We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel with our extended family. We had 4 King rooms with balcony - that had great , breathtaking views - which really made the room and our stay very unique and special. The room was comfortable as well and we enjoyed the pool , the spa, and used the gym n games room regularly. We also liked the nature walk organized by the hotel as well as the yoga session. The fire dance was super entertaining ! The best part of the hotel are probably the staff, who are very kind , polite and always there to help. Great hospitality, beautiful location and great amenities make this a perfect hotel for a nice getaway!

Nothing in particular but one should note that the road that leads up to the hotel in the last stretch can be a bit of challenge to drive, esp if weather is bad ( not really the hotel's fault- it's munnar and I suspect that might be the case with most good hotels that are built in such beautiful settings) - but because we came in a large vehicle and it seemed "risky" to get out through this road after dark so we spent our evenings and dinners at the hotel itself - so just a point for other families or travellers to take note.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff at the hotel for making my stay truly enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations; the staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were not only very clean but also spacious, contributing to a perfect experience. Moreover, I was captivated by the breathtaking views from my room of both the tea plantations and nearby waterfalls.

One suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to offer more information or advertisements about local attractions and activities. This would enhance the overall guest experience by providing valuable insights into things to do in the area.

Amazing view of hills and waterfall from room, swimming pool, and restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Also had some lovely extras that you don't find in many hotels, free afternoon tea with a view and about 6pm someone comes to room to check everything okay and give you a snack. Also, daily activities, like yoga, morning nature, walk to waterfall etc All staff helpful and smiley. We will definitely return to this hotel when next in India

These are not dislikes but suggestions to make this hotel even more amazing. The spa treatment area needs expanding, so there is a space to shower change and relax after a treatment.. A few more sun beds or chairs near pool would be useful.

The location of the resort is awesome and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The service was exceptional . They have a 15-20 mins programme daily around 07:00pm and we really enjoyed the thiruvathira and fire dance. The Yoga session in the morning is great to start your day with. All in all we had a great time and would love to visit them again.. thanks for the great service and hospitality..

The 2km road from the main rd to property is not in good condition but they have already started working on it..hope this road will be ready soon..

Blanket hotel was a day and night of bliss in the midst of our road journey. What is stunningly unique and good about this hotel is that it is built to make the best use of its hillside location and views of the Attukad waterfalls. We had a corner room which doubled this advantage, and generated mesmerising memories. The sound of the river cascade is all encompassing, and is a spectacular part of the memories you carry away. The room furnishings, and the fit and finish of the room and bathroom are beyond reproach. We found nothing to be unhappy about. Also, the staff provide a very one to one service, and you are informed who your named staff assistant is. The views and layout of the infinity pool, and the cafe beside it provide another location where you can chill with magical views of the Attukad ravine and thundering water cascades. The dining service is excellent. As we were leaving the hotel early morning, the staff volunteered to provide us with sandwiches and packed snacks and drinks in a very appealing carry bag, and left it at the reception for our 5.30am departure. The cakes were top quality and lasted us several days afterwards!

There is nothing not to like at this hotel. Structured activities would entice guests to stay for more than a day. I would suggest that you avail the services of a naturalist/ranger to permit walks and explorations around the hotel and even further afield in Munnar.

I loved everything! Our Presidential suite was AMAZING! To start with, the property manager, Mukesh is beyond helpful and genuinely nice! Mukesh’s made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! He gave us great recommendations and assisted in tour planning. Without your help, we would have been lost. U saved our trip! Thank you Mukesh, you will definitely see us back!!!! Next is Executive Chef Vibu & Manoj— your Khichadi and Kadhi were DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for showering us with your hospitality! We felt at home! Siril Alexander, Ashish, & Rosh, Vishnu from restaurant gave us such beautiful service. Massage therapist staff- We love you!! The property and rooms are extremely well kept which is very important amidst pandemic. The views of falls are indescribable. We loved every and each staff members’ service. Without a doubt, I recommend this property!!! I wished we had stayed here longer. LOVED this resort and everything about it! My entire family will return AGAIN AND AGAIN…. AGAIN… promise❤️

A wonderful hotel set amongst the tea plantations with exceptional views of the waterfall and the surrounding countryside. A delightful terrace for eating and drinking, set next to the swimming pool. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed with excellent bathrooms. Moreover, the staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and courteous that contributed to a lovely two days of relaxation and walking amongst the tea plantations.

Amazing place to stay. I highly recommend this place. Location is between the tea plantations and besides a waterfall. No need to take day trips to enjoy Munnar famous landscape as its at your doorstep. Staff were always ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience. Food was great with good variety of Indian and western food. Swimming pool was perfect to relax after a day of activities. The rooms decoration were modern and with high spec, we were lucky enough to stay in the honeymoon suite that had a fantastic view to waterfall and tea plantations.

Amazing room. Great view. Great food, very clean and good services. Hotel branded toiletries smell delightful. Bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Road down to hotel was very bumpy but this was in the process of being fixed at the time of stay. Location isn’t great but that’s true for many places in Munnar, lots of driving to see the sites. Not much to complain about at all.

Overall the Blanket Hotel exceeded all our expectations; from the location, view, food and especially the staff, they went over and above for us during our stay.

Access to the hotel from the main road was atrocious, when the taxi entered the access I genuinely thought we had taken a wrong access and felt this for most of the drive into hotel. This condition of this access/lane I feel is so disappointing, as you immediately assess the hotel compared to the access.
