Rooms are nice and clean, bar and reception is nice and open, bar area is nice with comfortable seating, the open plan was a bit strange but worked. The decor in the hotel from reception to rooms really hits the high standard, looks and feels upper class. The staff were very friendly with plenty of them running around.

Lovely new modern crisp Hotel feeling, Decor and layout . Food was excellent .
Not many people stayed, so lacked some atmosphere. I would have liked a biscuit or sweet treat with a cup of tea when I arrived in my room

Breakfast was on point, for those not in the know, a buffet breakfast is served at the weekends then on weekdays it's a menu selection option (no extra cost if & when booked with breakfast included). The check in crew were fresh & cheerful, very informative & took an interest in our overall wellbeing. The room itself was very clean & anything used was fully replaced. Complimentary water in the mini bar! The views are city/residential views so, not exactly exciting but the location of the hotel makes up for that. Free Parking is available which can be found beneath the hotel itself with a very short walk (depending on where you park) to the hotel entrance.
Keep an eye on the self check out as you'll be asked to pay for you're stay, but like myself, I had already paid in advance & I would have been charged again. I did mention this to the check in staff & it was confirmed that it is unfortunately just one of those IT glitches as the hotel is still very new.

It was very spacious in the hotel itself, the ground floor area that has the bar and breakfast facilities.
The second bed in the room was a pull-out sofa, which significantly reduced the available floor space. The sofa bed stretched out to the table you would usually sit at. Throughout the night, the room felt very stuffy, and despite efforts to regulate the temperature, it made little difference. Unfortunately, there was no window to open, making it impossible to let in fresh air. To improve the experience, the hotel could consider optimizing room layouts to ensure better use of space. Adding a fan or an improved ventilation system would help with air circulation, especially in rooms without windows. Providing guests with clearer temperature control options or portable air-conditioning units could also make a difference.

The hotel is spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, although my husband didn't like the pillows, but i found them fine perosnal preference. All of the staff are very polite and friendly and went out of their way for you. Food we ate our evening meal in the bar & grill it was amazing the strip loin steaks were delicious and all the sides fantastic. We also had breakfast great selection of everything you could possibly eat, but the hot food wasn't so much hot as lukewarm buffet style, so this is probably why, but it's still very nice. Nearly forgot to mention the deserts they were divine some of the nicest food I've had in a hotel in a long time. Lovely seating area outside off of the bar area, which is really nice. However, some outdoor heating for when the weather is cold would make it far better and more comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay and would stay again. I will definitely be eating in the restaurant again.

The Hotel was fantastic and will definitely stay there again.
I didn't think the toasted ham and cheese sandwiches were value for money. It was just ordinary white bread, nothing fancy. 12 eurp! Also my family met up with us for food that evening. My sister paid 28 euro for 2 glasses of wine. I think people should be given a price list. That's absolutely extortionate for a glass of wine. Also no selection of vegetarian meals and the gnocchi was priced the same as the meat dishes! I know every new venue has teething problems so maybe this review might help in some way. I would definitely call in again for a drink as the hotel itself is stunning.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic staff from check in to check out. Would highly recommend. We stayed in the Radisson Red during the storm damage in our home. From check in to check out we could not fault a thing. The staff were amazing and so attentive, from Carla at check in, Conor one of the managers, Dan behind the bar, Angela and Adam who were so efficient in the restaurant and the rest of the amazing team at the hotel. As a newly opened hotel it is up and running very well, it was tested with the amount of people checking in like ourselves due to the storm damage but they handled the pressure so well ensuring the high standard was maintained at all times. The hotel itself is very quirky and very different. It has a very relaxed vibe, we loved the decor and the dim lighting, it was so relaxing. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a hotel where you heard no corridor or outdoor noise at all, we had such great sleeps in the fab bedroom. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows and bed dressings were five star all the way. Sharon

Brand new hotel, everything was spotless. The bed extra comfy, very quiet! Nice views from top floor, especially at night:) Breakfast was absolutely 100% worth it, really nice and plentiful! Approx 30 min walk to centre, unless u have mobility issues, this is a lovely stroll!
Breakfast - only irish breakfast and scrambled eggs available. More options could be offered Room - The ventilation fan can be annoying and cannot be turned off Staff-although helpful, most seem to have very little to no experience at all.(F&B) Rooftop restaurant/Bar -Overpriced, like waaay overpriced.

Location is at the outskirts of town. City center is accessible only by car. Breakfast was good in comparison with many choices. Parking was very convenient. Staff very friendly and the hotel rooms clean and equipped we everything you would expect.
No food after 9pm as the kitchen closes. Food should be available at least until 11pm no other choices of finger food crisps or peanuts at the bar. The neighborhood is an industrial area with next to no choices within a walking distance.

The quality of the bed. The room size. The decor and the staff particularly the manager Conor. Plenty good quality towels.
The instant coffee. I’d have thought coffee machine would have been provided. The room designed by a man as no mirror available near plug for hairdryer. The only mirror was near door. I had to pull heavy chair close to door to leave comb hairdryer and brush on while I dried my hair. There should be mirror over ‘desk’ No sparkling water or biscuits
