Staff is very kind and helpful. The room was great and clean! Facilities as shower and bathroom also great!

It is not a bad thing but be aware that the hotel is not in the center, and you will need to rent a bike from the hotel. It is a bit more expensive than in the city : count between 500 and 600 rupees.

- Location. It's in quiet area so you won't get disturbed which is good but there is not that much around. - It's very close to the beach, however I wouldn't consider it as a perfect beachy destination. Not that many people are actually swimming there. If you want tropical beach vibes, I'd go more south in Goa like Cola, Agonda or Palolem beach.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach with an amazing view. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, they had a variety of options and the staff was very helpful at all times.

Everything was great except that they helped us to schedule a taxi for the day that would leave us a the airport at the end of the day, the hotel gave us a flat rate for 80km and we paid directly to the hotel. The taxi driver was not helpful, he took us to some places that we didn’t ask for, it was noticiable that he was trying to drive more km so we had to pay more. Once we were arriving to airport the driver stoped in the middle of the driveway to ask for more money, it was a very stressful moment because he would not agree to finish the ride. At the end we had to pay more money as he wanted just because we only wanted to get out of that taxi.

Fantastic service from all the staff who all work hard. They are all a credit to the hotel. Elroy and his team at the restaurant were outstanding. The food is varied, reasonable and very tasty. Big thank you to all at Reception and the doorman for all their help and the cleaners who always made our rooms look great.

Location of the hotel may be problematic to those with mobility issues. We had to spend many evenings eating at the hotel. The taxi firm used by the hotel needs to have drivers who speak English and know where they're going. I had to have Google maps on for them many a time 😂

This is a great hotel in Donapaula, Goa! I enjoyed my clean room with smoothly working AC and fan, the tasty food for breakfast, the proximity to the ocean and the marvelous service that I experienced. And all of that for a very nice price-performance ratio. A clear recommendation from me!

Though it is very close to the sea, that beach is a bit less comfortable for swimming. However, there is a beautiful small almost hidden beach close to the hotel, maybe 10-15 min walking distance. There are also other beaches in the proximity.

Location is good beach is near,one tourist point named Donna Paula is also walkable from this location. Staff is really nice and helpful and friendly And food is absolutely good we had breakfast & dinner all 4 days it was really tasty and lip smacking. Especially guy who was with us during breakfast and dinner serving us was really nice and well behave with always smile. We requested them to give us nearby rooms as we were travelling with infant staff helped us in requests in the spot as well.

Nothing everything is good

The location and the overall look of the property is lovely , just with in 10meters there is beautiful seaside location. Food was amazing too , they served the local breakfast also which was good, there taxi service and prices is also genuine. This place is pretty calm snd great

There is no taxi or scooty rent service near by. There is no restaurant with in the same lane , though there are other restaurants near seaside locations or in other lane which is manageable No proper beach is near by or crazy party scenario though vibes is still there

The property had issues with card machine and insisted we pay by Indian payment method or card. Took a while to resolve. Short rides to to Panjim was dear, though not the hotels issue itself, there were not much options than to choose what was offered.

Rooms are clean. Near to beach. Quite location. Breakfast is limited but very good.
