As a family we had a good experience visiting this hotel. The hotel and gardens around the hotel are very good and well kept. Food at this hotel is excellent as we had both an evening meal and breakfast. For breakfast you get freshly squeezed orange juice, something that you rarely get these days. The leisure facilities are also very good. Would liked to have been ably to stay a bit longer.

The pillows were very high with no alternatives in the room. As a light sleeper I was also wakened with the clanging of beer barrels being delivered early in the morning as we were in a room to the front of the hotel.

All went very well, Breakfast, Room and Meals were very good. Staff on reception were very welcoming and particularly Victoria from Moldova and her colleague at time of check in which was 12 noon 04th June 2022

I was very please with all aspects of the hotel

beds very comfortable and extra towels and pillows in room if required

only downside was when we went for mean meal, the menu was very limited and some things where not available. Also staff not very observant at diner time as my husband went to pay the bill they give us the wrong bill which was way over, after when we went to Leave another member of staff ran after us to come back in, which we did after saying goodbye to family, the bad man asked us if we were putting the bill on our room tab or paying now which we replied that we had already settled the bill, I would understand if it was really busy but it was not

The cleaning ladies were very friendly and professional! Tea/coffee in the room. The hotel is located within walking distance of the busstop Nenagh - Dublin airport. (very convenient for me personally) It is also within walking distance of a car hire/rental garage (Ryan Donal's garage - Nissan) Checking out early morning(<4am) was no problem.

Lady at the reception speaks rather fast so if your English isnt the greatest it might be challenging to understand all the details.

We were upgraded to the Cantwell Suite which is a stunning and spacious apartment , with a jacuzzi tub and lovely shower . Very quiet and yet within walking distance of shops in Nenagh , as well as the castle . The hotel restaurant has a wide ranging menu , we especially liked the Malaysian chicken currey , and the breakfast was also good value and tasty . Will need to make a return visit here , and spend more time in the general area !

The hotel was so lovely. The grounds were amazing especially with the great weather. The hotel was perfectly located near the town, which was only a short walk away to the castle and an abundance of pubs, restaurants and cafes. The hotel was great value for money. We would definitely stay here again in ths future.

There's nothing bad I can stay about our stay. We enjoyed every second of it and would definitely be back for another visit.

I really liked how comfortable the padded of the mattress and sheet of the bed were, I think the view from the windows were therapeutic and aesthetic. It was a wonderful spot over all and the view of the water fountain and lobby was all so neat and quaint and made me feel like it was a fancy mansion to say the least, on a humouring note.

Nothing comes to mind in fairness. More tea/coffee facilities inside the room as I adore hot beverages? haha

I have asked advice for walks around Nenagh and reception replied very quickly with a great suggestion and the google map link. We did it on sunday and it was lovely. Check in and check out were super efficient, we had a big room, it was very clean, we could add breakfast every day and pay at the bar (15 Euro for the full Irish, 9 Euro for the continental), we had booked a spa (full body massage) and it was fabulous. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel rested as we haven't been in a long time!

Was here with my family,hotel is fab,room was very spacious,food was delicious and great value for money.the staff work very hard and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is great with separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna.town is close enough to walk to,if you fancy a bit of shopping.

The only downside,in my opinion is there was no live music in the bar at weekends,which I think would be a great addition,but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves.

hotel staff exemplary- lovey to return & see local staff still working there who remember us, welcoming us. New decor is nice….. food delicious- new menu & freshly served breakfast is nice…..

Only 2 small things- lighting in bar is a bit dark & side gate into Butlers bar / side of hotel could be open for pedestrians - especially for coming back from Town in the evenings. Hopefully this could be a consideration…..
