Booked this place as our hostel was full. Didn't realise how lovely it would be! A comfortable, clean room for such a great price and more than enough space for 2 people! Breakfast included was a bonas, especially as it was so tasty and plentiful! The hotel itself is so spotless and the garden is rather beautiful. But what really makes this place is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and chatty and really made us feel at home. It put a smile on my face every day!

It was slightly far out of town, but still easily accessible as it is just along the main road. I actually liked this as I love walking :)

Rooms are spacious, water jet is appropriate and staff is really kind and helpful. They offer free pick up and drop off and that helped a lot. The bed was comfortable.

The air/con, when we arrived, was not making the room cool even if was set to 16 degrees. However, during the night it suddenly got quite cold in the room. Not a major problem but something to consider when setting room temperature. It is a little far from the sea side. For us was not a huge problem but I jot the following down so that you are aware. You are in Bajo hill side so just up against the jungle. It will be normal to find every now and then some small insects (e.g. ants) or enjoy/endure some of the noise of it. Although, we DID NOT have many insects win the room, just the occasional ants (very common in this side of the island).

Location: abour 20-30minutes walk from the harbour. Take note that there is no grab car in Labuan Bajo, only grab bike. You can flag down private cars on the street if needed. Beds are clean and comfortable Air conditioning is cold One eletrical outlet by the bed, one under TV (must bring international adaptor) TV box did not work when we were there, but that's ok; can watch tv in the restaurant if you want Hot water was great and water pressure was good! The biggest highlight of my stay was the staff. The driver was on time to pick us up from the airport (just message them in advance on Booking.com), and all staff members always greeted us with big smiles. They were always eager to help in any way they can; the ladies even insisted on carrying our luggages which was much appreciated as i was travelling with my elderly parents. I enjoyed the homecooked breakfast buffet every day, and their fried banana/ube is delicious! On the day of my komodo day tour, i also purchased breakfast boxes (bread, jam, hard boiled eggs, fruit) to bring along, which were a lifesaver.

Bathroom is in need of a deep clean as the hard water caused a lot of limescale build-up everywhere. Flush doesn't work well but using the bidet to squirt at the same time does the trick. Wifi a little slow but adequate.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly :) !! The complimentary airport shuttle is great too, and so was the communication each time I sent an email. The complimentary fried banana and coffee in the afternoon was so nice! The hotel is slightly out of the main centre, but really fast and cheap to reach by Grab bike or taxi, so not an issue. Would happily stay at this hotel again if returning in the future :)

As with every hotel I stayed in during my trip to Indonesia, the rooms could do with refurbishment, but always nice and clean.

The room was clean with great air con. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly, and helped to bring our bags up to the road despite our protests that they were really heavy. It was the perfect location to pop over to restaurants and shops, which were open late. The room had toothbrushes and bottled water.

Our toilet didn't flush reliably on the second day (sometimes with no water coming out despite being left for a long time to fill). When you first use the sink in the morning there's a slight sewage smell from the plug but it wasn't very strong and didn't last long. I didn't really understand the breakfast options (was it either Western or Indonesian, or could we have some of both?), but both options looked great so this wasn't a big problem for us. All in all it was really good value so these things didn't bother us.

I really liked the details here. For example free shuttle to the airport for one time or free coffee and fried bananas from 3 to 6. It's not about the money but sometimes small things make the difference...nice room, clean, with a balcony you can relax.. The staff is very friendly.. Breakfast is basic but very good and you can eat as much as you want..

A bad odor coming from the bathroom almost all the time..Maybe a little expensive for a solo traveller.25 euros including breakfast..

this place is value for money! Even though we stayed only one night the hotel kept our luggage for a day and a half during our excursion and offered us coffee as we returned to collect our luggage. they are so friendly and hospitable! the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy.

since there is a garden and pools for the flowers next to the rooms there were mosquitoes in the room and corridor.

The staff here was some of the friendliest staff members I've encountered throughout my 4 months of traveling. The free airport shuttle upon arrival is such a great add, to include the free snack and coffee/tea mid-day. The rooms aren't in the greatest condition, nor are the facilities. But you can tell that they are clean and the staff does the best they can to accommodate you

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Lovely terrace and internal garden. Free pick up from the airport and drop off. Very caring and helpful staff. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee and big bottles of water. 15 minutes walking from the beach and centre of town

Needing a bit of maintenance in the rooms. Still very good value for money

The old school building is lovely - so different to modern anodyne hotels. Staff very enthusiastic and friendly and helpful. Being a little outside downtown also quiet - we had a room at the back

The large cracks in walls made us a little uneasy should an earthquake strike 😧 Otherwise all good.
