fell well. There is coffee and tea available to the guests non-stop, plus other necessary things that you can "borrow" - table and iron, kitchen utensils. Although it is not in the central area, it is very accessible by metro, both from the airport and from the center; we covered the distance to the center on foot, walking (I recommend the 24-hour ticket for one or more people) friendly and very helpful staff. the parking lot is very useful, as well as cleaning products for the kichinette.

A little care for the cooking utensils and plates in the cupboard - not all were clean (probably not all customers wash them well, and the staff didn't check) - it wasn't a major problem, because we always wash them before using them As well as one of the towels - it had black marks that probably didn't come out in the wash.

This is a nice place to stay in Hamburg! It is not located in downtown Hamburg, but the UBahn is very close, and the city center is only a couple of UBahn-stops away. The room and bathroom were clean, modern and big enough, and included a kitchenette. We asked for, and were given, a quiet room. Staff members were nice and friendly overall. You can hang out in the eating area, there is free coffee and tea, and there are tables outdoors as well. We liked that there was a 'library' where you can borrow an iron, pots and pans etc. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the reception.

Breakfast was OK, but maybe not worth the money if you're not a big eater. The tables outdoors were often occupied by men who were smoking, so the area outside didn't really feel welcoming for families or other guests. The doors to the rooms didn't close well, so you had to slam the door really hard, which of course was noisy and annoying for the other guests.

Location is great: it takes only a couple of city train stops till the Hamburg main station. The facilities are top: everything is new, everything works properly, beds are comfy, shower & toilet are spotless, kitchen area has all necessities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is tea&coffee for free. Stable Wi-Fi. Cute breakfast area with play one for the kids. And all that for a reasonable price. The place is just awesome!

There is literally nothing to complain about, the place is great!

The room was large enough, sufficient kitchenette with everything needed. Beds comfortable. Bathroom great too, big shower, great light. Everyone at the front desk is always nice and helpful.

The only thing I would criticize is nothing directly to do with the hotel, the room itself is great. Only our room had a not so great view. We were looking into the wall of the opposite house and there was probably a rainwater sump under our window. Also what I found disappointing is that the cleaning is only if the stay is longer than 8 days, if you want earlier you have to pay. I don't find that adequate. But it's the hotel's setup and there's nothing I can do about it.

The room itself was very nice. The bed was large and I slept well in it. The bathrooms were also nice. They were large enough and the water hot in the shower. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. There was a light behind the mirror as well, which was very nice. The room did not have a nice view, but that was not important for me.

The wifi was not great, but worked suitably for a few nights. The hotel itself is a little far from the nearest U-Bahn stop, but it is close enough to walk if you plan for it. There is a large carpark and the taxis respond quickly.

The room was very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is perfect, you walk in 5 minutes to the U-bahn (subway). The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull.

The room was a bit hot. This hotel is brandnew, so may be there were some technical problems with the heating. By opening the windows, it was not such a problem.

The aparthotel is in a quiet part of town - not much going on but very easy to access other areas by bus or the closest U-Bahn station, just a few minutes walk down the road. St Georg just a 20 minute walk away also. The room was small but well designed and laid out, so felt functional, clean and easy to use.

It seems to be a thing in Germany when you ask for a double room there are 2 mattresses put together and 2 separate single duvets - was a little annoying for a couple on holiday who wanted to have a hug, but maybe just the way it is there...

The location and the cleanliness are great. Also the neighborhood is so quiet and allows for good night sleep. The reception guy is polite.

The beds in a room for 3-4 people are so uncomfy. The queen size bed is two single beds touching next to one another but not tied together, the matteresses keep moving. And the other two are day beds. The room is not so big. Theres not even a welcome water bottle which is common in some Hotels in Hamburg dkw.
