Beautiful hotel in the best part of town. The decor and colors and bars were gorgeous, but expensive which was to be expected. The location is perfect walking distance to everything and the room despite being right on a busy street was super quiet. The staff was friendly as well.

The only negative we found was the bed and especially the pillows were not comfortable at all. The pillows were very high profile (like 2 stacked together height) and really firm. So if you are a back sleeper, you are not going to be comfortable as the pillows have zero loft and your chin is on your chest. The bed was an older spring type that sagged and the bedding was a bit scratchy. The room otherwise, was perfectly fine.

This was a very nice Dublin hotel in an excellent location, right on the River. We had a family suite with a connecting door and it was a perfect set up for our family of 6. The front desk staff were helpful with directions and in arranging a van type taxi to get us to the airport. I loved the trendy decor and vibe of this place and would definitely stay here again while in Dublin!

The breakfast (not included) was quite expensive and just OK. There are many other options nearby. The noise from the bars at street level was quite loud late into the night but I suppose that's to be expected in Temple Bar!

Location, reception, housekeeping, bar. OUR SUITE WAS FABULOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL RIVER VIEW.

Restaurant food and restaurant room service. We called for a menu, which they need to have in the room, at 9:20am. We waited for the menu until 9:55am. It never came, so we called again. They never answered and then reception said no more breakfast, after we tried at 9:20am. This menu and the dinner menu need to be in th room, but the food is not very good. We only wanted breakfast.

Quirky boutique little hotel.Great location, a minute walk to Temple Bar, 10 minutes walk to The Brazen Head, 20 minutes walk to the Guinness Storehouse. Public buses and Airport Express buses stop right outside. €30 for a taxi van to the airport. Kat in the Lobby Bar was great craic!

The rooms we had looked out over the neighbouring garden bar so there was a bit of noise late at night and into the early hours of the morning, but then that was to be expected a bit due to the location.

Nice room and comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Very bright and airy. Let us drop our cases of early and kept them on departure o we could make the most of our last day.

Room on 2nd floor and had a little street noise. A great walk-in shower but unfortunately water ran past the glass and onto the floor soaking the bath mat. No pillow menu, expected this for the quality of the hotel. So very hard.

This was one of the most wonderful hotel stays we have had. We were getting married nearby and the staff were absolutely amazing minding our stuff and taking deliveries of our flowers. It has a casual vibe but yet every care is taken of the finner details. The bar is beautiful and the cocktails are fab. We're very grateful to all of you.

Not a thing. Everything was perfect.

Hotel property was well maintained and the room was roomy with lots of storage. Very nice bar in the lobby but we did not visit any of the restaurants on the property. The staff were very nice and even carried our luggage (heavy and lots of it!) up to our room while we were out exploring. The location of the property is convenient for walking to the Temple Bar area and easy to catch a taxi to other areas.

There was a nightclub in the courtyard area that was quite lively. We were on the opposite side of the hotel facing the river so the noise was not bad but I would not wanted to have a room on the interior of the hotel for this reason. Including breakfast would have been a nice amenity since they have the restaurant space.

Bedroom was a great size, but was noisy due to work on a building development opposite (not the hotel's fault, but worth noting).

The bathroom had seen better days and given what I had paid, I expected a walk-in shower (as in the photos) not a bath with a shower curtain, which is very outdated considering the hotel has clearly been modernised. Some of the windows need refurbishment (broken glass and cannot be opened).

Before we arrived I emailed the hotel for a quieter room which they gave us as I’d read reviews on noise issues. Our room was fantastic with its own courtyard and we heard barely any noise. The room was excellent. Really great coffee machine and the bed was very big and comfortable. I cannot fault it.

The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing and Cleaver East kept saying they were separate to the Hotel which didn’t really stack up or justify how poor the food we ordered was. With a hotel offering such high quality I believe the restaurant should be on a par. The reviews clearly show there is a problem.

The hotel entrance is beautiful decorated with a great bar. The room was comfortable and clean. Great bed! A little stuffy but we opened the windows and that fixed it all. Great coffee, breakfast and bar. The location is the best. It is near all pubs, restaurants and center sights. Everything can be done by walking.

As in many hotels in Europe, there was no A/C (there was no need during May when we went) but the room had a pretty decent fan that we used.
