The breakfast buffet was very good and they had different menus on both days. The jacuzzi was good. The room and its amenities were very good. They have access to a small waterfall and the forest type environment is wonderful for a short break.

The TV was not working, and it took them more than 24 hours to fix the issue. They should have considered a re-imbursement since they did promise that. The swimming pool was too cold. the bathroom in the jacuzzi room did not have a lock on the door, can prove challenging with family. The hotel could suggest best direction of getting there via email a day before the stay. cause there are multiple routes and the route I took to get there was not the best.

Loved our stay here the hotel is nestled between the forest in rains it's full of mist and fog a definite magical ambience ... rooms are comfortable food is really good and chef went out of the way to accommodate kids choice .. the property is in interiors of forest which give u great view and ambiance of the nature .. mornings u will get up to melodious sounds of birds .. if your lucky u can spot deers or elephants from your room ..they have beautiful private waterfall which is added bonus But the staff approach and their behavior takes the cake Vijaylakshmi at front desk .. Narmada at restaurant they were really helpful and made our stay comfortable and peaceful... will definitely visit again

Personally I liked almost everything about this property. From its remote entry to its steep roads. From its uphill rooms to its private waterfall. Everything was fantastic. The temperature was pleasant although it gets very cold in the pool. Food was exceptional. The chef there was an expert. A genuine pro. Everything that we tasted was just delicious. Beauty was all around. Munnar is probably among one of the best places in India and Elixir is among the top picks if you like a little bit of adventure and calmness. This place was slightly outside the main city area and needed some real hardwork to do up and down in case of any emergency. Finally the waterfall. It was the least promoted and most amazing fall that you can enjoy for hours without any kind of rush. 10/10 for waterfall 👍

Rooms can be a bit more maintained. The kids play area was not kept properly. Our driver complains a lot about the elephants visiting the parking area and roads were so steep that reversing your car can be tricky.

The location is great to stay away from hot climate, the resort as a whole is close to perfect. The Food zone was impressive. Breakfast has a wide range of selection with high quality and Dinner was exceptional too.

Just one downside was the speed of internet, they should consider upgrading to a good plan. or at least have A satellite type network..

Property location and views are picture perfect. It's one of kind. The property is 25 min drive from old munnar bus stand and it's the last resort ( the drive is awesome ) . Just note that you will not have any shops or restaurants other than the property provided. But not to worry every thing is taken care by property.

The rooms are big, however the service can be improved a lot. Small issues like charging sockets not working and water not properly draining and room service can be improved.

I like the atmosphere of the resort and the attitude of the staff. From the welcome desk we get a warm welcome, the staffs was very nice.we enjoyed the stay for 2 nights.from welcome desk vijayalakshmi and rafik☺️☺️ was very helpful, from restaurant rahul and all of the staff they all are so helpfull and awsome.hop to come again soon.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Those who like to get away from the city, Elix Hills is a best place, it is deep into the woods with a private water falls. The room is space and clean. The food is excellent and the staff the best.

Reservation staff (kochi office) who were un-willing to answer my query. Who asked me to send the details on watsapp and didnt bother to respond.

The ambience and facility is top notch.

What could have been improved is to include more food options like authentic Kerala meals with more fish items in alacarte.

EVERYTHING! ♥️ There is nothing dislike about elixir hills. The property is situated in deep woods, far away from all the city noise. Perfect for people who wants to spend some time with their loved ones and be close to the nature. Their staff is very helpful and professional. If anybody plans on booking elixir hills then you have to meet MOHIT. He’s the best. He will take care of you very well.

The property is very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious.Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is really good and they customise according to your needs. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone planning a getaway from the city hustles and looking for some private time.
