Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Great breakfast each morning. Location was good only a few minutes from the town centre.
The room was very hot at times. The radiator in the room was hot every evening and every morning and made it quite uncomfortable. We slept with the windows open every night and we left them open during the day to try and keep the room cooler.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in we felt the homely atmosphere, and this is down to the friendliness and overall demeanor of the staff throughout the hotel. We used the leisure facilities twice during our stay and the guys there were so helpful and friendly. The staff in Jack B's and the breakfast staff, especially Louise, were great, it is very obvious that the Sligo Park Hotel is a nice and happy place to work, which is a huge compliment to the management, keep us the good work.
Just one very very small issue, the portion size of fish at dinner in Jack B's was small for the price.

The room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. Very comfy bed. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast--lots of options. Owen recommended a fun pub in Sligo with live music--Lillie's Cocktail Bar. The flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch.
The room was a little hard to find--we had to cut through a lounge and go down a short flight of stairs--a heads up at check-in would have been nice. Also, the same desk clerk recommended that we do some laundry at the petrol station across the road, but the dryers were terrible and we ended up having to iron the clothes in the room to get them dry! Maybe she didn't know...

The room is nice and comfortable. It has good views. Reception staff were Fri and helpful.
The service at the restaurant. With the exception of one male staff member at the counter, most waitresses were not well trained and unfriendly.. He kept checking on us about our dinner and was very well mannered. We were quoted 4 different prices for the breakfast. The restaurant staff member, the waitress, and checking reception staff members quoted us at different prices. Overall, the quality of the breakfast was not good and with limited selection of fruits, cheese, and coldcuts. Disappointed!

This is a large hotel with good facilities and good sized rooms. Nicely decorated throughout and plenty of relaxation room and a good sized garden. Large car park which is free. Staff were welcoming and friendly and were particularly helpful for my parents with room service. The bedrooms are a good size, as are the beds, which were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was very good with a good selection.
Room prices are expensive and if you want breakfast it is an additional €16 per person. Shower in room was ok but not great. There was a function on where there were a large number of children running up and down corridors and using the hotel service lift on our corridor.

Room good size with nice views. Pool and facilities excellent; dinner pretty good, breakfast average. Staff were helpful and friendly if not the most "expert"
No Air conditioning in what was a very warm weather spell for Ireland. Large coach parties in the same room as us for dinner were a bit intrusive. They took up a large central area on the dining room while all the individual private guests were ranged around the edges. We got reasonable service and the staff deal well with the crowd as best they could. Bar prices were expensive.

I got a complimentary up grade to a beautiful superior king room. It was wonderful. I loved the walk in shower and the size of the room. The voya toiletries were a bonus. Leanne on reception is very professional and friendly. Our party were delayed getting back to the hotel but we rang ahead and they accommodated us having dinner after the restaurants last order time. We really appreciated this as the hotel was very busy that evening. The food was wonderful. Breakfast was very tasty and I really enjoyed it. It's been a long time since I can say that about hotel breakfasts.

All the staff we met - in the hotel, dining room and leisure centre - were so friendly and helpful! :) The leisure centre and pool were fab. The room we were in (superior) was perfect - the bed was so comfortable and it was exceptionally clean. There was netflix on the TV, Nespresso machine, really nice toiletries (local Sligo company who make seaweed products). The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Overall, we highly recommend the Sligo Park Hotel. It's the place to stay if you are looking for a good base to explore Sligo for a weekend, as it's only a short taxi ride from townand so comfortable.
We liked everything about our stay but there was just one minor thing. We found the room was a bit on the chilly at night (it was a large room). But I'd rather this than too stuffy and hot.The duvet was nice and warm and there were bathrobes , so it wasn't a big deal in fairness.

The staff were amazing. Erin, on reception, was very welcoming, the first face to greet us, who was like a cheery Christmas elf, full of information pleasantries and kindness. She was there all the time as the smiling face of the Sligo Park Hotel. A jewel indeed. Loic and Fiachra in the bar were friendly and efficient. Loic made sure we were served food as quickly as we wanted to be on the busiest night of the year, and he made a garlic coffee worthy of Shannon. An ordinary dinner was turned into a special occasion by a professional career waiter. We met Fiachra on our last night, and he was charismatic and great Craic. Sunday night was brightened by the appearance of a trad session despite the cold frosty weather. Nimble fingers guided us through the jigs and the reels for a very pleasant dining experience. The management were fantastic as on 2 nights there were over 300 people attending xhristmas parties and everything went like clockwork. Just fab! Look forward to our next visit!

We have to start saying the Staff is amazing, very friendly and profesional, Erin at the reception from the moment we were doing the check in and Keely and Daniel in the bar looking after us on New Years eve. Bar closed at 3 am, great crack. Room was big and clean, wifi worked perfectly, bed was comfy, cozy room, nice shower. Free parking, Nice restaurant, nice food, Bar was great, nice drinks. Everybody was helpful, if you request something they always going to say: “let me what I can do for you” and they will come back with a positive answer, my partner asked if he could get chowder for lunch (chowder is served for dinner) and the chef was happy to please him. It was our second time in this hotel and we love it
Everything was perfect
