I recently stayed at A&O Leipzig Hostel and found it to be a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, allowing me to settle in without any issues. The staff members were proficient in English, making communication easy and efficient. The room at A&O Leipzig Hostel, while basic, provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight of this hostel is definitely its fantastic location in Leipzig. With its central position, I had easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Cute apartment, enough clean, have everything needs even table with two chairs, big bed, wardrobe and tv with YouTube. Especially I was surprised allowed pets and we met some dogs in elevator. I like pets and friendly places for this. Location is near from train station, but we didn’t heard nothing from street.

One problem which I remembered - it’s thin doors and early morning we were waked up from another customers, because they were going though corridor and it was very noisy.

VERY convenient for station. (Turn LEFT at end of platform then half left at exit). Helpful, friendly staff. Lift. Excellent value buffet breakfast (E8). Comfortable, ensuite private room. Very reasonable prices, especially if you avoid Saturday night.

Nothing major. But lounge area has very little seating and, despite heavy marketing, availability of cooked snacks at bar seemed limited.

The location was ridiculously good, it was in front of the Zentral Omni Bus, and just 5 minutes walk from the Main Central Station. And also near the city centrum. I liked the common areas and the breakfast area.

The bunkbeds could be with a little more privacy, as some of the bunkbeds are lined up and literaly you almost put your feet in the other person's head.

Great hotel for family. There are at least two playgrounds: one in the lobby and the other in the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and quite. There are four chairs in family room. Good breakfast. Good WiFi (100 MB/s). Friendly personal. There is a billiards in the bar area.

TV size is the room was small, something like 16-18 inches. Table in the family room was small (1x1 meter). There were only two hand towels in the room for 4 people. We informed the staff in the reception, they replied that they will bring the missing hand and bath towels. We had to ask them again and bring the towels ourselves.

Good network of hostels, with good apartments and great location. Very comfortable beds, clean room, ergonomic shower and WC and friendly staff. You can check-in very fast at any time. Leipzig Central Station is a 3-minute walk from the hostel, which is especially valuable in case of a late arrival or very early departure from the city.

Everything is fine. We usually book a double-bed or triple-bed private room for our family stay, and we would like to have a kettle in the room for self-doing coffee in the morning, but considering that this is usually not accepted in hostels - everything is ok!

Great location within 15 minutes walking from the city center, friendly staff, clean and airy room (we booked for 4 persons), parking place on the backyard (for 12 euros per night). A crib was installed on our request. Playgrounds are in the lobby and in the breakfast room downstairs - our kid was never bored ;)

Sometimes I could smell cigarettes in the corridor.

Great personnel and also, they provide laundry service (4 euro) at night which was very helpful for us. Also, there are lockers (same 4 euro) and a very good breakfast. Highly recommended for a short stay.

There was a strange smell (of an old building, I suppose) in the hallway, but everything in the room was okay though.

Staff were friendly, room was simple, big enough and clean. Showers worked well and lots of space in the lobby. It's a great place if you want to take young children.

Large groups of school children stay here for school trips, even during the holidays.

If there's an a&o in a city I travel to, I'll always choose it. I liked this one's location since it is very close to Leipzig Hbf. I also liked that there was a beer on tap and an outside mini-beer garden. The room was clean. There is an outlet close to the bed which was helpful.

The WiFi connectivity in my room was poor as I struggled to get a proper connection. Perhaps it was because my room was the end furthest from the reception.
