The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There are many areas around the hotel to find a quiet place to read or get some work done and the bar is expertly managed. The staff is both professional and friendly. The breakfast is very nice and worth waking up for. We enjoyed it very much and plan to return.

There isn't too much immediately around the hotel, but there are some fairly good cafe and food options. The hotel is not in the Altstadt, but is still a short bus ride away. The only slight negative note is that the breakfast staff seems a little overwhelmed and understaffed. No problems, but it was hard for them to keep up.

The room was spacious and clean. All the beds were great and the babybed was set up and ready to use. Close to the historical centre and very family friendly (special breakfast plates and cutlery are provided, high chairs etc).

The set-up of the room was a little odd. The bathroom is quite tiny considering the rather large entrance/hall area. Also we would recommend to provide a bigger bathroom bin to families travelling with babies as they will have nappies to dispose of.

Modernisation by connecting an old brewery is a big feature of this hotel. The big open entrance space including common living room space with bookshelves is very cozy. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of different things including sparkling wine to start a good day. Facilities and amenities in a room were enough and all furniture and room design created a not-heavy atmosphere.

I found parking fee was a little bit expensive as I expected a discount fee for hotel guets.

The hotel looks stylish and modern inside, with a nice and warm interior. The rooms were normal sized, with a small bathroom. The WiFi was good. Staff was lovely and the breakfast was great. The location is a few km from center.

It was a bit further from center than we thought, 20-30 min walk.

Very spacious room! Probably the most spacious I’ve seen in Germany. This hotel was above our expectations! Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very kind! Only 16 min walk from Hbf and bus and training station are also close. There are shops around and you can reach old town with multiple ways. Definitely worth the money!

Great hall and interior. Good breakfast.

Have booked twin room for me and my 15 yo son, but got king-size bed! Was really uncomfortable. No exchange available was declared by the personnel though there were twin rooms on the site for these dates.

Nice and wide room and very nice hospitality. Very spacious and beautifully renovated hotel; entrance, corridor, dining room. Great breakfast! Nice room and bed. We were on the very special Castle Burning night with fireworks. So the town was filled with people, but the hotel has distance from the crowd. It was very good.

Location and breakfast were perfect. The room layout was great and the staff were friendly.

The room was a little dingy. For NH Collection I was surprised to see mold in the shower, dirty corners and walls. They were undergoing a renovation, perhaps we stayed in a room that had not been updated yet.

Amazing hotel with historic past. Love the interior common areas - bar very welcoming and comfortable. Great room - very spacious and light and huge comfortable bed. One of the best breakfasts we have had at any hotel

Parking very convenient but expensive - to be fair much the same as big city.

The air conditioning wasn’t functioning and I told that right after the check-in. Nothing was done. At night the room was so warm that we couldn’t sleep well.
