Location is excellent close to public transport stops and easy walking distance to old city. Neighbourhood is also very safe. Room was very pleasant- large bed, free minibar, window seat.

Aircon didn’t seem to be available in room which ended up being very warm at night . Had to open window to compensate. Shower is in the bedroom but it’s hard to avoid water exiting the shower area onto main floor when in use. Not a big deal as you can just dry it up with a towel but a better seal would help with these issues. There was a live band playing Saturday night with a decent size attendance. Could hear them clearer from our room so sleep was slow/difficult until they finished up. Would have been nice to know they were playing and duration when had arrived as had an early departure the following day.

Breakfast is above avarage for this type of hotel, everybody was friendly and polite. The hotel, location, staff are very good. Also one night we sit by the smokeless fire pit outside, which was a good surprise. The bar, which is the breakfast spot in the mornings was live and full of people at some nights, which is a thing you can not find easily in Munich.

They said the minibar was free of charge but it was for the first day, in fact there were two bottles of water and an apple cider, and no refill. No need to talk about something that little which will not make the customer happy.

Nice place, great decor, lounge/ bar was very nice. Accommodating us when we arrived right before the kitchen closed.

Shower in the room is uncomfortable unless traveling with spouse. The weather was bad when we left and no taxis were unavailable and it was a slippery,cold walk to the nearest underground. Probably 10 minutes on a sunny day but more like 20 in the snow, dragging your luggage. No one clears the sidewalks even the hotel so we were ankle deep in snow once you stepped off the front stairs. It was not a pleasant walk. Staff couldn’t help - not their fault- no one showed to work and she wasn’t sure what to advise us. Once we made it to the underground, signs were confusing and we weren’t sure where to go.

The property has a very unique feel given the music theme, having a record player in each room definitely makes it special. I really loved the portable speaker in the room that I could connect my phone to and listen to my music as well. Sound was not great for the record player but the portable speaker was really good. The restaurant has amazing food

It was quite cold and had to ask for the heating to be turned up which apparently was not really an option. They did give me a radiator to have in my room which solved the problem. Restaurant has really good food but it was closed on Sunday which was really inconvenient during a snow storm when everything else was closed and food delivery was a tough option Breakfast is quite basic and it was hard to communicate with the staff that could only speak german.

Amazing hotel. Every floor is dedicated to a different musical artist. Each room has a record player and you can borrow vinyls from the reception area. The staff are really friendly. Lots of musical details everywhere. (Tip: You can park in front of the hotel for about 20 mins while you drop off or pick up bags. After that if you wait for about 15 mins you will likely find parking in the same street or the next one. You can park for 11 Euros a day but can only pay in cash, no cards.) The location is ideal...it is easy to walk into the centre or to the English gardens (don't miss the surfers!)

i. There are no net curtains. If you open the curtains the room is very visible to people in the building across the road. ii. We found the restaurant to be a bit expensive

Room was a bit smaller than expected, it was hot in the room and ventilator did not seem to work, so we had to leave the window open overnight, and it was pretty loud + cigaret smell from outside

Loved arriving to a warm welcome and the well chosen music playing in reception and the corridors, and a large selection of vinyl records available to borrow for the record player in the room. It's a stylish hotel with a great feeling. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable. Staff are attentive and nothing was any trouble. The location is perfect for access to the city on foot and there are some excellent restaurants right near to the hotel. They have live music on a Saturday night. What's not to like?

There were no coffee making facilities in the room although you can get great coffee in the bar and reception. Parking is limited onsite but there is a secure 24hr car park 2 mins away which worked perfect for me.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Free drinks in the minibar. Vinyl record player provided in room with records selection at the lobby. However, some records were warped and not playable. Breakfast has good selection and was delicious.

We were given an unmade room during check in. We have to lug our luggages up and down a couple of times to get another room. Moreover, the room given to me was facing the front and in the evening, the smoke from burning the fire wood down stairs blew into our room when we opened the windows. The design of the shower was bad. Water kept flowing into the room.

No check in parking A linger smell of old in the corridor and upon entrance Window above entrance of the hotel therefore quite noisy when people are leaving the restaurant and chatting or smoking. The whole convo went into our room. Not pleasant! The cleaning person left 4 used bottles (out of 6) in the fridge (on day of arrival) Kit with necessities was open as well, therefore it had been used No pillow cases in the extra pillows. Nothing major, but .....

It was an absolutely fabulous stay, procedures at the front desk were smooth and friendly, no wait times. Spacious room, great location, breakfast had limited options but the quality of food was excellent, just about right for business travel.

There was hardly anything that I did not like. There was music in the corridors that I could here from my room and felt to loud for the night, but after asking when the volume will be reduced they immediately switched it off on my floor. So really nothing to complain. Absolutely recommended.
