Hotel location is very good. We walked to the hotel from train station and then went all touristic places by walk. Room was very clean and warm , thanks to all staff. I always feel anxious about self check in's, but this was really easy understandig and fast. Receptionists always helped us when we asked anything, and done if it is possible. After check out we put our bags to luggage room until train time.

There are something that can be developed and be better. One of them is pillows, they are extremely soft that it was hard to be comfort for me. The middle area was not comfortable as the double bed was made up of two singles combined. It would be more useful to have more hangers in the room and bathroom. These are small and improvable suggestions, other everything was great thank you :)

Simple but extremely clean single room with good private bathroom and very comfy bed. Excellent, bright location halfway between train station and Old Town and Castle making for an easy walk. Many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Exceptional value for money if you plan to spend most of your time exploring outdoors and come home to shower and sleep. The room was exactly as described with no unpleasant surprises. Wifi was also very good.

This is not a complaint, but this is probably not the property for you if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room as it’s really only for sleeping and showering between exploring Heidelberg’s amazing sights.

Nice room, good showers, clean bathroom (sink is in the main room and not in the bathroom). Friendly staff always reachable by phone. Fridge available if you ask staff (not in rooms). Great location! Only 15min walk from the old town and 15min to the train station.

There was one misscomunnication between the staff members but we solved it. Receptionist is working 11:30-20:00 but not always available, only after 3pm. Beds were a bit squeaky. Very small bathroom but clean.

Spotlessly clean room, easy check-in at an electronic terminal. Furniture functional and new. Very good location for a city trip.

The bathroom in my single room was tiny. I had a room on the third floor, which was great, but unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was so low, that I couldn't wash my hair properly. In addition, the water kept oscillating between piping hot and ice-cold. For coffee lovers, be aware that there isn't a coffee machine with capsules, unlike the pictures suggest. It's just a kettle, some tea bags and instant coffee. Wasn't a problem for me but worth mentioning.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The Hotel looks in good shape and even though it was an old building, there wasn't a lot of noise between rooms. I was skeptical about the automatic check-in, but when I forgot my key card in the room, I was able to get a new card from it.

The only thing I would improve upon is the reception hours. The reception is only staffed between 15 -20:00. I had thought about staying an extra night and was unable to ask my last morning. I would have had to check out and rebook online.

Nice stay, it was an affordable option compared to other pricing in the area and we felt it was great value. Everything was clean, and nice. Bathroom was especially nice! Red carpet everywhere is a little strange but it didn’t feel dirty like I feared it might. No AC but with the bedside can we were fine and it was like 90F+ degrees the day we were here. Easy self checkin process

Little bit out of the main old town, but not too bad of a walk. Worth it for the lower price versus what you’d pay in middle of town.

My room was fairly basic with a small bed and desk but provided everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. It was about a 20 min walk from the train station but it wasn't too bad even with a suitcase. Wifi worked well. It was in a very convenient location and was easy to find.

Some kind of breakfast option would have been nice but there are restaurants close by.

Good location, clean and big room, well renovated, 100% Ikea furniture in good shape (quite new). 3 bottles of water, coffee, tea and kettle much appreciated. The automated check-in was very efficient. Appart from the housekeeping ladies we did not see any human during our stay... It worked.

No parking lot, but we knew that ahead of our arrival. Only it is not very convenient in Heidelberg as surface parking is expensive and limited in duration during the day. We went for an underground parking.

Beautiful and affordable hotel close to city library and train stop. Beds are super comfortable! They offer automated checkin option and key drop box for fast checkout.

Reception doesn't open until 15pm and closes at 20pm, so if you need assistance during those hours, there is no one to help you. I wish they had locker or storage option. I was able to store my backpacks in a locker at the city library (Stadtbücherei) for 2€ for couple of hours.

The tidynes of the room was exceptional. Room equipped with an amount of sockets, enough next to the bed. Water, kettle, tea and coffee free in the room. Convenient location on a rather quiet street

Very soft mattress makes you slip off the bed every time you turn to the side. Pillow is flat, not convenient. The hotel doors are open all night long, while the reception closes in the evening. Anyone can feel free to enter and wonder around. Room-to-room sound isolation is non-existent
