The hotel is right on the river and central to everything. Nice big bathroom, comfy beds, very clean. Breakfast was lovely and served till 11am. The bathroom (apart from the 90 degrees heat) was lovely, really nice walk in shower and plenty of towels to use. There was a great hairdryer provided and tea / coffee facilities.
The heating was on full blast and couldn't be turned off, oh my word for a lady of a certain age that was not good and they didn't have any fans 🥵. We had to open the windows which were directly over the busy street so now we had all the music and people noise too. We dont mind the noise so much as were very heavy sleepers but this is not a place for light sleepers!!

Excellent central location with bus stops very close if wanting to go a bit further out in the city. We had 2 Spotlessly clean quadruple rooms with lovely view’s of the river with plenty of tea, coffees etc and could always ask for more from the lovely staff, who were so helpful and polite. They were all so friendly and professional from booking a trip for us to giving us bus advice. We stayed in the pub on both of our 2 nights stay after going round Dublin and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. Take note it was quite noisy if you go to bed before the music stops but not as bad as we thought it might be and let’s face it it’s Dublin so expect lots of singing and music Excellent stay and would recommend to anyone going to Dublin!

A great location, it’s inexpensive and the staff are fantastic. I was back in Dublin for a funeral so I had two short stays there, and on the second stay they let me check in early and even got me my original room, all without charging an extra penny. It felt like a personal touch, and it’s the reason this very noisy hotel is getting 5 stars. I won’t name anybody publicly, but if management wants to contact me I should be on your records as I just checked out yesterday, I’ll be happy to name the person who gave such a great impression of your company.
A caveat: On the first floor (2nd floor for Americans) the rooms are pretty noisy until a little after midnight.

First and foremost, the front desk staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and particularly, Fabricio was exceptional. The location was also better than I could've imagined. You are right in the city center close to many great restaurants and pubs.
There were a couple of issues with our room, namely a missing shower curtain and a weird squealing sound coming from our shower when it got hotter than lukewarm. Also, the restaurant underneath the hotel plays live music until rather late, which could maybe keep a light sleeper up.

It was so central, we had room 306 which was the absolute best room in the hotel.. a narrow wrap around balcony but able to see straight down the busy temple bar street and also the river. The roof top bar had its own entrance for us on the top floor.. that was stunning especially with the glorious weather we’ve just had.
The property was fantastic.. our only negative was upon checking out. Most places let you leave your bag but these were absolutely against it despite it being a Sunday with few check-ins. Luckily we found some places nearby that did luggage storage for the day as our flight home wasn’t until 10pm and only cost €5

The room was spacious, warm and clean. We had a lovely view of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure we had a good trip, printing off directions for us, helping us plan our day. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, big portions. The location was perfect, not right in the heart of temple bar, but close enough to enjoy everything going on.
There was nothing to dislike

The refurbished hot l is fantastic! the rooms are new, fresh, adequate, spacious and stylish! Breakfast was tasty and with loads of options for all taste buds. Staff are amazing, especially Tanya at reception (I wish I was initially).
Still some construction going on and be mindful- you are in temple bar so it’s lively at nighttime but not late. Be aware there is a pre-auth “Damage charge” that is in the confirmation email so read it and understand it. it’s charged at check in (hence the initial issues).

- Good value for money - good location in the thick of it in temple bar, about a 5 min walk from the bus stop on connell bridge - nice new modern rooms on the top floor where we stayed, twin room was spacious. - nice irish breakfast (menu includes other options) - great for those doing a stag/hen/party type weekend
Only real downside was that i could hear the nightclub down stairs at night from the 3rd floor room that i was in. This accommodation maybe more suited to those looking to do partying weekends.

Excellent value for money, rooms are spacious & very clean. Comfortable beds & fresh towels provided daily. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.
It’s fair to say there is noise from the bar below but if you want to stay in the centre of Temple Bar you will need to expect noise, it is not a quiet place! For us the location was perfect and the noise was not an issue.

Location was spot on, centre to temple bar area which was perfect for our hen party.
We were charged a surcharge of 250 euros which they only told us about a few days before arriving. We assumed the surcharge was refundable but it wasnt. The surcharge was just for booking in a group, plus 100 euro damage deposit per room.
