It was as good as we expected. The excellent location was THE BIG PLUS. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we requested.

There were no shelves in the wardrobes so we had to keep some of our clothes in the luggage. The temperature of the water in the shower was changing all the time, requiring to correct it permanently during the shower.

Excellent location, the staff are super polite, friendly and always ready to help gladly. The beds are sooo comfortable and the rooms extremely clean! Very rich breakfast with eggs, bread, wraps, yoghurt, juice, great coffee and much more. We stay here every time we come to Athens as its such a lovely boutique hotel. We were upgraded to junior suite and had an amazing view of the Acropolis from our window. It's value at an extremely good price. Definitely recommend.

There was only one thing I didn't like but this is just my opinion... Nothing major! In the junior suite, the wash basin was in the bedroom. Would've been better in the bathroom but this is a very minor detail.

Easy to get there from the airport. Perfect location. Close to main attractions. Shops, cafeterias, restaurants steps away. I had an unexpected pleasant upgrade on my booking. The room was excellent, with Acropolis view. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Was nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea. Had everything i needed for a good rest. Would love to stay longer next time.

The hotel was in a central convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and the Acropolis. The maid and breakfast staff were friendly and exceptional in their service. The breakfast was pretty decent with lots of choices, so we were able to have a healthy full meal. The room was good - what you would expect for the price.

The only big issue is the water temperature constantly fluctuated while showering due to other people in the hotel (e.g. went super hot, then cold).

Location is perfect, hotel is super clean, friendly staff and rooms not overly big, but just perfect for a stay in Athens when you’re out and about most of the day. Nice little bathroom. Organised us a breakfast box when we had an early morning flight which was lovely.

The location of the hotel is superb. It's situated in a prime spot, which offers easy access to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast: The breakfast provided at the hotel was very good. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both hot and cold options. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was prompt and attentive. Room: The room at the hotel was great. It was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The room also had all the amenities you would expect, including a TV, a mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is fantastic.

Had a wonderful stay at Amazon Hotel which is located centrally to many of the tourist attractions and is a 5 minute walk to either Syntagma or Monastiraki subway stations. The room was clean and tidy, a bit on the smaller side but understandable given the central location. Really enjoyed the breakfast provided as well, there was a wide selection of hot and cold foods, yoghurt and cereal. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful also.

However, the soundproofing could be improved as noise carries from the corridor and the street below in the evenings. Perhaps being on a lower level, level 2, contributed to this. Overall though I enjoyed my stay here and would return in future.

I stayed in the ‘suite with Acropolis view’ room on the seventh floor. It was absolutely outstanding and well worth the slight extra expense. -The hotel is excellently located, only 3-4 minutes walk from Syntagma Square and about 10 minutes to Monastiraki Square. There are many fantastic cafes and restaurants near the hotel. -Every member of staff at the hotel was professional and courteous during my stay. I was particularly impressed that I was taken to my room by a member of the reception staff and shown around the room. -The breakfast offered at the hotel was also excellent. There were lots of pastries, cereals and some hot food too. -The room was the highlight of my trip. The ‘suite with Acropolis view’ is on the seventh floor by itself which adds a feeling of privacy. The room was spacious, with a separate seating area from the bedroom. The best part of the room was undoubtedly the outdoor terrace. It is huge, with two separate seating areas and stunning views across the entire city. In particular, the view of the Acropolis was breathtaking, especially at night. I cannot recommend this room enough and believe it is excellent value for money.

-The wifi was quite slow and cut out intermittently on the 7th floor. It was faster in the lobby, however.

The hotel's location is great and the breakfast is delectable and diverse. The bed is comfortable and the service is good. Most employees are friendly.

Balconies are not featured in any of the standard rooms, except the suites. The rooms are equipped with expansive windows that pose accessibility challenges due to their elevated positioning from the floor, coupled with their location behind a lengthy, horizontally oriented, low-height closet. Furthermore, the absence of scenic vistas and views contributes to a diminished room rating, despite the vibrant and appealing interior decor.

I partly chose the Amazon because of its location. it hardly gets any better - quick walk and you’re in the Plaka and easy access to core shopping, restaurants, public squares as well as all Metro lines (hotel is a 5min walk coming from Airport and a 10 min walk to head to the Port of Piraeus). Morning breakfast buffet was as good as it gets - tasty, good options, some daily main changes. my room was small but comfortable. core staff were friendly and efficient.

There’s not much in the way of amenities-no terrace, rooftop bar or restaurant. Not even a decent lounge. While the line staff (breakfast servers, room services were outstanding and friendly a couple of the front desk personnel seemed a little short at times.
