The location is the best! You have shopping, dining and bar scene just outside the hotel door. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff very helpful and very friendly! Room is very clean and big, with a big terrace.

Only 2 things that could be a bit better: We were missing any storage space for clothes in the room (no closet) and after 5 days we wished for more variety at the breakfast buffet. It was every day the exact same selection

The Grafton Hotel is in the most incredible location! Step outside and you are in the midst of Dublin - a step away from shopping, pubs, bars, etc. The vibe is electric - yet the hotel itself is an oasis! But, for us, the best was the customer service - which was next level!! Noel, the concierge, is a stand out for us. A delightful, energetic, friendly and helpful fellow. So entertaining and genuine. He may well end up being our highlight of Ireland overall!! We ventured out to nearby bars, and went walking. Immersed ourselves in the excitement of the festival of Saint Patrick's Day. We had a few drinks each night in the hotel bar, Bartleys, with chicken wings to die for! We were lucky to meet Andrew here, Selin and Saidbh. Andrew was so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips. We felt valued and enjoyed our nights at Bartley's. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Dublin. I would highly recommend this hotel! And, with a delicous breakfast included this hotel is 10 out of 10.

The property was well-maintained, very clean and visually appealing, matching the images presented. Our inaugural visit to Dublin was greatly enhanced by the hotel's prime location, which was conveniently situated near numerous attractions, dining establishments, and pubs, making it particularly manageable to navigate with children. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, genuinely prioritizing our comfort and ensuring we had all necessary amenities. Additionally, the presence of a bar, restaurant, and café within the hotel provided us with convenient options for meals and relaxation without the need to venture into the bustling city. In summary, our experience was delightful, and we are certain to choose this hotel for future stays.

Hotel is lovely, very well located in the centre of Dublin. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and not rushed. I would certainly stay here again but wouldn't pay for an upgraded room

Little improvements to the room would have made all the difference. The room itself wasn't very big, maybe because we chose one with a terrace. The terrace was nice to have, but the city view was the office block beside us and the back of the shopping centre. We had a reasonably sized bathroom but struggled to get the shower head to point the right direction. The TV remote was slow and wouldn't show any guide. I would have liked some biscuits with my tea and coffee and even a proper coffee machine. For the price I paid for the room I was a little underwhelmed by it, I did expect more!

Location was overall excellent. Walking distance to just about everything we needed to see in Dublin. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and up to date. We really love the fact that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Honestly can't think of too many negatives regarding this hotel. The only thing for us travelers is to make sure you bring a step down converter if you need to run any specific USA style electronics with 110v plug. This hotel is not equipped for this type of connection. There are USB charging outlets in the room, but no 110 volt outlets. So if you need to power a laptop or CPAP machine you will have an issue.

Incredible friendly and accommodatimg staff. All were efficient and pleasant. Rooms were good size with queen beds and very quiet even near the elevator. Restaurant employees even took care of us when we ordered out. Brought us plates, cutlery and drinks to go with our Bambino Pizza from across the street. Included buffet breakfast was very high quality and constantly refreshed in small quantities. And yes they had wash cloths and top sheets!

Minor quibbles - bath sink was very small and hard to use without watering the floor. (Room next door had a full size sink). Room heat/ac turns off at midnight and Room can get uncomfortable. Had to get up every night to turn it on. Finally, layout of light switches vs. Lights was hard to figure out.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great and walking distance of everything I wanted to see. Nice breakfast buffet. The wifi was super speedy. As for the room, it was comfortable and our twin room still had a bit of space to sit down and relax in. The whole place felt clean and quite stylish too.

Nothing major. If nitpicking, the room wasn't as well equipped as some others I've used for a similar price. Also, I did what they asked in hanging towels up on the rack so they didn't need to be replaced by housekeeping (to save energy) and yet they still serviced the whole room every day and replaced them... was a bit weird.

A very cozy and quiet place with an incredibly welcoming staff. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but our room was already ready, and they gave it to us without hesitation. You can also get an umbrella and a power adapter at the reception, which was really convenient. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. Our room was clean and felt brand new, as if it had just been renovated. I rarely sleep well in hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed and pillows were this time. If I get the chance to visit Dublin again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All automated things worked. Even the keycards! Comfortable bed. Great location. Very nice, early breakfast with very helpful wait staff. Helpful, cheerful concierge.

The holders for the small towels in the bathroom are a very bad design - no hinges. The trashcan is near the toilet instead of under the sink in the bathroom. The lamp with the terrible rotary switch, with its cable fastened to the desk so that the switch was almost impossible to operate. There was no chair in the room from which to watch TV other than the one at the desk. No night light on the left side of the bed.
