Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Beds extremely comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday! Staff friendly and sorted out noise issue we had from room above us on last night swiftly and had no further issues. Best stay we have had anywhere in the UK. Will be a pleasure to come and stay again. Highly recommended hotel to stay at. Price was excellent for what you get in room and a hot breakfast included in the price, reason alone to stay here is for the hot breakfast and comfortable bed and such clean rooms.

Noise from other residents when shutting or opening room doors, however this is to be expected as it is close to airport and people need to move around to get to their flights and check in and out. Noise from room above on last night, but was swiftly dealt with. Overall nothing major to complain about. Just a couple of niggles and not a deal breaker for us. So will definitely happily stay again in the future.

I stayed here for one night as a lay-over, as I had a flight quite early the next morning. A taxi to/from the Manchester Airport to this hotel only cost me £10 each way, and it takes taxis less than 10 minutes to get there. On that front it is ideally located. There is a lounge/bar on the ground floor of the hotel which was very busy but with a pleasant atmosphere. I was on the top-floor of the hotel so I did not experience any noise from the bar or people outside. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly, offered me breakfast in the morning, and arranged for a taxi to be waiting outside for me when I checked-out. My room was large with 1-double bed, a TV, and bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was very well kept. Overall I was satisfied.

The only ever-so slight complaint was the wall were not thick enough to drown out people talking loudly in the corridor or room next to me, but those people were never too loud, or loud for long.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I needed an extra blanket which they bought to my room. The room was immactulately clean -really, and the bed was large and comfy with a choice of pillows (soft or harder) A little extra that counts. I could regulate my own heating.

I think it could be highlighted a little more that it's necessary to take a taxi from the station to the hotel and then again the following morning for the airport. I'd been quoted approx £20 per journey via booking.com and chose not to do that. In fact I only paid £9 one way and £13 the other -cheaper than going through booking.com!

The location was ideal for what we had planned. Our room was very reasonably priced and was very clean and a decent size. Our bed was very comfortable and towels, soap/shampoo and coffee were all provided. Staff were all great. Had a lovely cold pint of Stella from the hotel bar when we got back after dinner in town, which cost £5.50 which I think is decent. Breakfast was a selection of cold or hot buffet food, so we were well fed for the 250 mile journey ahead.

£13 parking per day seems a bit excessive but I've paid more for overnight parking at other hotels in Manchester.

A comfortable, very clean, good value hotel at the airport. Reasonable bar and restaurant and a good buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Do not confuse this with the Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport! It's on the other side of the airport - an extra taxi ride away if you make the mistake of going to the Holiday Inn instead, not realising that it's a different hotel. I think a lot of guests make this mistake - so a warning on booking would have been helpful. Parking, if you need it, is £13 extra which seems quite steep.

Nice apartment

The toilet noise when you flushed it😱 shower door seal coming away and bit mouldy. Also vaping smells from downstairs maybe coming in through the window seals!!

Comfort. The bed set up, especially the pillows are really good quality, I had a great sleep, although it was short. We arrived early hours of the morning, the staff were great and had the sofa bed set up for us to use straight away, which was a real help after a long night travelling. The hygiene products provided for showering are very good quality, with a very well set up bathroom. A good range of hot beverages are also provided in the room.

Nothing was bad about the stay. The only things I would mention were that the TV didn't work, had we checked in at a normal time and not early hours of the morning, we may have had time to rectify this, and we also wasn't concerned with using the tv in our very short stay, the point is it obviously hadn't been checked. Or was given to us because we weren't there for long which is not ideal. And I would also comment on the service time for breakfast. Being close to the airport, having people arrive and leave at various times, I understand it is difficult to please every one. But considering the very reasonable check out time of 11am, to stop serving breakfast at 930 seems a little premature.

Friendly staff and helpful

The taxi fares to and from the terminals. The charges on 2 occasions (4 trips from terminal 1 to the hotel) totaled £48! I consider this daylight robbery and not a good impression of UK prices to visitors. One taxi man explained the situation that a cut goes to the airport, another to the taxi company leaving the taxi driver and rider out of pocket. In fact all the prices at the airport are extreme and not sustainable considering the state of the economy and affordability for travelers. I would recommend a shuttle service for guests at a reduced cost which would in turn attract more guests. Also a note to explain to guests the costs of taxi services.

The level of cleanliness was excellent and the whole property seemed smart and well maintained. Although very busy it did not seem crowded or too noisy and even the very busy breakfast service was well managed and delivered. We had booked a disabled access room and were very impressed with the space and adaptations in the bathroom... including (hallelujah) a slip mat in the shower.

1) The lack of any practical seating in the foyer or reception - there were very low deck chairs!!!... useless to my disabled husband while we waited to check in and later for our taxi to arrive. 2) Although we had booked a double room, clearly for two people, there was only one chair. 3) No electric sockets by the bed so phone charger had to be plugged in across the room, so phone was out of reach of my disabled husband.

We were happy to find this hotel because: - we needed a place to stay overnight close to Mancester Airport (our flight was early in the morning); - the price was affordable; - the price and quality ratio is really good; - the hotel is 20-25 minutes on foot from the Airport Terminal 2 and we don't mind to walk :) - the room was very quiet and clean; - the bed was comfortable; - the bar was great with a selection of simple but tasty dishes and snacks. There is a good restaurant too! - we were leaving the hotel at 4:00 AM, but there was a possobility to have a "fast" breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, pastry and fruits. - the staff was friendly and helpful.
