I love the charm of the room I have been in! It's so befitting of what I'd expect downtown Dublin to feel like. It's right in the heart of the city and EVERYTHING is near by, and always hustling and bustling! The room is well equipped with your standards and essentials, and is cleaner than others I've been to. The cleaning staff and receptionists I've dealt with are very friendly, and accommodating! Another perk is that it also hosts "Trinity Bar Venue", a really happening bar and restaurant, you don't have to go far for socializing or getting a great meal and the beverages of your preference! A most excellent experience here, for sure!
I found it a wee bit harder to sleep at night time. Not because of the room, or the bed, they were great, but it is quite noisy outside the window, which looks out onto Dame street. It probably doesn't help that the window is single-paned, and that there are a lot of attractions right now here in Dublin. A lot of concerts, and Pride celebrations, which of course are wonderful, and I love the celebratory nature of it all, but it keeps you feeling like you're having major FOMO on Everything. It wasn't even so much of the loudness, but just the hyped up nature that had me torn between hunkering in and trying to sleep or go out and see what was going on! :D

I had an issue with my phone; the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and although tiny had every facility, iron, hairdryer, tea, coffee. Shower was also very clean and spacious. Being at the back of the premises I did not hear any noise from the street or the bar. The location is brilliant. Excellent for a dolo traveller, restaurants nearby, travel connections on doorstep.
My room was smaller than I would have liked simply because I wanted to do some work. There wasn't a chair, just a stool which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK

The staff were very nice and easy to deal with. I kept extending my stay by the day or days until I was there for almost a week or maybe a little more, and I was able to keep staying in the same room! I don’t know how much organizing it took but I appreciated very much the effort made so I didn’t have to pack and repack my stuff! The property was perfect in distance for the event I was attending at the 3Olympia Theatre, the phenomenal play 2:22 A Ghost Story running until 11 August, 2024! Do yourself a favour and go check it out, and stay HERE when you do! There’s a bar, Trinity Bar Venue right downstairs with live entertainment and dining! It’s a hoppin’, happenin’ place to be!
While the property was well located for my needs, it IS in the HEART of the city and it is VERY LOUD at ALL times of night and most of the day, ESPECIALLY on weekends. So, if you’re a person who likes more of a quiet place to rest your head and retreat into at the end of a busy, eventful day, you may want to consider something else more removed from the core and commute to the fun spots via the multitude of taxis, buses and even rail.

The staff, the room was comfortable, restaurant was great. I liked that it was easy to get around to a lot of fun touristy areas. We managed to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful. I've forgotten her name (I'm terrible with names) but she really made our stay even better for the conversation and suggestions.
Soundproofing... even when the windows were closed it sounded like they were wide open. We got a third floor room the second weekend but it was just as loud. It was a little hard to find, but we managed. The car parking situation wasn't bad, but definitely recommend telling guests that they don't open early on Sunday. We had a bit of a problem there and had to pay an after hours release fee and were 90mins later getting to the airport.

The room was clean and well equipped and I liked the quantity of tea and coffee and sugar and milk available. The room was way too small for two single beds but the bed that I used was very comfortable. There was one minor problem with the sink ....I couldn't find the way to release the water from the sink. I was only staying the night so it wasn't a big problem but I must apologise to the cleaner.
Really everything went well and the facilities were more than accurate but the room was a bit on the small size. They also had only the terrestrial channels on TV and no free satelite channels, they could look into that.

Location was great. Very clean. Staff were very good. Some of the ppl on the staff were just a joy to deal with. Food and drinks were great. Would very much look into staying there again.
Parking and dropping off luggage was terrible. Some type of bell hop or porter I would suggest. Elevator was very cramp. Also, I found very peculiar, will I was checking out the venue at the bar, just taking in the beautiful bar. I was asked by the staff. What are you doing? Still strikes me funny when I think about it

The staff were amazingly helpful and accomadated my young daughter and myself to the best standard, they sought information on transport to the Children's hospital for me, held my luggage while I was at the hospital all day and nothing was a problem for them. Wonderful girl working there called Gizelle made sure we had a room that wasn't too noisy as this hotel is bang smack in the middle of Temple Bar area and my daughter said she felt like a Disney princess as she gave us a room with a balcony Xxxx they were great 🤗
It is noisy on the street below but that didnt bother us as we knew when we booked we were going to be in the heart of Dublin City centre. They kindly provided ear plugs, which we didn't need or use.

After traveling in Europe for 20 years I found the staff was great, made me feel straight at home. Very, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. As someone with a sensitive skin, I can tell the room was very clean. You're right in the centre of the city, close to most museums and attractions.
If I'd have to say something, it would be about the noise, there is a pub downstairs and you are in the tourist quarter but they provide earplugs and I never had trouble sleeping.

The staff were amazing; extremely hospitable & helpful. Also, the location of this property is sublime - if you want to truly experience & enjoy the Dublin City Centre, this location is perfect.
Truly, the only thing we lacked were washcloths, but we understand that to be a bit of a cultural difference between Europe and the US. Also, our room was "smallish" compared to what we're accustomed to in the US, but it was no problem.
