Location is perfect. The room was exceptionally clean. The apartment is quite large and well stocked (plates, cups, microwave ect). The staff was great and friendly - we were even able to check in at 10 am which we really appreciated.There's an option to get two twin beds which is very convenient. The ambulances driving by (they are quite loud in Budapest) bothered me a bit, but honestly the windows block most of the noise and the location is worth it - would definitely stay there again. Overall the hotel has really exceeded our expectations

Great location, lots of sights within walking distance. Room was spacious and like a studio apartment with all the essentials that you need. Hotel is on the main road, but didn't hear any noise with the windows shut. Air conditioned rooms. Restaurant attached do the best breakfast, brunch. Goats cheese bagel is amazing.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together to make the double bed so not as comfortable as a double or king-size bed. Curtain didn't cover the whole window so only for show, but there were blinds.

The two bedroom apartment on the 8th floor was exceptional; had much more to offer than the pictures. It is actually a specious two story apartment with a huge terrace with a remarkable view! Walking distance to many landmarks, shopping... Also, easy walk to the subway station where 3/4 of the subways connect. Hope to be back soon!

On a busy street and still pretty quite; we could only hear the sirens occasionally (dependent on the level of tiredness probably). We would not hesitate to stay here again though!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Spotless.. Great space.. very helpful reception staff. Great location in the city centre and a 2 minute walk from the 100E bus from the airport. We would hope to be able to stay here again when we go back to Budapest.

Apartment was lovely, had almost everything you would want away from home. Location almost perfect. Very central. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was almost perfect except it could be quite noisy at nighttime, outside that is, with passers by and sirens, ambulance, police and even breakdown trucks. It was ok midweek but quite noisy at the weekend. The only small thing about the apartment itself, was it would have been nice to have a balcony and somewhere to sit out or to hang a few small bits of washing on but other than that, the property was really great.

Florin Apart Hotel is located in the heart of Budapest city center with everything within walking distance, or easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, advising us on local attractions, etc. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and well appointed with a nice little kitchen with everything you need. The one downside, though, was that although the room comes with an espresso machine, apart from the complimentary capsules provided upon arrival, you do need to provide your own coffee capsules which for us, big coffee drinkers, was disappointing as we only discovered that we needed to provide our own coffee on the third day of our stay. However purchasing these capsules was easily done from one of the many local shops in the area. Overall, an excellent choice for your Budapest stay and we will definitely be returning there again (coffee capsules in hand).

The place is excellent. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed on a studio room, which was very nice and very big and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice kitchen in the room in case you want prepare something. Also the location of the property is great. It is close to everything. There are many nice places to eat nearby and the main station of the public transportation is very close. So it's easy to use transportation there, which is very recommended in Budapest. I'm sure I'll be back to Florin Apart hotel.

The drag racing (idiots driving their cars too fast) down the long straight road late on Friday night which was noisy.

I was traveling with friends and we stayed for 4 nights. The room was more like an apartment that had a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and everything was restocked daily. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable (even the tv options made it hard to leave the bed). The view was in the main street that was actually very pretty and not noisy at all. We didn’t have any problems with noise from the other rooms either. There are a lot of metro/bus options available all around and even walking anywhere was very easy considering the location, from supermarkets to restaurants to shops everything was nearby. Lastly, the staff was very typical and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in Budapest that wants to be in the center of the town but also have the accessibility to move around further with a very reasonable price.
