The view and the staff restaurant people everyone was good..Miss Sonali a staff who is a local too gave a good insight about Munnar..Nice Room and understanding Staff..The room view was great..Nice weather too..so many play area for kids..kids was happy My mom too..Thank you Sonali and Thushara (restaurant staff)for friendly service..

As I had a long drive from tvm with kids I thought of staying one more day..asked the rate..but the activity manager Sijo was not welcoming with reasonable rate..I told my condition and I gave a reasonable rate..still It was a big NO..with a fake smile which was quite irritatable..

This was one of the BEST run hotels I have EVER been in anywhere in the world. The staff and facilities are outstanding. If I needed something in my room I simply dialed the front desk and before I could turn around it was there. No request was too big or small. I saw wait staff holding babies in the dining room so that parents could eat and other gestures that went above and beyond. A special shout out to my guardian angel Vishnu who is the GM of food services. He should be president! He is so kind, hard working, considerate and thoughtful-amazing! Also a shout out to Fatima at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked in-I wasn't feeling well and she was really lovely.

The resort is fabulous but it doesn't have a lot of local flavor. The pool is fantastic-big and beautiful with a gorgeous view but it can get chilly.

The service staffs

The property is good ,but it's a hotel ,hence you don't get the vibe of Munnar .Need to stay in cottage or resort to get the feel .Also no walking space near by.

Excellent hotel: we stayed 3 nights in Feb 2023 and it is a wonderful new property with huge bedrooms (46sq meters). The Food and Beverage team were exceptional and a special mention goes to Nikheel, Rohit, Chef Pothenbenoj, Chef Sarada Prashana Sahoo. My wife needs a gluten free diet and the whole f & B team went out of their way to treat her like Royalty. For International travellers to India, hygiene is a very important point. Please rest assured, the Hygiene standards at the Vibe matched the best in the West.

Excellent location, the view from the room was breathtaking.Short drive away from tea plantations and cardamom forests. Food was great and service was on point. They helped arrange a cake for us to celebrate a special occasion. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Rooms were very clean. The view from the pool was spectacular and the water was very pleasant(not temperature regulated) and clean.

No good views from room despite Booking a room with balcony but it was very busy with Diwali so possibly the reason. Our ‘balcony’ opened to a ground floor, which had pipes and a dirty wall, it was very unpleasant. Would have liked an al a carte option for dinner. Also no liquor license.

Staff was extremely Courteous. I had booked one night in Jacuzzis Suite which was exceptional. One of the best rooms so far. I was upgraded to the same room for one more night. Property as a whole is exceptional

Lack of facilities. It is a brand new property and lot of facilities are planned and being developed. So, its quite understandable. May be in a few months from now it will become the best property to stay in Munnar
