All staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so good. The room is always cleaned elaborated. Reception is so informative about places to visit and the hotel. I didn't like the bathroom door which is made from glass. Everything is fine except this. :)

The hotel location is excellent, close to all major sightseeing spots of the city. Was very easy to get to the hotel from the airpot by a city bus number '01X' (it takes between 40 - 50 minutes to get from the airport to the city center). Lot of local restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, within 5 - 10 min walking. Staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful! The room was a bit small but manageable for a short stay. Our room with a small balcony was overlooking Egnatia, a major and a busy street of the city, therefore was a bit noisy in early mornings. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel who organized very early check-in for us upon arrival!

Ok hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to reach with the bus from the airport. Smack in the center of Thessaloniki's nightlife, yet perfectly safe at all times. Within walkable distance from the sea, from the pedestrian promenade, from a nice market and from the station. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is airconditioning and the breakfast is acceptable. Wi-fi connection sufficient for browsing, not so good for a videocall.

Well, I would say everything is ok but nothing is great. Minerva does certainly not deserve 4 stars. It is a nice 3 stars hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. The room is small and the breakfast is banal and repetitive. Balancing pluses and minuses, I consider 70 Euro/night for a double room with breakfast quite reasonable and, at this price, I would come back.

The bus stop was 5 steps away and about 10' walk from the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a thank you gift, really appreciate it.

The furniture is victorian style, not really my style

The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent in the center of Thessaloniki. We were accommodated in a room for two, which room had enough space. The hygiene in the hotel is at a high level, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. Comfortable bed. Regarding the parking space, you can leave your car at Alexandros parking, your car will be safe.

Recommendation regarding the breakfast, if it could be varied and have more options for breakfast it would be great.

Lovely hotel 15 min walk from the train station right down the main Egnatia street, nice design, very quiet. It is right on the central street, bus stop 30sec walk to the left of the hotel (it is a bus coming every 30 sec, lots of buses in any directions), lots of small shops and cafes, excellent staff, very convenient. Comfortable bed, continental breakfast, good wifi everywhere in the hotel, an elevator (good when you travel with luggage). They give you souvenirs and discounts for your next stay upon checkout). 5-7 min walk (or 1-2 bus stops) to all major city highlights - the marina, the White Tower, anything

Walking distance to everything and attractions. Amazing staff so helpful and kind. AC worked. Beautiful view off balcony. Was refurbished and clean (apart from shower).

Main road - very very noisy. The shower was unclean. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Just breads/ standard Greek breakfast. Needs more variety. We were in centre so just went out for breakfast. But we paid for breakfast and don’t enjoy it so it was a waste.

As guests from Bulgaria, we have been visiting the hotel since 2018 and recommend it wholeheartedly. And this year, everything is up to par - daily cleaning, new towels, arrangement of the room. Kostas and his colleagues at the reception, so kind and responsive, ensure the desired comfort and that we lack nothing. Lovely and very hardworking staff Dimitra and Sevi who take care of the breakfast and prepare delicious Greek tea and coffee. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is located in a very good location in the city center. Everything is available within walking distance. The room is very large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly, and I would especially like to praise Mrs. Petra, who helped us a lot upon arrival and looking for parking. All recommendations for this hotel in Thessaloniki.

The hotel is located on the main street, so there is a lot of noise at night, but that is the price of the city center.

The traditional atmosphere of a fine building. Spacious room. Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated that the room was made up every day.

The breakfast was good if slightly limited. Perhaps a variety of fresh fruit or fruit salad would be appreciated.
