Hotel was of a very high standard with very helpful and friendly staff. The spa was excellent, the best we've ever been to. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the free high tea on the roof every day was a really nice touch. Views from the hotel are spectacular.

The views from the hotel are spectacular but the hotel is a little remote so no real option to walk anywhere, autos pass the hotel but not regularly, ensure you have plans to get out and about. Our first room was on the first floor, we asked to be moved as we could hear the music from the lobby and couldn't sit on the balcony without other guests seeing us. Staff were very helpful arranging the move but I would suggest if you want privacy to ask for a room on a higher floor. There are some works going on to expand the hotel but these are not overly disruptive, though this should be made clearer when booking.

This is a spectacular property offering amazing views and amenities. The hotel staff is some of the best I have experienced. The room sizes are great and offer ample moving space. The rooms are very well ventilated offering great views of the mountains surrounding it. The hotel staff is very hospitable and catered to every small need of ours as we were travelling with an infant for the very first time. The food in particular is really good and was higher than what I expected.

I think there is nothing that I didn’t like about this property. The only recommendation I might provide is to broaden the breakfast menu a little bit as sometimes it gets boring selecting from the same menu.

Clean rooms, breakfast was superb with variety offered . Very friendly staff. Rakesh and Imitiaz at the restaurant were exceptional with their attention to details.

Nothing much, but a tour desk would have been be nice, rather than driver managed tour of Munnar. Avoid double checking mini bar when you check out and stopping our car to charge for a bottle of water ( Rs 40.00) , when my bill at hotel was more than one lakh! Leaves a bit of bad taste, when you are departing with a good feel…

And imagine my surprise and delight when I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious pool villa! It was a gesture that truly made my stay extra special. The interior decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort seamlessly. It's evident that attention to detail is a top priority at the resort and it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Lastly, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Nishanth Nair for upgrade to the pool villa. Your thoughtfulness added an extra layer of joy to my already wonderful stay. As I had a long drive from tvm with kids I thought of staying one more day..asked the rate..but the activity manager Sijo was not welcoming with reasonable rate..I told my condition and I gave a reasonable rate..still It was a big NO..with a fake smile which was quite irritatable..

This was one of the BEST run hotels I have EVER been in anywhere in the world. The staff and facilities are outstanding. If I needed something in my room I simply dialed the front desk and before I could turn around it was there. No request was too big or small. I saw wait staff holding babies in the dining room so that parents could eat and other gestures that went above and beyond. A special shout out to my guardian angel Vishnu who is the GM of food services. He should be president! He is so kind, hard working, considerate and thoughtful-amazing! Also a shout out to Fatima at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked in-I wasn't feeling well and she was really lovely.

The resort is fabulous but it doesn't have a lot of local flavor. The pool is fantastic-big and beautiful with a gorgeous view but it can get chilly.

The service staffs

The property is good ,but it's a hotel ,hence you don't get the vibe of Munnar .Need to stay in cottage or resort to get the feel .Also no walking space near by.

I travelled with my mother and we both found the property and location quite good. But there were two shining stars for Vibe: 1. The hospitality - the staff were very nice and accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Special shoutout to Sachin Joy who was resourceful and a real joy to talk to 2. The indian spread at the breakfast was amazing.

There were some confusions regd. amenities in the booking but they were quickly resolved

the way staffs and receptionist all welcomes us and the way all staffs in resturant treat all of us... I would like to tell few names Andrew , Surmi and the managers in reception , in resturant Anandu, ajay, anita and all all are ready jelp anytime ...

if we request for water , insted of replacing with new bottels we have to wait until they fill the water in same bottels...

Excellent hotel: we stayed 3 nights in Feb 2023 and it is a wonderful new property with huge bedrooms (46sq meters). The Food and Beverage team were exceptional and a special mention goes to Nikheel, Rohit, Chef Pothenbenoj, Chef Sarada Prashana Sahoo. My wife needs a gluten free diet and the whole f & B team went out of their way to treat her like Royalty. For International travellers to India, hygiene is a very important point. Please rest assured, the Hygiene standards at the Vibe matched the best in the West.
