Overall good back for the buck. Good location near the center (max 25min) Parking in front of the hotel at an decent price (5Euro)

We found some hair in the bathroom. The furniture may be Leone for some renovation.

Great value for money. Extremely friendly staff, especially the receptionists who all speak perfect English and are very helpful with different kinds of requests. The location is very good, very close to bus and tram stops, and public transport is a good way to move across Budapest. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast very good, all kinds of foods, eggs, Frankfurter, vegetables, musli, croissants...

Since the hotel is located at one of the main roads, it is a bit noisy, but the windows are soundproof. There is only one plug in the room and one in the bathroom so I would suggest to bring power distributor.

The location is good, only three bus stops to the Danube river. The breakfast was also good, nothing fancy, but there is something for everyone's taste. Free parking in the underground garage. Personnel was very polite and helpful.

The room on the 4th floor was too warm and it felt like there was no fresh air (and the AC unit was working. We even left the window open during the day and evening while we were out but it was still hot and stuffy). Everything else was ok.

The room was clean, quite spacious and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, I really liked the coffee. Bed was comfortable, we had AC in the room working properly. Fortunately we had a free parking spot in front of the hotel, otherwise we had to park our car 50-100 meters under a bridge, not the safest option ( or pay 10 euros for the underground parking ). They also had a sauna and jaccuzi for only 6 euro / person which was a nice touch in my opinion.

Nothing that really comes to mind, maybe they can replace a few things in the room to modernize it.

Comfortable room in nice area with easy access to city centre. The breakfast was very good also. The staff polite and with desire to help and solve problems. Due to a problem with the booking, they were polite enough to offer as a bottle of champagne and parking free of charge

There was problem with electricity. The safety was falling down. The staff was coming to fix it its time but it was a bit inconvenient

Nice staff. Cleanliness (e.g., during breakfasts, tablecloths changed for each newcomer). Breakfasts. Close to the Buda center, either by trams or easily and safely by walking in 30 minutes through nice streets and parks. Good and cheap (compared to city center) restaurant 50 m from the hotel (on the corner at the tram stop).

I loved that the hotel had a homely and inviting atmosphere.

The property itself is great but all properties needs some TLC and maintenance to be carried out regularly in order to kept everything to a good standard and running smoothly. There were a few small things but nothing that altered the friendliness, efficiency and homely feel to the hotel itself.

The bed was very comfortable, the heat in the room was perfect and not too much noise noticed from the outside (good outside noise soundproofing). Location of the Hotel is very good. 500m from a shopping park and from 200 to 300m to the nearest public transport. We've had a parking spot in front of the hotel at a very good price (6eur / night).

The shower cabin doors would need some maintenance to close properly.

Good location for gettion around with public transport. I had a clean and reasonably modern room, and since I asked for a quiet one, it was on the rear, so had no problem with traffic noise. The AC worked as expected, and kept out the July heat, even on the top floor.

The front of the hotel is undoubtly noisy. The little fridge in the room functions as a minibar, with practically no free space left for other uses.

I booked the romantic package for 4 nights. This includes the free parking, free breakfast each mornings and a unique , romantic private jacuzzi and sauna session with a bottle of champagne and candle lights. We got a quiet room at the first floor, it was clean and tidy, the bed was firm and comfortable, the bathroom was clean but a little bit small. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Only the coffee was not my favourite (nescafe) but we ordered real barista-made coffee every morning. The jacuzzi is a real gem, 1.5 hours for a session, absolutely priceless. This could be a good reason for us to return soon. The staff was really nice, friendly, polite and helpful. The receptionists , the young lady in the restaurant, the cleaner ladies…As I speak Hungarian, I didn’t talk with them in English but I heard them to speak with other guests and I could say that they have a good English. The location is really good, the Buda Castle within walking distance but the City Centre is also nearby.

I didn’t like the chairs in the room but they have nice couches in the lobby.
