The whole property is nicely maintained with clean rooms and necessary amenities. The View from the room balcony facing the valley was awesome, and with the fresh air and the constant call of different species of birds, the experience is something to be cherished for long. Food was also very tasty, and the chef Mr. Jijesh and his team had prepared wonderful dishes for our tastebuds. The property staff were helpful right from the outset, and had called well before check in and enquired about the route we are taking. The steep road to the resort would look risky at first, but with couple of drives we will get a hang of how to drive in first gear only. Overall it was a peaceful and memorable stay for our family.

Although they have a spacious play zone, the game items and the game room itself could be maintained better.

Had been to this property with my family.Had an amazing time in this home packed in nature .I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. This is one of the highest resorts in munnar and the view from top of the mountain is just a wowwwwwww...Staff were very helping and polite .The balcony view was the best part and I have been there in perfect monsoon . Breakfast is way too good with loads of varieties.Would definitely love to stay here again ♥️

The carpets were old..and the bed provided in the living area did not seem to be clean...if you can change this, it would be great .However ,this did not bother us

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was nice. The view from the rooms were breathtaking. There is a restaurant on site.

The road on the way to the hotel is tricky as it was very steep and narrow, so not very adapted to big vehicles. We had two cottages, one was very nice and spacious, the other had very small bathrooms which made it a little difficult to shower without wetting the whole bathroom.

Amazing views with complete isolation from noise pollution. Room service was prompt and food choices and taste was outstanding. Bird calls in the morning were amusing and never heard before. Would have loved to stay a few extra days.

Toilets were old and showers lacked pressure. Mattresses were old, and the sheets were the only thing keeping them still in use. Spare convertible bed mattress was old and disgusting. Very limited coffee and tea bag supplies had to constantly keep asking more, which were promptly delivered by room service.

Great 2 bedroom cottage with a balcony which gives lovely view to the valley below. The restaurant serves decent dishes at reasonable rate. The cottage has a sitting room. Staff were very helpful with good information about the area. Rooms are clean and have all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended

Visitors coming by car should call ahead to check the best route. It is a steep climb to the hotel.

The location is so beautiful.....it's located on the top of the munnar.....it's cleaness, service's too good, food and the staff was very good. And Sathish, he is our guide, very helpful, friendly and a nice person.

We travelled as a family of 4 with a driver. There are only cottages available, with 2 bedrooms and hall. The cottages are well maintained. We only booked breakfast, which was amazing. Better to book Half board, as the food in Munnar town is just ok, whereas the food in the hotel is amazing. Breath taking views from the room and cottage. They have a sunset view point too The only issue was the drive there, but hotel staff warn you well ahead and had even offered to pick up and drive our car up into the hotel, where the road was rough. Only their approach road has issues. All in all, will definitely come back

Location was excellent. View from our balcony was the highlight and we all enjoyed it. Staff and service was very good. Room was of good size and with facilities. Restaurant and food was very good. Overall an excellent place to stay

Road access for one km uphill. Since this is private the property management can do better in this area

Breakfast was very good, the views from the rooms were spectacular, the staff were courteous.

The quality of Non veg dishes could be improved.
