Needs a good maintenance person to keep the plumbing fixtures properly secured

The location was conveniently, the room was very clean and had everything we needed

I did not receive the email with details of how to get into the property, which was self check in. I then had a lot of difficulties contacting someone to sort this, I sent several emails to the Clarendon Suites and Booking.com with no response. The phone number I was given wasn’t answered and there was no facility to leave a message. I finally got an answer on the phone just before I travelled. . I found all this stressful and very unsatisfactory

Great location, spacious room, good facilities! Fridge, tea and coffee provided, tv with the apps, amazing! Nice place to chill in after a day out in Dublin! Shower was great, that sounds silly, but normally shower pressure is an issue, but no complaints here!

It’s not a big bugbear but having to input a separate code for the entrance and the room is a bit annoying. Maybe a phone QR code would be easier… or a key card you can collect from the bar. As we all know, when in Dublin, you enjoy the bar crawls so that was a tad annoying. Again, that’s just to make it easier for the customer!

Location was perfect. We were in suite 1 (only 4 in total) and suites 1 & 2 are top floor and furthest away from the music that plays in the bar below. Room was newly renovated, a good sized bathroom with body wash provided. There is a little kitchenette/mirror area that was useful. it's not a hotel but they did replenish each day e.g. coffee pods and make the bed. check out is 11am but can leave your bag with the bar staff if needed to not drag around the city. would recommend.

the door from the street to the entrance for the suites is very heavy and shuts loudly. The self service check-in system is good and I liked it.

LOCATION!!!! LOCATION!!!! So close to everything it was fantastic and even being above a pub the noise what noise was brilliant!!!!!! We loved it.

Only a minor issue but might need looking at the bathroom when we arrived had an overwhelming mould odour so much that it caused asthma to flare up The smell did go after a couple of days but it was a little concerning. Also I don’t see it but a note about levels and luggage. No lift!!!!

There are no tables in rooms 1 and 4 to work at, as i needed to send emails. I know there are tables and chairs in the other 2 rooms as I've stayed in them. I had to eat and send emails on the bed 😱 They really need to get rid of those throws and fluffy pillows on the beds. I give them a shake, and the dust and other stuff that came off them was disgusting 🫣. Saying that, I'll be back and recommend to my friends and family

We loved how bright and spacious the suite and the bathroom was. The view was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the check-in process was very smooth. Since the suite was situated very central, it was very easy to get around. There are plenty of bars, cafes and shops, etc to go to. We didn’t have to take a taxi or a bus to get around, you can easily go by foot. We will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

Perfect location right in the middle of everything. Bar Rua downstairs was lovely, the staff so welcoming and we had the best steak I've ever tasted.

The door was a bit fiddly but the lovely bar attendant in Bar Rua showed us how to get it working first time. There is a nack... its a very old lock and you have to punch the numbers in slowly so as not to confuse the old thing and it works no problem if done slowly.

Trouble getting into the main key coded front door when first got there as did another younger couple, bar staff very helpful when eventually found as the door was jammed. Didn’t like the fact people having access from restaurants below when going to the ladies toilet could go up the stairs to all the appointments, one night when we where in our apartment someone came all the way up to our top floor apartment and tried the door then tried all the doors going back down. Needs a key coded door between stairs to the apartments and ladies toilet landing. Thermostat didn’t work so no hot radiator / towel rail to dry towels. Luckily got heat fro aircon in main bedroom.
