hotel is completely new so the facilities are great. nice room and bathroom, a great pool and the restaurant was surprisingly fairly price (I always find them overpriced at airport hotels) location was amazing you can walk to the terminal and avoid the scam that are taxis in cancun

super expensive, and didn’t even include breakfast. the floors in our room weren’t clean also at check in we were asked for a 5000mex$ deposit on our credit card which I found very unusual. when I asked about it the staff was rude and told me it’s common practice in all hotels - we stayed in 5 hotels in the past 2 weeks and none asked for a deposit. they could have handled it better

Very nice, brand new hotel right next to the Cancun airport. We walked from the airport to the hotel. Very convenient if you need an overnight stay near the airport.

We have been traveling in Mexico for 5 weeks and this is the first hotel that doesn’t provide some type of complementary water or a water dispenser to get water out of. There was one 500ml bottle in our room, if you want anything more than that you have to purchase it at $2 per bottle.

super close - Walking distance - to terminal 2 and 3. had an early flight at 5:45, so I wanted to stay close to the airport. nice pool area, good gym, comfortable bed. clean room. all you need for a couple of hours to rest before or after your vacation.

At Hilton, you expect a certain level of service. This hotel met every expectation except one. The restaurant staff was excellent, however, the food was terrible! There are no other options nearby, you can’t even order a pizza to be delivered. They have a captive audience, and the food here should be investigated by Hilton management. Repeat not the staff, the food was a downright shame. We ate a late lunch and dinner there, and was extremely disappointed both times. I don’t write very many negative reviews. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt not here.

Great stop over We stayed for just 1 night after arriving following a 15hr journey from Europe. I hadn’t pre-booked a transfer but a quick email to reception and a WhatsApp message was all that was needed for a courtesy bus to quickly arrive. Super friendly and welcoming from the transfer bus to the check in. Room was perfectly adequate for a stop-over and would do nicely for a longer stay. I didn’t want to take my chances on other local hotels with questionable reviews, so felt it worth paying the extra to stay here without risk after such a long journey. We didn’t try breakfast, but it looked popular, and the courtesy bus took us direct to our Car Hire depot in the morning which was super helpful. Reccommended.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Efficient check-in. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle from hotel to airport was efficient.

It is very difficult to organize the shuttle on arrival. You first have to call reception (which is challenging to reach) who then gives you the number of the shuttle driver to arrange a pick-up. We were told it was going to take a while due to traffic. We gave up and took a taxi, which in Cancun is a racket--$300 pesos (18 dollars) to go to the hotel 5 minutes drive away. The breakfast was amazing but the lunch dinner options at the restaurant hotel are so overpriced, and we tried to get delivery of food to the hotel via UberEats and apparently deliveries to the airport zone are blocked. Very annoying!

The architecture of the open lobby space, the pool, the 24-hour fitness room, my comfortable hotel room, and the fact that the airport is a 2-minute walk were the things I liked about the hotel.

The breakfast buffet staff. I've stayed here twice on business, and both times, I've been approached harshly about payment for the breakfast buffet. Staff may need to be taught how to speak softer rather than harshly about payment if your room doesn't include breakfast. It was as if I was being lectured by a police officer in my parked car for not wearing my seat belt when I hadn't even started the car yet. The context of how I was told, "YOU NEED TO PAY $40 Or 660 PESOS BECAUSE YOUR ROOM DOESNT HAVE BREAKFAST INCLUDED!" Was loud, slightly condescending, and harshly spoken, before I even got a chance to have a seat to order anything.

Good location so that you are not totally reliant on shuttle transport. Generally better than I expected for airport hotel. Breakfast was a pleasant suprise really good and not as expensive as I was expecting (around 330 pesos I think). The lobby/common areas were nice so if you were here for longer you wouldn't be stuck in your room.

There was some confusion about out shuttle pick up and we ended up walking (you can cut across a car park and one busy road, it's less than the 5 min quoted and you can see the hotel from the terminal (2 and 3 at least) so know where you are aiming). From what I saw they are more set up to take people to rather than from airport.

The hotel was right outside the airport. There was an easily accessible gym and swimming pool. An outside pool bar and a downstairs bar serving a high standard of food. The breakfast was excellent, a mixture of traditional Mexican food and fruits, cereals etc. Best scrambled eggs on a buffet ever! The room was large with air conditioning, a massive tv showing top level sport. a very comfy bed and a good shower.

The draft beer wasn't working (bottles and cocktails were tested instead). Crossing the large road from the airport was a bit of a mission, and traffic noise was audible from the outside upstairs area (pool), neither of which are a fault of the hotel.
