The location was perfect for tourists. It’s 2 blocks from Grafton St. & a 5 min walk to St. Stephen’s Green. St. Patrick’s, Dublin Castle, Trinity College and most other attractions are also walkable. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. They recommended tours, restaurants, pubs, and arranged taxis when needed. Beds were very comfortable and outlets and hairdryer were conveniently located.

There was no A/C but that is expected. Breakfast was offered in an adjacent restaurant/bar that was a bit of an odd space. We arrived on the late side and had trouble finding a place to sit, but it all worked out ok.

Most of my holiday was comfortable and easy. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable

Breakfast was overloaded. Despite continually asking for less food, a full plateful was always provided. That meant there was unnecessary food waste. Had a room at front of hotel which was very noisy as it overlooked various pubs which were loud and when these vacated many people remained in the street shouting and singing. When that died down the local services seemed take over with rubbish bin lorries and street cleaning machines talking over in the early hours. Nor much sleep therefore

We had a fantastic stay here. Excellent location. Quiet!!!! Didn’t hear one sound from outside, triple glazed windows are obviously a great investment. No noise from the other guests (we stayed during the week), very quiet hotel. Bed was very comfortable and not too soft. Air conditioning worked wonders. Our bathroom had a bath and a shower, excellent. Very clean, plenty of toiletries and tea/coffee supplies, biscuits were a nice extra. Box of chocolates left in the room for our arrival, lovely gesture. Room was serviced everyday. Vending machine at the end of the corridor was great, cheaper than some of the local shops. Hotel added breakfast into our booking, greatly appreciated, wide range of food on offer each morning, everything we had was delicious. The staff here really are the cherry on top, the front of house staff, house keeping and those on service at breakfast were brilliant, polite, professional and wouldn’t pass without saying hello. Very helpful with recommending places to go etc.

The hotel has an excellent location and friendly staff. The positive aspects like the welcoming staff and good breakfast are great. However, the cleanliness issues with dusty areas and stained bedsheets are concerning. Despite that, staying for 2 nights in the center of Dublin seems like a good choice overall.

All staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful, couldn't find better service at a hotel small rooms but updated modern and clean. Was very pleasantly surprised with how quiet my room was! As a light sleeper I was very hesitant to book but my daughters wanted to be in central shopping location last two nights of trip. Maybe would be on a Friday/Saturday but during the week noise wasn't an issue. Location!!!! Literally 2 minute walk from Grafton/S.t Stephen's Green Paid in advance for full breakfast, overall reasonable price. nicely prepared, boutique kind of menu selection, fresh items, as a big eater i was happy with quantity along with the continental buffet. In fact, next time I would check if continental is included in room price and just have that for breakfast. At night the dining lounge turns into a fun beatnik kind of bar with younger adults drinking and playing board games. Great vibe if you want to just hang out. Paid covered parking lot right across the street (if you're keeping your car during your stay)

A boutique kind of hotel, small and intimate, which can be a plus for some but for me not that impressive . for the price I paid I'd rather have more amenities to enjoy. No parking on site - paid covered parking promenade across the street but not sure the cost.

We have stayed at the Drury before and have always liked its location in the city centre. Due to the amount of family members traveling this time, we booked an apartment. The apartment is located a few doors down from the main hotel and its entrance. The apartment was perfect for what our family needed. Washer/dryer was definitely an added bonus! Check-in was great and the staff is so very friendly.

This is not reflective of the hotel, but the balcony of our apartment was above an alley. One night we were standing on the balcony and noticed 2 individuals in the alley below using needles to get high. When they heard us, they got under a sleeping bag and then passed out for a while. Again, not reflective of the hotel but just be aware of your surroundings when walking.

All the staff were amazing, so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thanks to Maddy, all the ladies at reception, the man/night porter at reception, cleaning staff. They were all so helpful and I saw how they interacted with all the guests in an upbeat positive manner and such a friendly atmosphere. The staff really make this a place you would have no hesitation in recommending to friends etc..The location is perfect. It is conveniently located to city centre, Grafton St., Temple Bat, City Hall, Dublin Castle, St. Stephen’s Green etc but still able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep..the beds are extremely comfortable and they provide extra bedcovers on request (my American cousin was so happy with this service)..

Sorry to have not known about this hotel before this stay.

Service is outstanding. The guys at the front desk are especially nice and are willing to go out of their way to help and service. Location is very good. Right in the middle of it all. Breakfast was much better than any other hotel that we've stayed at, and it was included in the price.

We were in room 108, which is on the first floor, facing an alley with a row of garbage cans. The noice of collecting the garbage cans and then returning them, all in the middle of the night, was terrible. In addition to the garbage cans, there is a lot of noice coming into the room from the outside until very late at night.

The location is extremely good, just a few minutes walk from tourist information office, Trinity College etc and surrounded by shops, restaurants & bars. The staff at reception were very professional, helpful and friendly - they always greeted us warmly when we returned from being out and about. We stupidly did leave something behind in our room and they happily forwarded it on to one of our next ports of call for us. The room was overlooking the main street below, but the double glazing kept out nearly all the noise. We heard nothing from the other rooms or the corridor outside. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good - with the exception of the coffee... and no hot chocolate option. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good and with good pressure with consistent water temperature.

Our room was very comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of a bit of an makeover. The extraction did not seem to work well - shaving with a steamed up mirror was not easy. The non-slip surface of the bath needed bleaching, the sealant around the edge needed replacing and the sink did not hold water, even with the plug pushed down. The room rate really was quite high. I guess being in such a good location you'd expect this, but some refurbishing really wouldn't go amiss.

The location is amazing--great centrally located place to explore Dublin from. I loved being able to step out the door into the center of Dublin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking garage was easy to get to and the staff was helpful in finding it. The room was a good size. It was nice to be able to open the window and get fresh air in the room.

The room smelled a bit of stale smoke; the carpets were old and a little icky to walk on in bare feet. The tub did not have cold water--only hot, though the shower had both. To take a bath, I had to run the cold water from the shower nozzle. The room was very noisy--bar noise and loud patrons at night, early morning trash and deliveries. That did not bother us so much, but something to be aware of. You also could hear the plumbing from other nearby rooms.
