Super comfortable room with a lovely balcony and a fabulous view. Super peaceful location. Great food at a good price in the restaurant too. Made me feel lovely staying here!

As mentioned in the other reviews the access road is quite the journey so if you're travelling in a vehicle make sure it can manage some impressively steep hills.

A beautiful stay with great staff and a wonderful view. The staff was really helpful. We upgraded to the Grand suite room on arrival for a view of the tea plantations. I happened to fall sick after a trip up the mountains and the staff was so helpful and the boy who I think is a manager there even accompanied us to the health centre nearby. The girl at the reception was also very helpful and came into our room to help me get up as I was too sick to even move. They even arranged for kanji for us as I was sick. I can't thank them enough for that. I was too I'll to ask for their names at check out... But guys you were a god send and I am eternally grateful for your actions May God bless you all. Last but not the least the food was exceptional and the room was a thing of dreams. Thank you so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The view from our balancing was over looking a tea plantation. It was really beautiful especially at sunrise. Really spacious rooms, it felt like our very own apartment. We felt so settled here. They were so clean too! The staff were really lovely and they offered us eggs for breakfast in the morning.

Nothing at all maybe just provide a menu for breakfast, so guests know what is on offer. We didn’t know we could have a variety of eggs and we didn’t like to ask on our first day.

All the facilities are good. Ambience is excellent. Cleanliness is well maintained. Staff is cooperative. They quickly arranged driver for sightseeing on my request.

The approach road to the resort from the main road is very narrow and risky. There are 2-3 blind spots where you can't see a approaching vehicle. Also the inclines and declines on the road are very steep. Please improve.

Good reception by the staff at hotel. Food quality was exceptional, hygienic as well. Nice location (drive and stay) at Munnar even though little away from Centre point. I prioritized the location considering the places that I had planned to visit and subsequent trip. I would recommend strongly to consider this for stay.

Nothing specific. May be a little more options for vegetarian like me would have helped especially for breakfast. But you guys are doing well.

I had a lovely suite directly overlooking a tea plantation. Betting, receptionist, was absolutely lovely and helpful. The manager only appeared at the end. He could have spoken to the only European in the hotel and welcomed me. It's 25nminutes from the centre of town.

I'd like a menu for meals. I'd have liked eggs , fruit and yogurt. Europeans might not like the Indian breakfast.

The staff was very polite. The view from the room was good. Food was good. The balcony in the room wins my heart. All points to the balcony.

It seems, the one who books the room online doesn't get the room on the upper floor. I had already requested a room on the upper floor but they didn't allot one to me. Also, the rooms aren't worth the price of what they are charging.

This hotel is absolutely good and anyone can stay here with eye closed. The staffs are very helpful and professional. There is exquisite vibe of nature and tea garden and of course the mountain

Only the travelling road is narrow and you will forget about it when you will move inside the hotel. Its absolutely beautiful.

It was in a good location. The staff was very helpful in booking cabs and autos. It was clean but they were charging for room cleaning which was a shock.

The lights kept tripping every hour during the first day. The breakfast was not something to look forward to, very limited options. Only went for the breakfast because I had paid in advance or else I would have eaten from outside

The room! So spacious! Extra bed in hall. A huge bed in bedroom! Kitchen stuffs! Their behaviour and food taste was also good. Anddddd The view from balcony! What a view! Also they have a nice gaming room.
