The views from our hotel room were stunning. The staff were highly enthusiastic and very attentive to our family from when we reached! This is a new hotel that has opened up in the last year so all facilities were up to a great standard from the rooms to the pools to the restaurant.

We were the only guests in the hotel for the night we stayed and Booking.com only showed that there was one standard room and one executive room available which was more expensive. We had to book two rooms for our parents and then for myself and my husband so therefore had to pay the additional extra which felt a bit disappointing however I'm not sure whether this would be more down to booking.com and not the hotel.

Everything was excellent except for the pool water, which was quite dirty and had not been sterilized for at least a week. My daughter was disappointed that she could not use the pool because of its polluted state.

The hotel was really good. It is build on cliff so get to see amazing view of the valley. It has a pool in the middle of the jungle. Really amazing. You get to walk in the jungle which is owned by the hotel. We didn’t used the pool because it was cold but we enjoyed the walk in the garden in the morning. The restaurant staff we great and the food was nice too. We were lucky and honored to meet the owner of the hotel who made our stay perfect. The view of the mountain from this hotel is like a dream. It looked like a avatar world (Pandora) . It was AMAZING and magical. we really liked everything about this hotel. I highly recommend it . Bring cash to pay because the local banks in India does not process international payment. The front desk were Really friendly and helpful.

i stay in Delax Room it locate in basement almost 50 feet lower compare to restaurant so mush of upcase step

We had a valley view which was a scenic beauty but what made it nore memorable was the courteousness of staff. Thank you so much everyone for making our Munnar vacation wonderful. Espescially Mr. Anil Nair from reservations, Mr. Gokul from front desk and Mr. Bimal from the restaurant.

The price is to costly, just for 1 night stay for 3 rooms we paid 15000k without food. In the room they kept biscuits chips and cool drinks but if we use we have pay extra amount other than room rent Not recommended

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for everyone

Very nice place in the lap of nature. The staff is very courteous and cooperative. If I get a chance to visit again I will stay only at Wolkenburg Resort only. I like the place. Full marks to the staff. Food and breakfast is very good.
