We like the reception and the greeting we received from the young man on duty Friday at 17.25 excellent. But no forward selling of Gym or the Clubcard. The staff in the restaurant were good on Friday. We notice the male manager in duty on Friday pm Neil? Was no where to be seen on the floor of the bar or restaurant. Didn't give any help to the staff. 8 But we're much better in the service on Saturday for dinner. This was due to the exceptional help and drive. Of a blonde hair young lady.I think she was the bar manager. She was out on the floor helping out. And finally the Room Service and cleaning lady on the 9th floor. She would not be out of place in a five-star hotel. Her greeting to customers when she meets them. Excellent professional, and attention to detail. She has been working in this hotel for years, I believe.

Desserts are too expensive. We overheard a lot of customers mention that during our two day stay. No mention of GYM, The bar man needs help on the busy evenings. He was hammered with cocktail orders. From the ladies on site. That led to pints for us and other orders being delayed by up to 20 mins. It's not the bar man's fault management nowhere to be seen Friday after 18.00 to 20.00

The room was clean and would have been very comfortable if it wasn’t so cold. Everything else was fine. Excellent staff in the bar/restaurant and on reception and cleaning. Everyone was so helpful. It’s a nice hotel, convenient for visiting Dundalk.

The bedroom was freezing even with the plug in heater provided. To be fair it was a cold snap which followed a mild period but still it was freezing. Had to wear a hat and scarf in the bedroom and was glad I had my hot water bottle with me. Heard others complaining of this too. Other than this no complaints.

A beautiful hotel, from the minute we arrived we were welcomed, checked in and went to our room. The room was spotless, spacious, even had disinfectant wipes next to remote control ( something I always notice in hotels, the remotes don't seem to be cleaned ) this hotel do clean them. Biscuits to go with the tea /coffee and also hot chocolate sachets. The bathroom was lovely, modern with a separate bath and walk in shower and shower gel. Our meal was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was included in the price and a good variety . My daughter and myself look forward to visiting again.

The breakfast was quite good with a lot of choice. Tea and coffee was served quite quickly when requested by very friendly staff.

The evening meal was poor. We ordered Guinness stew withmashed potato on top. What we recieved was a bowl of food which contained six half potatoes and meat in a type of red paste where as I believe it should be more of a soup type liquid in the bowl. After many years of eating stews it was a disappointment. The coffee was good.

It's in the centre of Town and shops nearby you don't have to walk a long distance hotel It's beautiful and it was my first to book there but I'll come again any time when I'm in Dundalk Staff friendly we were looked after I cam with my mother she's disabled and we didn't tell them on booking. Com if we want room suitable for but when we arrived we explained to the guy in the reception he gave us beautiful suitable room fir her she was so happy thanks

I like everything no comments the place is nice

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, we asked to change the room we had booked and she upgraded us to an executive room. We asked if she could book us a taxi to go to our venue that evening, which she did. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. We had a great nights sleep on comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, my only complaint would be the table we were seated as didn’t seem very clean, it was tacky and items stuck to it. Overall we had a great experience.

Cleanliness of the table at breakfast could be better, that is our only complaint.

Didn't have much option for Indian food. We stayed for long duration, but restaurant never consider our requests. So not so International customer friendly menu in restaurant. Not ready to listen to customer need. They just follow their standard approach on menu.

Upgraded to the Junior Suite on arrival, and it didn't disappoint. Spacious, comfortable, and everything you'd expect from a Crowne experience with a bed you don't want to leave. I even sang the lyrics from Raglan Road on the bedside picture, which impressed the Mrs, ... until she read them upon leaving 😅 Fabulous vista's from the 12th Floor overlooking Dundalk Bay and the Cooley Peninsula. The 13th Floor Restaurant has great views, too! Delicious breakfast but didn't try the Tapas... definitely next time.

Just the morning breakfast on the morning of the 10th for breakfast the smoked salmon was not fresh, it was very chewy and hard, not soft as it should be Also fried eggs were over cooked on both mornings. could do with bigger bins in the rooms, especially if the traveller is opting for no cleaning service required for saving the environment.

Very nice inside the restaurant/bar and the room and breakfast area where really fabulous. Food was really nice in the bar and breakfast area on top floor was fab, so much of a choice on the menu. Service was great from the Staff.

Reception area seems tired, seating could be updated or new covers. Outside the hotels needs a bit of paint all sides. It was off putting driving in, but we where ok once inside. One small hick up - Some bar tenders where not all able to mark a basic cocktail.
