I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents. The experience was pleasant, with attentive and polite staff making the check-in process smooth.

I did encounter some challenges with the hotel parking. It was a bit tight to get into the dedicated parking space, and mostly, the requirement to collect a stamp at the lobby each time to exit the hotel car park was quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if the parking process could be streamlined in the future to enhance the guest experience.

Had an incredible stay at the hotel! Upgrading to the premier room was a wise choice: Spacious and Comfy. Breakfast over our three nights stay was a delight. The Lime offered a diverse range of choices and the proactive and friendly staff made each dining experience enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team from front office, restaurant, housekeeping and ground lobby staff for their excellent service. We loved the vibrant atmosphere and sporty staff uniforms. Deserves a solid 5 Star rating for great service and a prime location next to Tunjungan Plaza.

Location was great for me and close to the place I was working. Very comfortable and good gym and pool. Rooms very comfortable and staff very friendly.

Breakfast had a lot of options, however, I normally don't eat breakfast and I couldn't cancel the breakfast charge. Food in general, I didn't like, but this is due to Indonesian food is very different of what I normally eat. In general it was well made and the staff did everything to adapt a dish for me.

Location was superb with ease of access to the Tunjungan Plaza (With a convenient lift access at level 6). The gym was sufficiently equipped with the essential items and the room was fabulous! The bed and shower facilities were up to our expectations of an hotel of Sheraton. Would visit Four Points again when in Surabaya!

Though the room space was adequately planned, it does feel quite small at places and cramped. Especially with regards to the side table (next to the bed), there was only one for two beds so feel a little cramped at times. This is a bit of nitpicking and small matter as well.

We were given the highest floor and connecting rooms . Bed is comfortable and room is clean with nice shower and nice towels . Breakfast was especially good and best of all are the staffs who served us at breakfast . They are helpful and always greeted us with big smile .

We did find a bed bug on our bed one morning . But we were leaving so we did not feedback to the hotel

The bed was one of the best - I really loved the bed over more expensive name brand hotels. The staff also really friendly. The location right beside a mall also excellent.

The buffet food not great but the staff were excellent. Due to mall close by there were few local restaurants in the area. Also I was there for work so didn’t use the pool but it didn’t feel very private - but good for people with kids.

The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

It is a little confusing that there is another hotel called "Sheraton" close by. We went to the wrong one originally.

The excellent service and friendliness of the staff. Special mention to the great hospitality of Lena and Brelito(may not be accurate) the barista who did the coffee for Pak Fairus and family. Excellent job in maintaining the high standard of customer service.

Nothing much other than hard to get parking lot even i stayed for 6 days in the hotel.

Modern hotel in a good location. Oriented to business people but also good for families. We enjoyed the amazing pool and the kids loved staying in a modern hotel after staying in a few homestays (which we also loved). Incredible breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly desire (the kids are still talking about the fairy floss machine!)

The service was amazing and all the employees were all so kind and respectful. They always greet us with a smile and were all very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfy too. The bathroom was clean. The location was spot on, right on top of Tunjungan Plaza so getting food and shopping was so easy. Getting gojek was extremely easy too. Would like to thank Hendro specifically for cleaning our room to perfection and being so kind about it too.
