The bedroom was incredibly quiet and felt very peaceful. Good facilities in the bedroom and staff were good at getting in to clean and restock consumables unobtrusively. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We both slept really well. The staff were attentive and friendly but not too attentive. I didn’t feel hassled by them. The restaurant (Wilde) was lovely. Really nice surroundings and great food. The staff in the restaurant were also just the right amount of attentive. We visited the cocktail bar twice. Again, great staff, lovely surroundings, good level of lighting (not too bright, not too dim). The cocktails were fantastic- good selection, well executed.

Very little! If I had to be really picky and commit to something - I had hoped the lunch menu in the restaurant on Sunday would be different to the one we had on Friday night - maybe more Sunday roast orientated.. And my only other comment would be that the bedroom and hallway decor is a symphony of beige. A little splash of colour in the rooms would be nice.

The room was cold when we arrived not great in November also for the price of the room for one night I would expect a few breakfast teabags( plain )tea not herbal, there was two! very disappointing plus they could throw in a few biscuits for heaven sake. we have stayed in plenty of hotels at a much lower price rate and they had plenty of tea with biscuits 😊such a small thing but makes people happy with their stay 😊

Valet and concierge service are excellent and extremely courteous. Very professional reception staff & the staff in Balfe are very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable on wines and menu. Room was spacious, clean and beds were extremely comfortable.

Overall we loved everything. We had the following observations. Lighting in the room was generally okay, however could be improved. Staff in the Cocktail bar were generally attentive however towards the end of the night the service disimproved slightly. We were seated to the left of the entrance and the chairs were very comfortable however there was too much activity from staff coming and going accessing two doors to external areas. Ventilation could be improved in the bathroom.

We arrived on NYE with great intentions of celebrating this big night in Dublin. There was no countdown or atmosphere about the hotel. When we asked a staff member about the countdown to midnight we were told told that the hotel never do a countdown or have any entertainment on and that we would be better going to a local bar close by. With it being one of the best hotels in Dublin we were extremely disappointed that there was nothing on to Celebrate NYE. Beautiful hotel but we would not be back.

Our stay at the Westbury was five star all the way. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were exceptional. The food was fantastic and the whole experience was super. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and was very relaxing with super service. We ate in Balfes restaurant downstairs and I had one of the nicest steaks I have had in a long time. We will definitely be returning to the Westbury and I couldnt recommend it highly enough.

The location is good. If you spend a lot of time in hotel communal areas, then it will appeal.

The reception area is on the first floor, with the entrance on street level. The problem with this is that everyone, staff / contractors/ paying customers all have to use the same lifts. Same applies in and out of lifts when checking out. Room was tired, ALL lampshades were stained and poorly fitted. The flat roof view, isn’t, a courtyard

The room was very nice but we needed to change rooms because the AC was not working properly. As usual, the breakfast was great. The bed was a touch firm but comfortable. The staff is always great. There is no question that you can't beat their location. The Westbury has, in our opinion, the best location in the heart of Dublin.

To stay longer would always be nice. Overall, we had a great time and love it. We have stayed there several times and look forward to once gain staying there next year.

The staff was extremely helpful - the hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent. We were able to walk from the hotel to everything we wanted to see in Dublin. The hotel was fairly crowded and we never had to wait for any service.

No complaints at all. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We will stay here again the next time we visit Dublin.
